从创新能力和体育教学的关系、体育教学的特性及创造教育实施原则等方面入手,对高校体育教学中学生创新能力的培养进行分析,并阐述其基本方法和途径。     

基于扰动力矩观测器的电子节气门控制

通过介绍汽车电子节气门控制系统的工作原理及其组成,以及对系统的非线性因素分析,建立其数学模型,设计出数字PID控制器和扰动力矩补偿器,并在matlab/simulink中进行了仿真,对仿真结果分析得出:基于数字PID控制器的控制精度较差,并且容易产生超调;基于扰动力矩观测器的PID控制器具有较好的跟踪性,可以较好地满足控制要求.     

透过节能减排政策和制度看中国节能减排

随着世界人口的增长、现代工业的高速发展,不可再生资源遭到掠夺式开采、能源消耗几何级增长、环境污染程度大大超出了生态系统的承受能力。如何解决能源短缺与污染严重对经济和社会发展的影响已经成为世界性的难题,我国同样如此。因此,加强对节能减排体系的研究,对我国节能减排工作的开展具有非常重要的意义。对我国节能减排的政策和制度进行剖析,指出了我国节能减排政策、制度以及做法中存在的问题,并提出解决的方法。     

框架的行置换和列置换——处理复杂系统的新思维系列之四

本系列论文基于《多边矩阵理论》,由东方整体性思维所启迪,试图提供并完善一套从整体到局部处理复杂系统多指标问题、非均匀性问题、非线性问题的强有力的数学工具,并对其进行严格的理论推导和证明。本文利用群论的相关概念和结论,将其和框架的剖分运算相结合,引入了导出框架和对称框架的定义,证明了框架的行置换等价于列置换的结论,从而以后可以统一地处理指标间的置换问题。     

高等教育的公益性与高校学报的对应关系

高校学报是高等教育体系的有机组成部分,对高校学报的考察和定位不可脱离这一关系。高校学报的使命与高等教育的使命紧密相连,其基本属性与高等教育的基本属性是一致的。高校学报是公益性的出版单位,其出版的学报属于准公共产品。在出版业改革中,作为公益性出版的高校学报与所在学校的隶属关系无需改变。撇开与大学的整体关系,以刊论刊,孤立地将学报与营利性期刊等同对待是片面的。     

小波变换在求解重力测定反问题中的应用

针对重力测定反问题,提出将其离散为线性不适定问题,利用小波变换方法进行数值求解.该方法将小波变换和正则化方法相结合,选取小波函数作为一组基底,将原不适定问题转化为粗子空间上的适定问题,并给出选取粗子空间基的方法.通过数值模拟已有方法和小波变换方法求解结果的比较,表明了小波变换方法的可行性和有效性.     

虚拟样机中模型库关联关系的研究

为了解决复杂产品虚拟样机模型库管理方法引起的虚拟样机间模型的可复用性低、共享性低、存储不方便等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟样机中模型库关联关系的管理方法.通过对虚拟样机协同开发过程分析,建立了基于功能级的元模型.通过研究元模型间的约束关系发现了关联关系层,并实现了基于关联关系的模型库管理系统,在一定程度上解决了以上提出的问题.     

Formation mechanism of subtrenches on cone-shaped patterned sapphire substrate

In this paper, the cone-shaped patterned sapphire substrates (PSS) were etched by an inductively couple plasma with BCl 3 as the reacting gas. The influence of the operating pressure and the RF bias power on subtrenches of the cone-shaped PSS and the formation mechanism of subtrenches were investigated. Investigation on film cooling characteristics from a row of converging slot-holes on flat plate

Experimental and numerical researches were conducted to investigate the cooling performance of a single row of consoles (converging slot-hole) on a large-scale flat-plate model.
