Intelligent micromachines that respond to external light stimuli have a broad range of potential applications, such as microbots, biomedicine, and adaptive optics. However, artificial light-driven intelligent micromachines with a low actuation threshold, rapid responsiveness, and designable and precise 3D transformation capability remain unachievable to date. Here, a single-material and one-step 4D printing strategy are proposed to enable the nanomanufacturing of agile and low-threshold light-driven 3D micromachines with programmable shape-morphing characteristics. The as-developed carbon nanotube-doped composite hydrogel simultaneously enhanced the light absorption, thermal conductivity, and mechanical modulus of the crosslinked network, thus significantly increasing the light sensitivity and response speed of micromachines. Moreover, the structural design and assembly of asymmetric microscale mechanical metamaterial unit cells enable the highly efficient additive nanomanufacturing of 3D shape-morphable micromachines with large dynamic modulation and spatiotemporal controllability. Using this strategy, the world's smallest artificial beating heart with programmable light-stimulus responsiveness for the cardiac cycle is successfully printed. This 4D printing method paves the way for the construction of multifunctional intelligent micromachines for bionics, drug delivery, integrated microsystems, and other fields.  相似文献

As the dominant means of energy storage technology today, the widespread deployment of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) would inevitably generate countless spent batteries at their end of life. From the perspectives of environmental protection and resource sustainability, recycling is a necessary strategy to manage end-of-life LIBs. Compared with traditional hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical recycling methods, the emerging direct recycling technology, rejuvenating spent electrode materials via a non-destructive way, has attracted rising attention due to its energy efficient processes along with increased economic return and reduced CO2 footprint. This review investigates the state-of-the-art direct recycling technologies based on effective relithiation through solid-state, aqueous, eutectic solution and ionic liquid mediums and thoroughly discusses the underlying regeneration mechanism of each method regarding different battery chemistries. It is concluded that direct regeneration can be a more energy-efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable way to recycle spent LIBs compared with traditional approaches. Additionally, it is also identified that the direct recycling technology is still in its infancy with several fundamental and technological hurdles such as efficient separation, binder removal and electrolyte recovery. In addressing these remaining challenges, this review proposes an outlook on potential technical avenues to accelerate the development of direct recycling toward industrial applications.  相似文献

目的 螺栓是输电线路中数量最多的紧固件,一旦出现缺陷就会影响电力系统的稳定运行。针对螺栓缺陷自动检测中存在的类内多样性和类间相似性挑战,提出了一种融合先验信息和特征约束的Faster R-CNN(fasterregions with convolutional neural network)模型训练方法。方法 在航拍巡检图像预处理阶段,设计了基于先验信息的感兴趣区域提取算法,能够提取被识别目标的上下文区域,从而减少模型训练阶段的数据量,帮助模型在训练阶段关注重点区域,提高其特征提取能力。在模型训练阶段,首先通过费舍尔损失约束Faster R-CNN模型的输出特征生成,使样本特征具有较小的类内距离和较大的类间间隔;然后采用K近邻算法处理样本特征得到K近邻概率,将其作为难易样本的指示以引导模型后续更加关注难样本。结果 在真实航拍巡检图像构建的螺栓数据集上进行测试,与基线模型相比,本文模型使螺栓识别的平均精度均值(mean average precision,mAP)提高了6.4%,其中正常螺栓识别的平均精度(average precision,AP)提高了0.9%,缺陷螺栓识别的平均精度提高了12%。结论 提出的融合先验信息和特征约束的输电杆塔螺栓缺陷检测方法在缺陷螺栓识别上获得了良好的效果,为实现输电线路螺栓缺陷的自动检测奠定了良好的基础。  相似文献

