Peracetic acid pretreatment of sugarcane bagasse for enzymatic hydrolysis: a continued work

Previous work has shown that the enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse could be greatly enhanced by peracetic acid (PAA) pretreatment. There are several factors affecting the enzymatic digestibility of the biomass, including lignin and hemicelluloses content, cellulose crystallinity, acetyl group content, accessible surface area and so on. The objective of this work is to analyze the mechanism of the enhancement of enzymatic digestibility caused by PAA pretreatment. Delignification resulted in an increase of the surface area and reduction of the irreversible absorption of cellulase, which helped to increase the enzymatic digestibility. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum showed that the absorption peaks of aromatic skeletal vibrations were weakened or disappeared after PAA pretreatment. However, the infrared crystallization index (N.O'KI) was increased. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that the crystallinity of PAA‐treated samples was increased owing to the partial removal of amorphous lignin and hemicelluloses and probable physical change of cellulose. The effect of acetyl group content on enzymatic digestibility is negligible compared with the degree of delignification and crystallinity. The results indicate that enhancement of enzymatic digestibility of sugarcane bagasse by PAA pretreatment is achieved mainly by delignification and an increase in the surface area and exposure of cellulose fibers. 固定化微生物脱除工业酸性废气中H_2S的研究

以H 2软性填料作为氧化亚铁硫杆菌的固定化载体 ,构成了固定床生物反应器。在一定操作条件下 ,考察了固定床生物反应器对Fe2 +的氧化速率 ,最大可达 7.6 7g/ (L·h)。并对固定床生物反应器运行中在载体表面形成的络合物进行了研究 ,X射线衍射证明此络合物为黄钾铁矾 [KFe3(SO4 ) 2 (OH) 6]。     

Optimization of the magnetic circuit in the MFL inspection system for storage-tank floors

Magnetization is the key to inspection of a tank floor via the magnetic-flux-leakage (MFL) technique. In order to optimize the magnetic circuit of the MFL detector and obtain the best detection effects, the influences of the magnet size on the floor magnetization condition, the gap magnetic flux density, and the magnetic force were studied with the help of the finite element method (FEM) and the effects of some other parameters, such as the magnet pole spacing and pole-piece thickness, on the signal-to-noise ratio were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that variation of the magnet width affects the magnetization much more than variation of the magnet thickness and that the detector can reach a trade-off between the magnetization effects and the driving force when the magnet is about 30 mm thick and 40 mm wide. On condition that the floor has reached its magnetizing saturation, an increase in the magnet-pole spacing and the pole-piece thickness can improve the testing sensitivity and the signal-to-noise ratio. 介孔氧化铁对正辛醇乙氧基化反应的催化性能

以十二烷基磺酸钠为模板剂、乙二胺为碱性介质,将水热法合成的氧化铁/十二烷基磺酸钠复合中孔材料在550℃、空气气氛中煅烧10h,除去模板剂,得到介孔氧化铁。通过X射线衍射、氮气吸附-脱附方法对介孔氧化铁的晶体结构和表面物性进行表征。表征结果显示,煅烧后的介孔氧化铁具有典型的六方介孔的结构特征,平均孔径为5.4nm。将介孔氧化铁用于催化正辛醇乙氧基化反应,研究结果表明,升高反应温度和初始压力、增加催化剂用量,可加快环氧乙烷的反应速率,同时产物的相对分子质量分布较窄。当平均聚合度为6.5时,正辛醇聚氧乙烯醚相对分子质量分布的选择性系数达到21.1。

沸石孔结构对1-己烯异构化性能的影响

采用1-己烯为原料,对硅铝比相近、不同孔结构的沸石在脉冲微反装置上进行了评价试验,考察了FCC条件下沸石孔结构对烯烃异构化性能的影响。结果表明,大孔径的Y型沸石具有良好的异构化性能,异构化能力由强到弱的排列顺序为Y>β>ZRP>丝光沸石>镁碱沸石。
