Experimental investigations of quasi-optical power combiner based on a half-open resonator are described. Power and frequency characteristics have been studied for one or three diodes. A compact ammonia sensor based on a 10-microm single-frequency, thermoelectrically cooled, pulsed quantum-cascade laser with an embedded distributed feedback structure has been developed. To measure NH3 concentrations, we scanned the laser over two absorption lines of its fundamental v2 band. A sensitivity of better than 0.3 parts per million was achieved with just a 1-m optical path length. The sensor is computer controlled and automated to monitor NH3 concentrations continuously for extended periods of time and to store data in the computer memory.  相似文献

The extensive proliferation of modern information services and ubiquitous digitization of society have raised cybersecurity challenges to new levels. With the massive number of connected devices, opportunities for potential network attacks are nearly unlimited. An additional problem is that many low-cost devices are not equipped with effective security protection so that they are easily hacked and applied within a network of bots (botnet) to perform distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. In this paper, we propose a novel intrusion detection system (IDS) based on deep learning that aims to identify suspicious behavior in modern heterogeneous information systems. The proposed approach is based on a deep recurrent autoencoder that learns time series of normal network behavior and detects notable network anomalies. An additional feature of the proposed IDS is that it is trained with an optimized dataset, where the number of features is reduced by 94% without classification accuracy loss. Thus, the proposed IDS remains stable in response to slight system perturbations, which do not represent network anomalies. The proposed approach is evaluated under different simulation scenarios and provides a 99% detection accuracy over known datasets while reducing the training time by an order of magnitude.  相似文献

The formation of scandium carbides by reaction of the elements has been investigated by in situ neutron diffraction up to 1823 K. On heating, the recrystallization of α-Sc occurs between 1000 and 1223 K. The formation of Sc2C and ScC (NaCl-B1 type structure) phases has been detected at 1323 and 1373 K, respectively. The formation of a new orthorhombic scandium carbide phase was observed at 1473(50) K. Once the scandium carbides are formed they are stable upon heating or cooling. No other phases were detected in the present study, in which the system was always carbon saturated. The thermal expansion coefficients of all phases have been determined, they are constant throughout the temperature interval studied.  相似文献

The true temperatures of the thermal radiation of stoichiometric hafnium, titanium, and zirconium carbides are defined from the generalized Wien displacement law. It is shown that Wien’s displacement law for the investigated stoichiometric carbides decreases linearly with increasing temperature. The uncertainties in the determination of the true temperature are no greater than 1 %. For determining the true temperature of stoichiometric carbides, the experimental values of the position of the maximum of the spectral density power are needed. By extrapolating the generalized Wien displacement laws in the ultra-high-temperature region, the positions of the maximum of the normal energy density of hafnium, titanium, and zirconium carbides at melting temperatures are obtained. Thermodynamics of thermal radiation of stoichiometric carbides is constructed by using the temperature dependences of the generalized Stefan–Boltzmann law. The calculated values of the normal total emissivity for the investigated carbides at different temperatures are in good agreement with experimental data. For determining the true temperatures of the thermal radiation of stoichiometric carbides, experimental values of either the normal total emissivity or the normal total energy density are needed. The temperature dependences of the Helmholtz free energy, entropy, heat capacity at constant volume, pressure, enthalpy, and internal energy of the thermal radiation of stoichiometric carbides at high temperature are obtained. It is shown that thermodynamic function values increase with increasing temperature as a power law.  相似文献

This work reports the synthesis and processing of a new flexible material based on PVC produced by living radical polymerization. The synthesis was carried out in a two‐step process. In the first step the macroinitiator α, ω‐di(iodo)poly(butyl acrylate) [α, ω‐di(iodo)PBA] was synthesized in water by single electron transfer/degenerative chain transfer mediated living radical polymerization (SET‐DTLRP) catalyzed by Na2S2O4. In the second step this macroinitiator was reinitiated by SET‐DTLRP of vinyl chloride (VC), thereby leading to the formation of the block copolymer poly(vinyl chloride)‐b‐poly(butyl acrylate)‐b‐poly(vinyl chloride) [PVC‐b‐PBA‐b‐PVC]. This new material was processed on a laboratory scale. The DMTA traces showed only a single glass transition temperature, thus indicating that no phase segregation was present. The copolymers were studied with regard to their processing, miscibility, and mechanical properties. A gas sensor based on off-beam quartz enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy was developed and optimized. Specifically, the length and diameter of the microresonator tube were optimized, and the outer tube shape is modified for enhancing the trace gas detection sensitivity. The impact of the distance between the quartz tuning fork and an acoustic microresonator on the sensor performance was experimentally investigated. The sensor performance was evaluated by determining the detection sensitivity to H(2)O vapor in ambient air at normal atmospheric pressure. A normalized noise equivalent absorption coefficient (1σ) of 6.2×10(-9)?cm(-1)?W/Hz(1/2) was achieved.  相似文献
