ZH150重油钢包烘烤装置的研制与应用

ＺＨ１５０重油钢包烘烤装置具有点火方便，雾化好，燃烧稳定，燃烧效率高，火焰刚性好，调节性能好等优点，适合于钢包的烘烤，也可应用在基他工业炉窑中，该装置用蒸汽或压缩空气作为雾化介质，能燃用柴油，原油，重油，渣油等液体燃料，介绍了该装置的基本结构，工作原理，工作特点及设计对策，以及在生产中的应用情况。     

一种新的坡位定量描述方法及其与滑坡发生的关系

滑坡发生与地形因子的关系是区域滑坡静态规律研究的重点,但以往的研究多注重考虑其与反映几何形态的基本地形属性因子(几何形态属性因子)之间的关系,如坡度和坡向等。首先提出一种新的基于子流域内相对位置定量描述坡位(相对位置因子)的方法,并以温州地区瓯江流域1990~2001年发生的滑坡为研究对象,使用证据权法对比滑坡发生与两种不同类型地形因子之间的关系。结果表明,相对位置因子与滑坡发生的相关性大于滑坡危险性评价经常使用的几何形态属性因子;并且滑坡大多发生在定量坡位值较低的区域,这些地区处在下游,遭受流水侵蚀的强度更大、频率更高。     

BP网络模型对人脸朝向的识别

研究BP神经网络模型,通过计算机模拟人脑建立神经元网络,使用一部分人脸朝向信息作为训练的实例集,训练稳健后,可以推广应用判断其他人脸的朝向信息,以实现计算机自动识别人脸朝向。先对图片进行归一化等预处理,再应用主成分分析提取特征信息,每幅提取出的特征信息都是8个数据的列向量,构建一个8个输入、17个隐含、3个输出的三层BP网络模型。将训练实例集的特征向量代入训练,调整参数后保证其性能和收敛速度。最后通过大量实验验证,计算机识别的误判率仅为6.7%,模型可靠。     

Mechanically driven syntheses of carbides and silcides

Most metal carbides or slicides may be synthesized at room temperature, by ball milling mixtures of elemental powders for some tens of hours with a vibratory mill. Both stable and metastable compounds containing a high density of defects can be obtained. In general, phases stable at low temperatures are synthesized. This observation allows us to confirm recent estimations for the maximum temperature (600 K) attained in these powders during mechanical alloying. Exceptions are found for some MSi₂ suicides with M = titanium, iron or molybdenum for which both low- and high-temperature phases are formed.     

An effective hybrid approach of desirability,fuzzy logic,ANFIS and LAPO algorithm for optimizing compliant mechanism

This paper proposes an efficient hybrid approach for solving multi-objective optimization design of a compliant mechanism. The approach is developed by integrating desirability function approach, fuzzy logic system, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system, and Lightning attachment procedure optimization. Box–Behnken design is used to form a numerically experimental matrix. First, a refinement of design variables is conducted through analysis of variance and Taguchi approach in terms of considerably eliminating space of design variables and computation efforts. Next, desirability of two objective functions is computed and transferred into the fuzzy logic system. The output of fuzzy logic system is regarded as single combined objective function. Subsequently, a modeling for fuzzy output is developed via adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system. Then, LAPO algorithm is adopted for solving the optimization problem. By investigating three different numerical examples, performance of the proposed approach is validated. Numerical results revealed that the proposed approach has a computational accuracy better than that of Taguchi-based fuzzy logic reasoning. Finally, case study 1 is chosen as an optimal solution for the mechanism. Furthermore, the effectiveness of proposed approach is greater than that of the Jaya algorithm and TLBO algorithm through Wilcoxon signed rank test and Friedman test. The proposed approach can be used for related engineering fields.
