研究计算机仿真技术在电控燃油喷射发动机上的应用 ,加快电控汽油机的开发进度 ,更好地提高汽油机乃至汽车的整体性能 .结合自行设计的电控系统 ,建立了控制数据和汽车在驾驶循环中发动机工况点的计算机仿真模型 ,以及整车性能预测模型 .利用该方法对一台微型轿车进行了电控燃油喷射的改造 .试验结果表明 ,计算机仿真获得的控制数据具有很好的精度 ,仿真模型获得的发动机工况点以及整车性能预测结果对于指导控制系统与汽油机的匹配具有很大的意义 ,加快了电控汽油机的开发进度 . 相似文献

以武九高楼山公路隧道突涌水灾害为研究背景,针对其以断层破碎带为主控因素的隧道围岩稳定及突水问题展开调研和数值分析研究,以期为突涌水治理措施的制定提供参考。基于FLAC3D有限差分法及流固耦合分析原理,研究了隧道埋深H、地下水位高度h、围岩级别S、侧压力系数K0、断层宽度W、断层与隧道相对间距d/D、断层与水平面夹角θ等7个因素对隧道围岩稳定性及涌水量的影响规律,并基于公路隧道规范中建议的隧道相对收敛变形及涌水量等级,对围岩稳定性及涌水等级进行评价。结果表明:围岩级别S对隧道变形、塑性区、涌水量影响最大,其次为侧压力系数K0,再次为断层与隧道相对间距d/D和断层宽度W;不敏感的影响因素为:隧道埋深H、地下水位高度h及断层与水平面夹角θ。地层条件及断层因素是隧道突涌水的主控因素,治理措施中应优先考虑地层的加固和限量排放双重措施。 相似文献

Experiment statistical method and genetic algorithms based optimization method are used to obtain the optimum differential gear ratio for heavy truck that provides best fuel consumption when changing the working condition that affects its torque and speed range. The aim of the study is to obtain the optimum differential gear ratio with fast and accurate optimization calculation without affecting drivability characteristics of the vehicle according to certain driving cycles that represent the new working conditions of the truck. The study is carried on a mining dump truck YT3621 with 9 forward shift manual transmission. Two loading conditions,no load and 40 t,and four on road real driving cycles have been discussed. In order to improve the shift quality, a linear quadratic optimal tracking control algorithm for automatic transmission shift process is proposed. The dynamic equations of the shift process are derived using a Lagrange method. And a powertrain model is built in the Matlab/Simulink and verified by the measurements. Considering the shift jerk and friction loss during the shift process, the tracking trajectories of the turbine speed and output shaft speed are defined. Furthermore, the linear quadratic optimal tracking control performance index is proposed. Based on the Pontryagin's minimum principle, the optimal control law of the shift process is presented. Finally, the simulation study of the 1-2 upshift process under different load conditions is carried out with the powertrain model. A frequency compensation control method for the opposed-piston two-stroke folded-cranktrain (OPFC) diesel engine''s common rail system is presented as a result of the study of the loop-shaping theory. A common rail working process and the classical frequency control theory are combined to construct a frequency restriction of common rail pressure. A frequency compensator is utilized to improve the robustness of multiplicative perturbations and disturbance. The loop-shaping method has been applied to design the common rail pressure controller of the OPFC diesel engine. Simulation and bench test results show that in the condition of perturbation that comes from the effect of injection, multi-injection, fuel pumping of a pre-cylinder, and instantaneous pressure fluctuation, the controller indicates high precision. To experimentally match performance and structural features of an opposed-piston two-stroke engine( OPTSE),two calculation models,a one-dimensional( 1-D) model and a three-dimensional( 3-D) model,of the combined charging matching simulation of an OPTSE was established by using the GT-Power software.To test and verify the one dimensional model,the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics simulation model was established using AVL FIRE software. Cylinder pressure curves in these two models match perfectly,showing that it is reasonable to use the one-dimensional model to simulate the work process of an OPTSE. In order to improve the electromaagnetic compatibility of powertrain control module (PCM),a system procedure of vehicular PCM electromagnetic alteration is presented in this paper.First of all,the box of the PCM is divided into different cabins to eliminate interferences between power supply circuit,analog circuit and digital circuit.Secondly,the working principle and electromagnetic (EM) characters of all the signals adopted by a typical PCM are analyzed.Then according to specific electromagnetic characters,different measures are adopted in corresponding signal process circuits or signal transfer cables,such as ground layout designing,power supply protecting,signal shielding and drive cable interference suppressing.Finally,further improvement may also needed regarding to practical electromagnetic compatibility test effects.The final test shows that,with all the measures mentioned above,the conducted emission of a PCM can be reduced by 20 dB;meanwhile,the radiated emission can be reduced by 30 dB comparing to the original system. 相似文献
