Synthesis and properties of aminopropyl nucleic acids

Oligonucleotides that contain up to three aminopropyl nucleoside analogues have been synthesized. Dimers of aminopropyl adenine and thymidine were prepared and used as building blocks by applying phosphoramidite chemistry. Both R and S isomers of the aminopropyl nucleosides were used. This incorporation led to a reduction of thermal stability of double-stranded DNA. Furthermore, the (R)-adenine analogue, which yielded (S)-APNA, can be considered as a candidate for universal base pairing.     

制备奥托金的几种可供选择的方法

本文叙述三种由乌洛托品制备奥托金(HMX)的新方法,每种方法都是先进行乙酰化然后再硝化,其中以DADN为中间产物的方法的HMX得率,比目前以乌洛托品和醋酐为基础的Bachmann法要高,但要采用后者不必采用的硫酸和聚磷酸。已经表明,DADN可在中间规模以良好的得率快速连续地生产,废酸回收也没有什么问题。     

Attraction of Male European Tarnished Plant Bug, <Emphasis Type="Italic">Lygus rugulipennis</Emphasis> to Components of the Female Sex Pheromone in the Field

Previous work showed that females of the European tarnished plant bug, Lygus rugulipennis Poppius (Heteroptera: Miridae), produced three chemicals, hexyl butyrate, (E)-2-hexenyl butyrate, and (E)-4-oxo-2-hexenal, and that these were suspected to be components of the female sex pheromone. In field experiments, traps baited with blends of these chemicals dispensed from polyethylene vials and sachets failed to catch significant numbers of males. Here, we report more recent field experiments in which the chemicals were released from glass microcapillary tubes. A blend of hexyl butyrate and (E)-4-oxo-2-hexenal was significantly attractive to male L. rugulipennis. In addition, whereas the mixture of all three components attracted fewer L. rugulipennis males, this tertiary blend captured significantly greater numbers of males of the congeneric species Lygus pratensis than the binary mixture. The possible reasons for the success of the microcapillaries compared with other dispensers are discussed.

Photoresponsive dendritic azobenzene peptides

Two dendritic peptides containing a branched lysine core and up to eight azobenzene moieties in the periphery were synthesized on solid support employing the omega-amino acid 4-(aminomethyl)phenylazobenzoic acid. With an additional peptidic tail consisting of an oligolysine portion, water solubility was achieved for the dendrimers, which allowed for the characterization of the cis/trans photoisomerization of the dendritic azobenzene species in both organic and aqueous media. Despite the interactions between the chromophores, which occur particularly in aqueous media, at higher dilution the photoisomerization process was found to proceed to extents that should permit photomodulation of molecular recognition processes between ligands grafted to the photosensitive azobenzene units and receptor molecules.     

Zn-Al-CO_3水滑石晶粒尺寸控制与光屏蔽作用研究

在旋转液膜反应器中制备成核浆液 ,通过控制晶化温度制备了不同粒径且晶体结构完整的Zn Al CO3水滑石 (LDHs)。将不同粒径的Zn Al CO3LDHs配成质量分数为 0 0 2 %的水分散液 ,测定在紫外 -可见光范围的透过率 ,结果发现 ,随晶化温度的升高 ,LDHs粒径增大 ,样品对紫外及可见光的阻隔作用增强 ;Zn Al CO3LDHs在不同波长下的吸光度与晶体粒子在a轴和c轴方向的尺寸呈线性关系。由外推法求得了Zn Al CO3LDHs对各波长紫外 -可见光产生屏蔽作用的晶粒尺寸阈值。对波长分别为 2 90、3 2 0、40 0、60 0和 80 0nm光波能够产生屏蔽作用的Zn Al CO3LDHs ,其粒子尺寸在a轴方向需分别大于 3 2 92、3 3 77、3 4 77、3 5 5 6、3 5 79nm ;在c轴方向需分别大于 9 73、12 79、16 47、19 3 5、2 0 2 2nm。     

杀螟硫磷原药和制剂气相色谱测定法的协作研究

世界卫生组织(WHO)于1973年首次把杀螟硫磷(fenitrothion)编入农药规格手册。有效成份的分析采用滴定法,该法基于杀螟硫磷在酸性溶液中被锌还原,然后用亚硝酸钠滴定还原产物胺。方法包括原药及其可湿性粉剂的测定。这一方法并不是专一的而且费时。在WHO杀虫剂化学与规格专家委员会1977年会议上,J.W.Miles和D.L.Mount
