Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 thin films on 2 in. LaAlO3(0 0 1) substrates

High quality Tl₂Ba₂CaCu₂O₈ (Tl-2212) superconducting thin films are prepared on both sides of 2 in. LaAlO₃(0 0 1) substrates by off-axis magnetron sputtering and post-annealing process. XRD measurements show that these films possess pure Tl-2212 phase with C-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The thickness unhomogeneity of the whole film on the 2 in. wafer is less than 5%. The superconducting transition temperatures T_cs of the films are around 105 K. At zero applied magnetic field, the critical current densities J_cs of the films on both sides of the wafer were measured to be above 2 × 10⁶ A/cm² at 77 K. The microwave surface resistance R_s of film was as low as 350 μΩ at 10 GHz and 77 K. In order to test the suitability of Tl-2212 thin films for passive microwave devices, 3-pole bandpass filters have been fabricated from double-sided Tl-2212 films on LaAlO₃ substrates.

对72B纺织用钢丝圈进行失效分析，发现钢丝圈使用性能不合格的主要原因是热处理炉仪表指示温度偏差太大及热处理工艺规范不合理，使得球化退火后的金相组织出现粗晶铁素体，淬火和回火后的金相组织出现铁素体、粒状渗碳体，使材料塑性增加，满足不了使用性能。     

Development of grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite/granular bainite duplex steel

A new hot-rolled low alloy high strength steel with grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite/granular bainite duplex micro-structure has been developed through novel microstructure and alloying designs without any noble metal elements such as nickel and molybdenum. Its as-rolled microstructure and mechanical properties, fatigue crack propagation behavior compared with single granular bainitic steel as well as continuous cooling transformation, were investigated in detail. The measured result of CCT (continuous cooling transformation) curve shows that such duplex microstructure can be easily obtained within a wide air-cooling rate range. More importantly, this duplex microstructure has much better combination of toughness and strength than the single granular bainite microstructure. It is found that the grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite in this duplex microstructure can blunt the rni-crocrack tip, cause fatigue crack propagation route branching and curving, and thus it increases the resistance to fati     

基于细胞神经网络刀具磨损图像处理的研究

本文提出了一种基于细胞神经网络的刀具磨损图像处理方法．通过设计细胞神经网络参数，运用细胞神经网络对刀具的二值图像平滑滤波，边缘提取．通过仿真证明该方法是有效的，由于细胞神经网络易于用VLSI实现并且并行处理速度快，因此应用于刀具的磨损状态机器视觉检测中的图像处理是很有用的。
