Application of neural network interval regression method for minimum zone straightness and flatness

The goal of this paper is to develop an accurate, efficient, and robust algorithm for the minimum zone (MZ) straightness and flatness. In this paper, we use an interval bias adaptive linear neural network (NN) structure together with least mean squares (LMS) learning algorithm, and an appropriate cost function to carry out the interval regression analysis. From the results, we can see that both the straightness and flatness results from the interval regression method by NN can converge closer to the definition of the MZ straightness and flatness, respectively, than that of the least-squares (LSQ) method. The interval regression method by NN developed in this paper is applicable in the linear regression analysis that has a complicated constraint, and where the LSQ method cannot be used.     

闸刀远方操作位置检查方案探析

针对集中监控模式下500 kV变电站无人值守运行管理中闸刀远方遥控操作后位置"双确认"的检查,文章提出了双位置遥信判断、视频监控辅助判断、压力传感器辅助判断、激光感应器辅助判断等方案,并就各种方案的技术经济性及可行性进行了简单探讨。提出了适合安徽500 kV变电站闸刀远方操作后位置检查的方案,有助于提高远方操作的准确性。     

使用VB6.0开发IC芯片缝焊系统上位机软件

论述了系统的组成原理和实现方法。根据上、下位机的性能特点，定制了合理的通信协议。利用MSComm控件实现了PC机与单片机之间的串行通信。使用ADO控件完成对数据库的访问。     

Postbuckling of shear-deformable flat and curved panels under combined loading conditions

The static postbuckling of flat and doubly-curved shallow panels under the combined action of a system of uniaxial/biaxial compressive edge loads and a lateral pressure field is investigated, and the effects of transverse shear, initial geometric imperfections and tangential edge constraints upon load carrying capacity of curved panels are emphasized. Comparisons of the classical and shear deformable theories are made and issues related to the sensitivity to the snap-through behaviour are discussed. A variety of loading systems and panel geometries are considered in the numerical illustrations and pertinent conclusions related to the postbuckling response are outlined.     

Field Emission Properties of Nano-DLC Films Prepared on Cu Substrates by Pulsed Laser Deposition

Nano-diamond like carbon (DLC) thin films were prepared on fused silica and Cu substrates by the pulsed-laser deposition technique with different laser intensities. Step-measurement, atomic force microscope (AFM), UV-VIS-NIR transmittance spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the films. It was shown that the deposition rate increases with the laser intensity, and the films prepared under different laser intensities show different transparency. Raman measurement showed that the content of sp³ of the Nano-DLC thin films decreases with the laser intensity. The field emission properties of the Nano-DLC thin films on Cu substrates were studied by the conventional diode method, which showed that the turn-on field increases and the current density decreases with sp³ content in the films. A lower turn-on field of 6 V/um and a higher current density of 1 uA/cm² were obtained for Nano-DLC thin films on Cu substrate.
