We evaluated the current sensitivity of a quasi-one-junction SQUID (QOS) comparator with an input transformer at 4.2 K. A comparator based on a QOS is promising for constructing the single flux quantum (SFQ) readout circuits of an array system of multiple superconducting detectors.The QOS comparator is made of three Nb/AlO \(_x\) /Nb Josephson junctions, senses an output signal of a superconductor detector, and generates the SFQ pulses.There are strong demands for enhancing the current sensitivity of the QOS comparator because an output current from superconducting detector typically remains at the magnitude of a few \(\upmu \) A. We fabricated the QOS comparator with an input transformer using AIST Standard Process 2, where the critical current density of the Josephson junctions is chosen as high as 2.5 kA/cm \(^{2}\) . We designed the input transformer to enhance the current sensitivity under the conditions of 200  \(\upmu \) \(\times \)  200  \(\upmu \) m in size and 20:1 in turn ratio. Consequently, we succeeded in reducing a gray zone width of the comparator, and achieved the current sensitivity of 400 nA at 4.2 K in the low frequency range.  相似文献

The contiguous sequence of 1,003,450 bp spanning map positions 64% to 92% of the genome of Synechocystis sp. strain PCC6803 has been deduced. Computer analysis of the sequence predicts that this region contains at least 818 potential ORFs, in which 255 (31%) were either genes that had already been identified or their homologues, 84 (10%) were homologues to registered hypothetical genes, and 149 (18%) showed weak similarities to reported genes. The remaining 330 ORFs showed no apparent similarity to any reported genes or carried no significant protein motifs. The potential ORFs as a whole occupied 86% of the sequenced region, implying compact arrangement of genes in the genome. As to the structural RNA genes, one rRNA operon consisting of 5,028 bp and at least 11 species of tRNA genes were identified. It is noteworthy that 10 out of the 11 tRNA species showed significant sequence similarities to tRNAs reported in plant chloroplasts. As other notable unique sequences, three classes of IS-like elements each with characteristics typical of IS elements were identified, and a typical unit of WD(Trp-Asp)-repeats which have only been detected in the regulatory proteins of eukaryotes was identified within the large 5,079-bp ORF located at map position 69%.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: An increased incidence of cardiovascular accidents in the morning has been reported, but the reason why is not clear. We measured 24-h haemodynamics and focused on its change in the morning. DESIGN: To study the circadian variation of haemodynamics, we recorded 24-h direct blood pressure and electrocardiogram using a telemetry method, in 21 untreated inpatients with essential hypertension, and measured cardiac output using the dye-dilution method in the morning, in the evening and during sleep. We also determined the beat-to-beat cardiac output (using the pulse-contour method), the total peripheral resistance and the ratio of low- to high-frequency components (using power spectral analysis of the R-R interval during 24 h), and made comparisons between morning and evening values. RESULTS: Both systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased rapidly in the early morning. Although the comparison of blood pressure between morning and evening showed no difference, total peripheral resistance and low- to high-frequency ratio were significantly higher in the morning than in the evening, but cardiac output was lower in the morning. CONCLUSIONS: Sympathetic nervous activity and vascular resistance seem to be higher in the morning than in the evening, and these haemodynamic changes may stress the cardiovascular system.  相似文献
