Stabilization of bioethanol recovery with silicone rubber‐coated ethanol‐permselective silicalite membranes by controlling the pH of acidic feed solution

In order to produce highly concentrated bioethanol by pervaporation using an ethanol‐permselective silicalite membrane, techniques to suppress adsorption of succinic acid, which is a chief by‐product of ethanol fermentation and causes the deterioration in pervaporation performance, onto the silicalite crystals was investigated. The amount adsorbed increased as the pH of the aqueous succinic acid solution decreased. The pervaporation performance also decreased with decreasing pH when the ternary mixtures of ethanol/water/succinic acid were separated. Using silicalite membranes individually coated with two types of silicone rubber, pervaporation performance was significantly improved in the pH range of 5 to 7, when compared with that of non‐coated silicalite membranes in ternary mixtures of ethanol/water/succinic acid. Moreover, when using a silicalite membrane double‐coated with the two types of silicone rubber, pervaporation performance was stabilized at lower pH values. In the separation of bioethanol by pervaporation using the double‐coated silicalite membrane, removal of accumulated substances having an ultraviolet absorption maximum at approximately 260 nm from the fermentation broth proved to be vital for efficient pervaporation. 开发井低渗透储层中长期产能预测

研究表明，某些低渗透储层具有启动压力梯度影响，即实际生产压差只有大于某个数值时，储层流体才能流动。针对此问题，从低速非达西渗流理论入手，给出了考虑启动压力影响的低速非达西储层的产能预测方法，并在F160-126等开发评价井上进行了应用，达到了准确评价低渗透非达西储层中长期产能、指导开发井生产的目的。     

40000m~3/h空分设备主换热器的设计及制造

通过对进口 4 0 0 0 0m3 /h空分设备主换热器进行结构分析及对比模拟计算 ,用国产传热翅片进行设计、采用真空钎焊工艺制造的主换热器 ,经并网运行 ,设计指标优于原空分设备 ,为今后成套大型空分设备板翅式换热器国产化设计、制造创造了条件。     

秦岭造山带（陕西部分）中新生代陆内造山及与矿产关系

印支运动后的秦岭造山带受古亚洲构造域、环太平洋构造域和特题斯三大构造域联合作用，发生了强烈的陆内造山，奠定了该区条块相间构造岩片系统的基本构造格架，控制了本区斑岩型钼矿和众多热液型多金属矿产的最终成矿作用和矿带展布。     

宣钢1260 m3高炉扩容大修改造设计

宣钢l260m^3高炉大修改造时将炉容扩大到l350m^3，对高炉本体系统设备及冷却系统、自动控制及检测系统进行了全面的改造更新，在炉腹、炉腰及炉身下部高热负荷区域采用铜冷却壁，取消炉身中上部铸铁冷却壁凸台，并采用薄内衬等先进、适用、可靠、成熟的技术。     

STUDY ON PHASE PERCEPTION IN SPEECH

The perceptual effect of the phase information in speech has been studied by auditory subjective tests. On the condition that the phase spectrum in speech is changed while amplitude spectrum is unchanged, the tests show that: (1) If the envelop of the reconstructed speech signal is unchanged, there is indistinctive auditory perception between the original speech and the reconstructed speech; (2) The auditory perception effect of the reconstructed speech mainly lies on the amplitude of the derivative of the additive phase; (3) td is the maximum relative time shift between different frequency components of the reconstructed speech signal. The speech quality is excellent while td <10ms; good while 10ms< td <20ms; common while 20ms< td <35ms, and poor while td >35ms.     

CROSS-SPECTRAL MOMENT AND SVD METHODS ESTIMATING THE PARAMETERS OF CLOSE SINUSOIDS IN COLORED NOISE

The cross-spectral estimation methods are efficient in estimating the parameters of sinusoidal signals embedded in colored noise. But up to now, only FPT and cross-periodogram methods are used in this field, the modern auto-spectral estimation method is introduced into cross-spectral estimation in this paper, meanwhile the cross-correlation based Yule-Walker equation is proposed theoretically and the moment and singular-value decomposition (SVD)) algorithms for cross-spectral estimation have been developed. Finally, a numerical example is given for comparing the presented methods with the well-known Cadzow's SVD method.     

片式阻容元件的现状和发展方向

在国外的片式元器件（ＳＭＤ）中，片式阻容元件发展最快，主要表现为片式化率迅速上升，尺寸越来越小，性能越来越好，包装形式多样化和生产管理不断改进。本文综述了国外阻容元件在这些方面的进展，指出了我国的差距，提出了我国如何发展的措施。
