本文用失重法和慢应变率法确定16Mn钢在3%氯化钠水溶液中适宜阴极保护电位区间,用扫描电镜观察慢应变拉伸断口形貌。结果表明:16Mn钢在3%氯化钠水溶液中适宜阴极保护电位区间是:-775mVSCE——-900mVSCE。阴极过保护电位下,16Mn钢将发生以沿晶脆断为特征的氢脆,而且保护电位越负,其氢脆敏感性越大。  相似文献

Titania (TiO2) was immobilized onto hydroxylated glass beads (HGB) via the thermal bonding and sol–gel coating methods. The photocatalytic activity and adherence stability of the prepared supported photocatalysts were studied in a fluidized bed photoreactor. P25 thermally bonded HGB was found to be more active than sol–gel coated HGB prepared with the same immobilization conditions, while both of them exhibited poor adherence stability, i.e., large amounts of immobilized TiO2 detached from HGB during the degradation. The adherence stability was improved with limited extents by increasing the calcination temperature or reducing the coverage of TiO2 on HGB, but either of these approaches resulted in lower activity. The poor adherence stability was ascribed to the fluid shear force and particle friction in fluidized bed, as well as the insufficient bonding between TiO2 and HGB in terms of the bonding mechanism.

Hydroxylated quartz sands (HQS) and silica gel beads (SGB) were further studied and used as supports. Results have shown that the adherence stability was significantly improved with SGB but only slightly improved with HQS. Characterizations results showed that a coarser surface and more surface Si–OH groups could improve the adherence stability of supported TiO2 photocatalysts.  相似文献

本文报道用新试剂2-(6-甲基-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(MBTAE)分光光度法测定微量镍。Ni:MBTAE=1:2,ε=8.1×104L/mol·cm,Ni2+浓度在0~22μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。用于金属有机化合物中微量镍的测定,结果与理论值相符。  相似文献

Conversion rate in the Polyvinylchloride (PVC) polymerizing process has a certain influence on the molecular weight of PVC, porosity, absorption rate of plasticizer, vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) residue and thermal stability. Therefore, a predictive model based on echo state networks (ESN) method optimized by the artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) is proposed to predict the conversion velocity. Firstly, the hot balancing mechanisms of polymerizer and the influenced factors of convention rate of VCM are analyzed in details. Then the auxiliary variables of the predictive model kernel are selected by using the kernel principal component analysis method for reducing the model dimensionality. Thirdly, the structure parameters of the ESN are optimized by the AFSA to realize the nonlinear mapping between input and output variables of the discussed soft-sensor model. The artificial fish swarm behaviors, such as foraging, swarming, chasing, random, are introduced in details. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed model can significantly enhance the predictive accuracy and robustness of the technical index and satisfy the real-time control requirements of PVC polymerizing production process.  相似文献

A new terrain‐inclination‐based localization technique is proposed in this paper to enable a robot to identify its three‐dimensional location relative to measurable terrain inclinations. Given a topographical map and a planned path, a robot‐terrain‐inclination model (RTI model) is extracted along the path on the terrain upon which the robot is operating. A particle filter is then used to fuse the measurement data with the robot motion based on the extracted RTI model for either a three‐wheeled or a four‐wheeled mobile robot. Experiments were carried out in four outdoor scenarios: one short path with different initial conditions and map resolution, another short path with different surface roughness and sensor accuracy, and two long paths with different types of rigid terrains and multiple loops. Experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve good localization performance on inclined outdoor terrains.  相似文献
