以间苯二甲酸为原料 ,经硝化、还原与碘化 ,合成非离子含碘造影剂的中间体 5 氨基 2 ,4,6 三碘异酞酸。 (1)硝化反应 ,n(硫酸 )∶n(硝酸钠 )∶n(间苯二甲酸 ) =7 9∶2 2∶1 0 ,温度 70℃下反应 3h ,产率为 86 7% ;(2 )还原反应 ,n(铁粉 )∶n(硝基物 ) =3 0∶1 0 ,回流反应 3h ,产率为78 1% ;(3)碘化反应 ,n(氯化碘 )∶n(氨基物 ) =3 3∶1 0 ,90℃下反应 3h ,碘化反应产率为76 2 %。每步均经改进 ,总收率为 5 1 6 % ,所得产品熔点、UV、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR等数据与文献报道一致     

雅满苏铁精矿球团烧结工艺研究

研究了全精矿球团烧结中焦粉内配比例、焦粉粒度、烧结矿碱度的选取,并进行了配加生矿粉试验,试验结果表明,雅满苏铁精矿全精矿示团烧结工艺明显优于普通烧结工艺。     

Tunable,Grating-Gated,Graphene-On-Polyimide Terahertz Modulators

An electrically switchable graphene terahertz (THz) modulator with a tunable-by-design optical bandwidth is presented and it is exploited to compensate the cavity dispersion of a quantum cascade laser (QCL). Electrostatic gating is achieved by a metal grating used as a gate electrode, with an HfO₂/AlO_x gate dielectric on top. This is patterned on a polyimide layer, which acts as a quarter wave resonance cavity, coupled with an Au reflector underneath. The authors achieve 90% modulation depth of the intensity, combined with a 20 kHz electrical bandwidth in the 1.9–2.7 THz range. The modulator is then integrated with a multimode THz QCL. By adjusting the modulator operational bandwidth, the authors demonstrate that the graphene modulator can partially compensate the QCL cavity dispersion, resulting in an integrated laser behaving as a stable frequency comb over 35% of the operational range, with 98 equidistant optical modes and a spectral coverage ~1.2 THz. This paves the way for applications in the terahertz, such as tunable transformation-optics devices, active photonic components, adaptive and quantum optics, and metrological tools for spectroscopy at THz frequencies.     

氧化镧的加入对PREP制备钨粉末性能的影响

采用等离子旋转电极雾化技术(plasma rotating electrode processing,PREP)制备出纯W和W-La合金球形粉末,对比分析了2种类型粉末的化学成分、形貌、物理性能、缺陷和粒度分布。结果表明:PREP法制备的球形纯W粉末表面光滑、球形度高,小于106μm粉末的收得率为70%。在棒料中加入La₂O₃后,大部分La₂O₃在PREP过程中挥发,残余的La₂O₃优先附着于液滴表面,降低了的液态金属钨的表面张力,将小于106μm粉末的收得率提升至90%;但是,表面张力的降低同时也导致W-La合金粉末表面出现少量缺陷。La₂O₃提高粉末收得率的现象为研究提高PREP技术粉末收得率提供了新思路。     

Large scale identification of genes involved in cell surface biosynthesis and architecture in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The sequenced yeast genome offers a unique resource for the analysis of eukaryotic cell function and enables genome-wide screens for genes involved in cellular processes. We have identified genes involved in cell surface assembly by screening transposon-mutagenized cells for altered sensitivity to calcofluor white, followed by supplementary screens to further characterize mutant phenotypes. The mutated genes were directly retrieved from genomic DNA and then matched uniquely to a gene in the yeast genome database. Eighty-two genes with apparent perturbation of the cell surface were identified, with mutations in 65 of them displaying at least one further cell surface phenotype in addition to their modified sensitivity to calcofluor. Fifty of these genes were previously known, 17 encoded proteins whose function could be anticipated through sequence homology or previously recognized phenotypes and 15 genes had no previously known phenotype.     

