This study is aimed to determine the appropriate anode material (pure Al, 6013-T6; Al1 and 7075-T7351; Al2) for Al-air batteries. Electrochemical Measurements, Galvanostatic Anodic Dissolution Test and Surface Characterization are performed. The corrosion rate and the hydrogen gas evolution rate are calculated. Anodic dissolution test is carried out at the current density of 10–50 mA cm?2. The weight loss measurements were performed. The anode utilization (Ua%) and capacity density are calculated. The surface morphology of electrodes is investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mapping imagines are taken. The surface analysis also is performed by energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) and contact angles are determined by Young–Laplace Contact Angle method. As a result, it is seen that alloy elements change the surface characteristics during discharging of the battery and the battery performance is positively affected. Especially, copper shows surprisingly synergistic effect with aluminium on the alloy surface.  相似文献

Mg–Al-layered double hydroxide intercalated with a model drug, salicylate, was deposited on laboratory-made magnesium ferrite and commercial magnetite nanoparticles. The obtained core–shell nanocomposites have been characterized by a variety of methods. The combined information from X-ray diffraction patterns, electron diffraction patterns, FTIR spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectra, electron microscopy images, thermogravimetric analysis and microchemical analysis has indicated a similar nature and composition for the two samples. Magnetic measurements have revealed that although the inherent magnetization of magnetite was significantly higher, the nanocomposites displayed nearly similar magnetic properties.  相似文献

"Within the framework of a dynamic demoeconomic model the dominant role of job creation and migration for regional development is examined. The model is formulated by means of continuous dynamic equations for which an analytical solution is available for one region. On the basis of the solution the time paths of the model variables are specified. Numerical examples show the impact of the theoretical issues involved. The electrochemical oxidation of phenol on Pt electrode has been investigated in 1M NaOH and 0.5M H2SO4 solutions at different temperature and different phenol concentration. A simplified mechanism for the electrochemical oxidation of phenol is proposed which includes a selective oxidation parallel with PtO(x) formation. Activation energy, which was obtained from the experimental data, was almost same in studied mediums. This means that electrooxidation mechanism for phenol must be same. Other thermodynamic values such as DeltaS, DeltaH were calculated from the experimental data.  相似文献

The present study describes some unexpected receptor mediated effects of N-methylcarbamylcholine on mouse M1 muscarinic receptor gene transfected cell line (M1Y1) that were not evident from biochemical studies with mouse and rat brain tissue where N-methylcarbamylcholine exhibited only nicotinic properties. Although N-methylcarbamycholine was devoid of muscarinic properties in mouse and rat brain preparations, as determined by phosphoinositide turnover and inhibition of [3H]QNB binding, it exhibited significant muscarinic characteristics in the transfected M1Y1 cell line. At a concentration of 10(-6) M or greater, N-methylcarbamycholine caused a transient increase in intracellular Ca2+ of 50 s duration that was reversible by atropine or pirezepine. The Ca(2+)-transient was not elicited by other nicotinic agents such as nicotine and N,N-dimethylcarbamylcholine, a close analogue of N-methylcarbamylcholine, with comparable affinity for nicotinic receptors and devoid of muscarinic activity. N-Methylcarbamylcholine also stimulated phosphoinositide turnover in M1Y1 cells with an estimated EC50 value 10 times greater than that of carbachol, and the effect was blocked by atropine. Both carbachol and N-methylcarbamycholine inhibited [3H]QNB binding in a concentration-dependent manner; however, the IC50 for carbachol was over two orders of magnitude greater than that observed in mouse and rat brain membranes. In considering possible explanations for the differential characteristics of N-methylcarbamylcholine in mouse and rat brain as compared to the transfected M1Y1 cells, it was concluded that the difference may be attributable to differences in the receptor-transduction coupling efficiency and the microenvironment of the muscarinic receptors.  相似文献

The human FLT3 cDNA was cloned from a pre-B cell line and characterized. The deduced amino acid sequence shows that FLT3 codes for a receptor-type tyrosine kinase of 993 residues, presenting a strong similarity with the corresponding mouse FLT3/FLK2 protein as well as with the receptors for colony-stimulating factor 1 (CSF1R/FMS) and steel locus factor (SLFR/KIT). An analysis of the expression of the gene using amplification of reverse transcribed FLT3 mRNA by polymerase chain reaction shows that FLT3 is expressed in various lymphohematopoietic cells and tissues, including a series of immature cell lines and leukemias of lymphocytic origin.  相似文献