多智能体构建的无线通信网络在受到外部恶意干扰时,智能体需要与环境进行大量交互来学习干扰规律和优化抗干扰策略。为了有效模拟和验证智能体与外部干扰环境的学习交互过程,需要构建智能干扰规避仿真系统。提出了一种基于NS3-gym框架的智能干扰规避系统,NS3模拟智能通信网络场景并将感知到的网络状态数据作为智能体的输入,智能体对输入数据进行学习分析得到干扰规避决策,并通过gym与NS3之间的交互将其返回到NS3中的仿真网络进行抗干扰策略部署。NS3-gym框架提供了NS3和OpenAI gym之间进行信息交互的接口。在Ubuntu20.04系统下搭建了智能干扰规避系统的仿真平台,分别验证了Q学习算法以及WoLF-PHC算法在扫频干扰、贪婪随机策略干扰、跟随干扰、随机干扰四种场景下的抗干扰性能。仿真结果证明了所提系统架构与仿真平台的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

针对某双列直插式(DIP)封装器件在整机温循试验中出现的失效现象,分析在器件与电路板焊接环节、电路板与整机装配环节和整机温循试验环节3个工况下可能的失效原因,对原因分别进行单工况和多工况的失效仿真分析。针对不同仿真模型在不同工况下的叠加仿真难题,提出基于ANSYS Workbench有限元软件的多应力叠加仿真方法,对比单一工况和多种工况下的仿真结果。结果表明,DIP封装器件失效是器件在焊接尺寸不匹配、过定位装配和温循试验三种工况下,机械应力和热应力的叠加使玻璃绝缘子产生裂纹导致的,有限元仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,为DIP封装器件在多工况下应力叠加失效的故障机理研究提供一种可参考的仿真方法。  相似文献

The electromigration process has the potential capability to move atoms one by one when properly controlled. It is therefore an appealing tool to tune the cross section of monoatomic compounds with ultimate resolution or, in the case of polyatomic compounds, to change the stoichiometry with the same atomic precision. As demonstrated here, a combination of electromigration and anti‐electromigration can be used to reversibly displace atoms with a high degree of control. This enables a fine adjustment of the superconducting properties of Al weak links, whereas in Nb the diffusion of atoms leads to a more irreversible process. In a superconductor with a complex unit cell (La2?x Cex CuO4), the electromigration process acts selectively on the oxygen atoms with no apparent modification of the structure. This allows to adjust the doping of this compound and switch from a superconducting to an insulating state in a nearly reversible fashion. In addition, the conditions needed to replace feedback controlled electromigration by a simpler technique of electropulsing are discussed. These findings have a direct practical application as a method to explore the dependence of the characteristic parameters on the exact oxygen content and pave the way for a reversible control of local properties of nanowires.  相似文献

This study focuses on the potential of hydrogen-rich syngas production by CO2 reforming of methane over Co/Pr2O3 catalyst. The Co/Pr2O3 catalyst was synthesized via wet-impregnation method and characterized for physicochemical properties by TGA, XRD, BET, H2-TPR, FESEM, EDX, and FTIR. The CO2 reforming of methane over the as-synthesized catalyst was studied in a tubular stainless steel fixed-bed reactor at feed ratio ranged 0.1–1.0, temperature ranged 923–1023 K, and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 30,000 h?1 under atmospheric pressure condition. The catalyst activity studies showed that the increase in the reaction temperature from 923 to 1023 K and feed ratio from 0.1 to 1.0 resulted in a corresponding increase in the reactant’s conversion and the product’s yields. At 1023 K and feed ratio of 1.0, the activity of the Co/Pr2O3 catalyst climaxed with CH4 and CO2 conversions of 41.49 and 42.36 %. Moreover, the catalyst activity at 1023 K and feed ratio of 1.0 resulted in the production of H2 and CO yields of 40.7 and 40.90 %, respectively. The syngas produced was estimated to have H2:CO ratio of 0.995, making it suitable as chemical building blocks for the production of oxygenated fuel and other value-added chemicals. The used Co/Pr2O3 catalyst which was characterized by TPO, XRD, and SEM-EDX show some evidence of carbon formation and deposition on its surface.  相似文献