GSM系统合法侦听体系结构研究和设计

在分析了合法侦听原理的基础上分析了合法侦听的接口HI1,HI2,HI3三种不同接口实现不同的功能。HI1主要实现鉴权, HI2主要实现被侦听用户的活动信息传送,HI3则是实现被侦听用户的通信内容的传送。根据三种接口给出了GSM系统的合法侦听体系结构和实现GSM合法侦听的系统模型。     

Closure of the patent ductus arteriosus by means of cardiac catheterization

Authors report their results with transcatheter closure of patent arterial duct during a period of 1 year. Thirty patients underwent the procedure at the mean age of 5.22 yrs (range 5 mos-22.3 yrs) and mean bodyweight of 19.1 kg (range 5.8-73 kg). There were 9 males and 21 females. The diagnosis of the patent arterial duct was established by physical examination and noninvasive techniques. The procedures were attempted in all patients above 5 kg bodyweight with patent arterial duct and normal pulmonary artery pressure, irrespective of the shunt-size. All procedures were performed under general anesthesia in one session with the diagnostic cardiac catheterisation. Transcatheter closure was successful in 29 patients. In one patient the device embolized into the left pulmonary artery, snaring was unsuccessful, surgical closure of the patent duct and removal of the device took place uneventfully. Control aortography 15 minutes after the coil placement showed insignificant residual shunt through the patent duct in 8 patients (27%), while echocardiography at 1 month proved complete closure in all. The patients were followed by noninvasive methods. No mortality was observed. Authors emphasize the low risk and cost-effectiveness of the procedure. They stress the importance of the patients selection. Authors applied the technique for the first time and introduced it to the regular patient-care practice in Hungary.

The linear amplification with nonlinear component transmitter is a promising solution to high efficiency and high linearity amplification for non-constant envelope signals.An all-digital synthesizable baseband for a delay-based LINC transmitter is implemented.This paper proposes a standard-cell based synthesizable methodology which can be applied in the ASIC process efficiently without performance degradation compared to the manual layout.A scheme to overcome the limited resolution of conventional phase detectors is proposed.It employs alternative phase detector structures to provide reconfigurability for higher resolution after fabricating,resulting in an11 ps resolution improvement.Due to the PVT variation,an adaptive calibration scheme focusing on the inherent imbalance between two delay lines is depicted,which reveals an effective EVM enhancement of 5.37 d B.This baseband chip is implemented in 0.13 m CMOS technology,and the transmitter with the baseband has an EVM of –28.96 d B and an ACPR of –29.51 d B,meeting the design requirement.     

Bifurcation and chaos analysis of nonlinear rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support

Axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearings have been widely applied to precision instrument due to their high accuracy, low friction, low noise and high stability. The rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. The nonlinear analysis measures have to be adopted to analyze the behaviors of the axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor nonlinear system as the linear analysis measures fail. The bifurcation and chaos of nonlinear rotor system with three axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support are investigated by nonlinear dynamics theory. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution in the axial-grooved compressible gas-lubricated journal bearing. The time-dependent compressible gas-lubricated Reynolds equation is solved by the differential transformation method. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor supported by gas-lubricated journal bearing with three axial grooves is taken into consideration in the model of the system, and the dynamic equation of motion is calculated by the modified Wilson-0-based method. To analyze the unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite length gas-lubricated journal bearings, such as bifurcation and chaos, the bifurcation diagram, the orbit diagram, the Poincar6 map, the time series and the frequency spectrum are employed. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear gas film forces have a significant influence on the stability of rotor system and there are the rich nonlinear phenomena, such as the periodic, period-doubling, quasi-periodic, period-4 and chaotic motion, and so on. The proposed models and numerical results can provide a theoretical direction to the design of axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor system.     

胶体金免疫层析法快速诊断禽流感

建立了一种简便、快速、准确检测动物禽流感病毒(AIV)的胶体金免疫层析法(GICA).具体内容包括制备胶体金标记抗AIV单克隆抗体和羊抗AIV抗体,结合垫和样品垫的处理,组装免疫层析试纸条.检测动物AIV,进行敏感性和特异性评定.结果表明:测试条灵敏度可达10 ng/ml.与进口禽流感胶体金免疫层析试剂条比较,符合率达100%.本方法具有特异性强、灵敏度高、简便快速的特点,可用于禽流感的早期诊断.
