Phase Transition VO2 Thin Films for Optical Switches

This paper presents a method to make vanadium dioxide (VO₂) crystallites on silicon substrates by reactive ion beam sputtering. The thickness of the thin film is about 100nm. The phase transition temperature of VO₂ is 65°C. The transmittance of the semiconducting phase VO₂ is about 50% and it is reduced to as low as 3% in metal phase at the infrared wavelenghth spectrum. The extinction ratio of the optical switches is 12dB. and the insertion loss is of 1-2dB. The switching time is about 1ms.     

镁质瓷泥浆流变性能的改进

滑石质瓷是一种高性能瓷的材料，但由于其泥浆的稠化性及泥料塑性差，阻碍了滑石质瓷的大量生产。实验表明：引入长石作助熔剂并加入适量粘土，可以改进泥料塑性及泥浆流变性能，使烧成变形度小，机械强度提高，能较好地满足制品成型的工艺要求。实验中设计了多组配料，分析比较烧后试样的性能测试结果，确定最佳配方及烧结温度。     

显式BEZIER三角曲面的构造及其在离散数据插值中的应用

本文较系统地讨论了显式Bezier三角曲面的Clough-Tocher分割构造方法，并从工程应用角度提出了一种准C‘连续的Bezier三角曲面。由这种准C‘连续的Bezier三角曲面，通过进一步求解整体C‘连续的Bezier三角曲面在解决3D离散数据的曲面插值中取得了较好的应用效果。     

P油田长4+52小层孔隙度三维模型的建立

为了更准确的评价P油田主要产层长4 52小层的储集能力，以随机模拟建模方法对该层的孔隙度进行研究，建立孔隙度分布三维模型。研究表明，长4 52小层属于低孔储层，平均孔隙度为11．85％。根据P油田储层物性分类原则，该储层在本区分布较为广泛，是今后挖潜的重点。     

带有块间串扰MC-CDMA的时域信道估计和多用户检测

本文把带有IBI的MC-CDMA系统等效解释为特殊的直接序列码分多址（DS-CDMA）系统，并给出了相应的时域信道估计方法和时域线性最小均方误差（MMSE）多用户检测方法。仿真实验表明了本文方法的性能。     

丙烯腈吸收塔放空管道噪声控制

某石油化工总厂丙烯腈车间的吸收塔在放空负荷增大以后产生了较严重的噪声,对生产环境造成极大污染。为对丙烯腈吸收塔的放空管道实施噪声控制,改善工厂以及周边厂家的生产环境,进行了噪声控制方案设计及消声器设计。项目实施后,噪声绝对值降低了20分贝,噪声幅度降低达24％。     

浅谈变频器供电条件下电动机的温升与对策

随着变频调速技术的蓬勃发展，变频器供电电机的温升问题已引起人们的广泛关注。本文首先讨论了电动机的温升限度；然后结合感应电机温升实验的相关数据分析了变频器供电对电动机温升的影响及其原因；最后从降低发热量和提高散热能力两方面提出缓解电机温升的措施，并指出了实际应用中应注意的问题。     

Synthesis and aqueous solution behaviors of sodium sulfonate‐terminated dendritic poly(ester‐amine)

Sodium sulfonate‐terminated dendritic poly(ester‐amine) (SPEA) was synthesized by sulfonation of acrylic double bond‐terminated dendritic poly(ester‐amine) (APEA) with sodium hydrogen sulfite (NaHSO₃) in mixture of diglycol and 2‐butanone under normal pressure. The structure of SPEA was characterized by IR, ¹H‐NMR, and elemental analysis. SPEA was water‐soluble. 1.0–40.0% (mass) SPEA aqueous solutions appeared as dilatant fluid. When pH value varied from 1.5 to 12.0, the viscosity of 1–5% (mass) SPEA aqueous solutions changed very small, and the electric conductivity almost kept stable within pH 3.0–10.0. The relationship between the viscosity and the concentration of SPEA water solutions was similar to that of NaCl water solutions. The surface tension of SPEA water solutions was lower than that of polyethylene glycol 2000 water solutions with the same concentration. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008     

Green and self-lubricating polyoxymethylene composites filled with low-density polyethylene and rice husk flour

Polyoxymethylene (POM) composites filled with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and rice husk flour (RHF) were prepared by injection molding. The POM/5 wt % LDPE/7.5 wt % RHF composite exhibited the lowest wear rate, whereas the coefficient of friction remained low, and the POM/5 wt % LDPE/5 wt % RHF composite had the best mechanical properties. X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out, and the worn surfaces were examined with scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the addition of the filler reduced the crystallinity degree of the POM composites. The main wear mechanism for unfilled POM was adhesion, whereas for the POM composites, wear seemed to occur mainly by fatigue and abrasion. It was experimentally confirmed that the POM composite filled with LDPE and RHF, which is well-performing, low-cost, and environmentally friendly, could be a potential material for tribological applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Epoxidation of high trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene and its properties

A new organic‐solvent‐free water‐phase suspension method was used to synthesize partially epoxidized high trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene (TPI) to improve its properties, including oil resistance and wet‐skid resistance. The epoxidation was conducted in an aqueous peracetic acid solution and on the TPI granules prepared by a bulk precipitation method with supported titanium catalyst. The effects of the synthesis conditions, including reaction temperature, reaction time, and pH value, on the epoxy content were investigated. Epoxidized trans‐1,4‐polyisoprene (ETPI) with epoxy contents between 10 and 80% were obtained within 4 h. Both the amorphous and crystalline regions of TPI were epoxidized. The crystallization properties decreased with increasing epoxy content. ETPIs possessed lower mechanical properties than TPI but could be enhanced by vulcanization. The oil resistance and wet‐skid resistance were significantly improved after epoxidation. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008
