探究式学习在信息技术课程中的应用

提高学生的综合素养,培养学生的终身学习能力正成为教育的重要目标,探究式学习受到越来越多教育工作者的重视。结合近年来在信息技术课堂开展探究式学习的教学实践谈一些体会和思考。

我国历史上水患频繁,劳动人民经过长期的探索,在处理水与聚居地关系方面的经验经过历代总结和传承,形成了比较系统完整的治水理念.在区域尺度重视水资源的综合利用,在城市尺度强调空间的科学布局,在院落尺度推崇天人合一的建设理念.结合我国现代城市水系统问题,对中国古代治水优秀的实践经验进行总结凝练.从系统和理念层面,对我国城市水系统规划建设总结出若干经验和启示.     

Influence of content and creator characteristics on sharing disaster-related information on social media

Identifying the key factors of the disaster-related information propagation process can provide decision support for disaster management. This study characterizes the effects of content types, location, and social capital of social media users on the virality of disaster-related information. We found through the Weibo dataset of the Yiliang earthquake that the virality of different types of information can vary on the basis of the social capital of users who post the information. This study fills the current research gaps by examining the individual and joint effects of the content and creator characteristics on the virality of disaster-related information.

面向IC装备功能仿真平台的多模式测试方法

为了实现全面对IC装备以及装备功能仿真平台进行功能测试,通过分析装备命令响应特点,提出了包含单指令测试、逻辑指令序列测试以及随机指令序列测试的多模式测试方法;单指令测试验证设备以及由相关设备组成的系统的单指令响应正确性;逻辑指令序列从控制系统角度验证设备或系统的连续动态运行性能;随机指令序列测试验证设备或系统的动态随机响应性能;实际应用表明,提出的测试方法可以满足IC装备功能仿真平台的测试需求。     

基于SoC的嵌入式DRAM存储器内建自测试设计

内建自测试(Built-in Self Test,BIST)是测试片上系统(System on- Chip,SoC)中嵌入式存储器的重要技术;但是,利用BIST技术采用多种算法对嵌入式存储器进行测试仍面临诸多挑战;对此,提出了一种基于SoC的可以带有多种测试算法的嵌入式DRAM存储器BIST设计,所设计的测试电路可以复用状态机的状态,利用循环移位寄存器(Cyclic Shift Register,CSR)产生操作命令,利用地址产生电路产生所需地址;通过对3种BIST电路支持的算法,全速测试,面积开销3个方面的比较,表明提出的嵌入式DRAM存储器BIST设计在测试时间,测试故障覆盖率和测试面积开销等各方面都取得了较好的性能.     

基于FPGA的MEMS陀螺仪SAR150实时数据采集系统设计

针对传统MEMS陀螺仪输出信息为模拟量且易受干扰、噪声较大的问题,结合SAR150陀螺仪可以直接输出数字信号的特点,提出了一种新型的数字陀螺仪实时数据采集系统;该系统以FPGA为主控制器,通过SPI接口完成对MEMS陀螺仪SAR150的控制与数据的传输,实现了对陀螺仪输出信号的采集、实时传输及存储;通过将所研制的数据采集系统应用于SAR150陀螺仪测量角速率实验,并对测得数据进行误差分析,实验结果表明:数据采集系统采集输出的角速率值与理论值的绝对误差标准差均小于0.2°/s;且该系统的可靠性高、实时性好,为后续的陀螺仪测试及标定奠定了基础,有一定的工程应用价值。     

Hysteresis Compensation and Adaptive Controller Design for a Piezoceramic Actuator System in Atomic Force Microscopy

This paper presents an indirect adaptive controller combined with hysteresis compensation to achieve high accuracy positioning control of piezoceramic actuators and illustrates the results with an atomic force microscope (AFM) application. A dynamic model of a piezoceramic actuator system in AFM is derived and analyzed. A feedforward controller based on the Preisach model is proposed to compensate for the nonlinear hysteresis effects. Then an indirect adaptive controller is designed to achieve desired tracking performance as well as deal with the uncompensated nonlinearity from hysteresis and the system parameter variation due to creep. Experimental results indicate that the proposed controller can significantly improve the positioning control accuracy of the piezoceramic actuator as well as achieve high image quality of the AFM system. The maximum scanning error was reduced from 2µm to 0.3µm in comparison with a proportional‐integral‐derivative (PID) controller. 节能减排和科技创新是我国保持可持续发展的重要保障,国家高度重视这两项工作,十一五以来陆续出台了鼓励节能减排和科技创新的相关鼓励政策。节能与科技管理系统是企业展示自身节能减排和科技创新成果和经验的窗口,在节能减排和科技创新工作中发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了作者利用Dreamweaver和ASP技术构建企业节能与科技管理系统的一些认识和经验。
