粘土矿物对低渗透储层性质的影响——以鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系低渗透储层为例

粘土矿物是低渗砂岩储层的主要胶结物，对储层物性及开发过程中储层物性变化趋势有着重要的影响和控制作用。另外，粘土矿物也蕴含着大量沉积环境介质的物理化学信息，认识其自然规律，可以有效地指导预测有利储层，认识和改造油层。以鄂尔多斯盆地砂岩储层中的粘土矿物为研究对象，探讨分析粘土矿物对低渗储层性质的影响，该研究对含油气盆地低渗储层有效开发具有一定的参考价值。     

The Effects of Scaling and Bias Configuration on Operating-Voltage Constraints in SiGe HBTs for Mixed-Signal Circuits

This paper presents a comprehensive picture of operating-voltage constraints in SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors, addressing breakdown-related issues as they relate to technology generation, bias configuration, and operating-current density. New definitions for breakdown voltage, adopted from standard measurements, are presented. Practical design implications and physical origins of breakdown are explored using calibrated 2-D simulations and quasi-3-D compact models. Device-level analysis of ac instabilities and power performance, which is relevant to mixed-signal circuit design, is presented, and implications of the relaxed voltage constraints for common-base operation are explored.     

Investigation of texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation

The texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation was investigated in this study. Five colour centers were selected and textured colour pairs were generated using scanned textile woven fabrics and colour‐mapping technique. The textured and solid colour pairs were then displayed on a characterized cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor for colour difference evaluation. The colour difference values for the pairs with texture patterns are equal to 5.0 CIELAB units in lightness direction. The texture level was represented by the half‐width of histogram, which is called texture strength in this study. High correlation was found between texture strength and visual colour difference for textured colour pairs, which indicates that an increasing of 10 units of texture strength in luminance would cause a decreasing of 0.25 units visual difference for the five colour centers. The ratio of visual difference between textured and solid colour pairs also indicates a high parametric effect of texture. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 岳阳长江干堤是我国第一大河重要堤防,具有重要的战略地位。江南垸堤段每到汛期,堤身散浸,堤后管涌、海底浸不断,根据各方面比选决定采用吹填粉细砂筑堤进行治理。文章对大堤设计断面及排水方案进行拟定并对渗流稳定、堤坡稳定及地震反应进行分析,认为所拟定的加固断面可行,投资省。

可追溯的绿色安全猪肉生产系统研究

现在，养猪生产者滥用激素、微量元素和违禁药物饲养生猪，而消费者却无法识别这种猪肉，严重地威胁着消费者的食品卫生安全。为此，应用射频识别技术，采用综合软件管理，以一维条形码实行三网合一查验的方式来建立猪肉生产卫生安全跟踪系统，是保障消费者食品卫生安全的理想方法。     

中频反应溅射SiO2膜与直流溅射ITO膜的在线联镀

多数ITO透明导电玻璃生产线在实现SiO2膜与ITO膜在线联镀时，应用SiO2靶射频溅射沉积SiO2膜工艺和ITO靶直流溅射沉积ITO膜工艺，如果SiO2膜应用硅靶反应磁控溅射工艺，存在这种工艺是否可以与ITO靶直流溅射沉积ITO膜工艺在线联用以及如何实现联用的问题。作者对现有的生产线进行了改造设计、加工，做了大量实验、质谱分析和多项测试研究，成功地实现反应溅射SiO2膜与ITO膜在线联镀，做到SiO2镀膜室的工作状态的变化基本上不影响ITO镀膜室的工艺条件。
