在内辊式高压型煤机上将一种印度尼西亚褐煤压制成高强度的无黏结剂型煤,对其比表面积、孔容积和表面官能团进行分析,测定了型煤的相对着火温度和绝热氧化升温速率,研究了其热解和燃烧行为特性.结果表明,印尼褐煤在干燥和高压成型过程中,发生了孔的收缩和崩塌,特别是微孔收缩程度要更大一些;干燥和成型过程中有羟基、羰基和羧基含氧官能团的分解;经过提质处理后,褐煤的自燃着火倾向降低,热解和燃烧反应性降低. 相似文献

Polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) nanocomposites for wood adhesives containing different amounts of colloidal silica nanoparticles (CSNs) were synthesized via in situ one-step emulsion polymerization. The adhesion strength of wood specimens bonded by PVAc nanocomposites was investigated by the tensile test. Thermal properties of PVAc nanocomposites were also characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. Rheological and morphological properties of the PVAc nanocomposites were investigated using rheometric mechanical spectrometry and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), respectively. The obtaining results showed that the shear strength of PVAc nanocomposite including 1 wt. % CSNs has the highest shear and tensile strength about 4.7 and 3.2 MPa, respectively. A small increment of Tg (~3 °C) and considerable increment of the ash content proved the enhancement of PVAc thermal characterization in the presence of CSNs. In this study, we examine the optical properties and unique features of a novel design of a parabola nanocone consisting of a homogenous shell-like cover layer of crystalline silicon (c-Si) and an Ag core which provides an enhanced absorption efficiency and significant photocurrent conversion during exposure to an incident light. Determining the geometrical sizes of the c-Si/Ag parabola nanocone, we designed an antireflection nanostructure based on certain arrays of investigated cone arrays on a GaAs substrate. We proved that the examined nanostructure shows a low percentage of reflectance of 6.24 % and a significant short current density of ~37.2 mA/m 2 as well as broadband antireflection facility. This understanding paves the way for novel methods toward the use of a simple and two layer nanoparticle in designing efficient and high performance antireflection layers of photovoltaics and solar cells that are able to function over a wide range of spectrum. 相似文献

Despite the fact that the very early stages (several tens of seconds) of catalysed olefin polymerisation processes appear negligibly short with respect to the residence time of most industrial reactors, they are critical in terms of catalyst activation, obtaining good particle morphology, and avoiding irreparable problems caused by particle overheating. The different types of reactors that have been used over the course of the past few years are discussed in this feature article.
