Investigation of electrode and hydrogen induced crack in welded joint of dissimilar steel

The welded joint of dissimilar heat-resisting steels 20Crl2MoV(F12)and 12 Cr2MoWVTiB(102)generally works around 600°C.In this paperthree kinds of ferritic electrodes are used for testing.They are R817 high-strength electrode(CrllMoVNi),R347 low-strength electrode(Cr2MoVWB)and newly-developed R507MoNb medium-strength electrode.The study on theinfluence of those three different electrodes on carbon migration,HIC and hy-drogen diffusion shows that medium-strength electrodes can well control thecarbon migration,and that the tendency to HIC in the joint formed by R817 issmaller than that by R347 instead.Considering the effect of weld metal transfor-mation on the restraint stress and hydrogen concentration of a joint,the hydro-gen distribution in the heat-affected zone(HAZ)is calculated by using finite ele-ment method(FEM)with stress and strain changing,and so the effect of thetransformation behaviour on HIC is revealed.In addition,newly-developedR507MoNb electrodes,tested the elevated-temperature property,oxidation re-sistance and creep rupture strength,have fulfilled the technical standards con-cerned and passed the examination of on-the-spot operation.     

Fluorescence spectra of ARE2I5 and AREI3 in the solid state (A ≡ K, Rb, Cs, Ti; RE ≡ Sm, Eu)

The fluorescence spectra of ARE₂I₅(s) and AREI₃(s) (A ≡ K, Rb, Cs, Tl; RE ≡ Sm₁ Eu) have been studied systematically. The regular shift of the central wavelengths is discussed in a preliminary manner on the basis of crystal lattice field and covalence effects.

在分析了黄、渭河部分测站的水文资料之后，研究渭河口拦门沙形成及消失条件，为减轻渭河下游的淤积寻找方法。     

High temperature thermodynamics of the Cr-Cr2N-N2 system

The high-temperature thermodynamic behavior of the Cr-Cr₂N-N₂ system has been investigated in the temperature range 1450 to 1850 K by measuring the equilibrium pressure of nitrogen gas over pure chromium metal and chromium nitride Cr₂N. From the experimental data, the standard free energy and enthalpy of formation of Cr₂N have been determined to be: ΔH° = −104. ± 10 (KJ. mol⁻¹ Cr₂N) ΔG° = −104. + 0.04987 ± 3.8 (KJ. mol⁻¹ Cr₂N)     

27keV Ar~+斜入射时的Cu-Au合金溅射实验角分布

用27keV Ar~+分别在垂直和倾斜入射情况下,轰击了Cu-Au(30wt％)合金样品,测量了Cu和Au原子的溅射角分布。角分布是用卢瑟福背散射(RBS)技术分析Al捕获膜上的Cu-Au沉积成分而定量得到的。结果表明:(1)在Ar~+倾斜(θ=40°)入射时,Cu原子择优发射,且程度比垂直入射(θ_r=O°)时增强:(2)倾斜入射时,Cu原子的角分布显示出在接近于样品表面法线方向的发射角范围内(θ<45°),发射机率比垂直入射时减小。     

RE／S值对控轧低碳Mn－Nb－RE钢硫化物成分和形貌的影响

用扫描电镜测定了含０．０４１％～０．０７６％ＲＥ的低碳Ｍｎ－Ｎｂ－ＲＥ钢中硫化物的成分、大小和形貌。ＲＥ／Ｓ值为２．８～３．０时，钢中的硫化物充分变质。     

聚合物冷拉过程的流函数分析

用流函数法分析了聚合物拉伸成形时，颈缩的发生和扩展过程，文中论证了采用流函数法的优越性和适用性，并将流函数法计算结果和有限元法计算结果作了对比。
