The mechanism of color reversion in soybean salad oil   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
An enzymatic reaction might be the major cause of color reversion in soybean oil. During the soybean flaking process, enzymatic reactions take place to convertγ-tocopherol to 5-(tocopheryloxy)-γ-tocopherol (γ-TED), and then further convertγ-TED to the precursors which are the cause of color reversion. The variations ofγ-tocopherol andγ-TED contents in soybean oil are accompanied by an inverse change in the precursors’ concentration. Therefore, the contents ofγ-tocopherol orγ-TED in crude soybean oil could be used as an index for predicting the color quality (color reversion) of soybean salad oil. Almost all the precursors (such as tocored) were converted to color-reverted substances under catalysis after bleaching treatment, and they were converted back to the precursors during deodorization. Those precursors might be gradually reconverted into the color reverted substances during storage to cause the color reversion in soybean salad oil.  相似文献

In this paper, we have proposed a pentadiagonal alternating-direction-implicit (Penta-ADI) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method for the two-dimensional Schrödinger equation. Through the separation of complex wave function into real and imaginary parts, a pentadiagonal system of equations for the ADI method is obtained, which results in our Penta-ADI method. The Penta-ADI method is further simplified into pentadiagonal fundamental ADI (Penta-FADI) method, which has matrix-operator-free right-hand-sides (RHS), leading to the simplest and most concise update equations. As the Penta-FADI method involves five stencils in the left-hand-sides (LHS) of the pentadiagonal update equations, special treatments that are required for the implementation of the Dirichlet’s boundary conditions will be discussed. Using the Penta-FADI method, a significantly higher efficiency gain can be achieved over the conventional Tri-ADI method, which involves a tridiagonal system of equations.  相似文献

Cotton ha been dyed with reactive dyes by both wet-on-wet (WOW) and wet-on-dry (WOD) cold pad-batch processes, and by conventional exhaust methods. The colour yields, in terms of the Kubelka-Munk values as a function of the amount of fixed dye, showed that the WOW method required less fixed dye to produce a given depth of shade than the other methods. It is proposed that the higher colour yields are a consequence of limited dye penetration into the cotton fibre. Compared with exhaust dyeings, WOW and WOD dyeings were clearly ring dyed but, unfortunately, no definitive difference in the degree of dye penetration into the cotton fibres was found despite their colour yield differences. Although ring dyeings often have inferior fastness properties, the WOW dyeings were of equal or slightly superior fastness to repeated washing and to normal daylight in comparison with the other dyeings  相似文献

A series of Sn-Zn modified-MCM41 has been synthesized by direct hydrothermal method and characterized using ICP, XRD, TG/DTA, FT-IR, HRTEM and N2-adsorption techniques. Catalytic performances of the obtained materials were evaluated in the hydroxylation of phenol with H2O2. Results indicated that all the samples exhibited typical hexagonal arrangement of mesoporous structure with high surface area and the heteroatoms were probably incorporated into the framework of MCM41. Catalytic tests revealed that the bimetallic incorporated materials were effective catalysts in the hydroxylation of phenol. The conversion of phenol could be reach to 56.8% for the catalysts with Sn: Zn: Si = 2.69: 4.57: 100 (molar ratio) under the optimized reaction conditions. Moreover, the materials containing Sn and Zn exhibited higher catalytic activity than monometallic Sn and Zn modified MCM41.  相似文献

The crystal structure and phonon densities of states (DOS) of β-SiAlON ceramics, Si6_ z Al z O z N8-z (0 < z < 4), prepared by a novel slipcast method, are studied by neutron-scattering techniques. The samples with z < 4 form a single-phase solid solution of Si-Al-O-N isostructural to β-Si3N4 (space group P 6 3/m). A consistent preferential occupation of the 2c sites by oxygen atoms and the 6 h sites by nitrogen atoms exists within this structure. The phonon DOS of β'-SiAlON displays phonon bands at ∼50 and 115 meV. These features are considerably broader than the corresponding ones in β-Si3N4 powder.  相似文献

This pilot study focuses on the use real‐time visual feedback technology (VFT) in vocal training. The empirical research has two aims: to ascertain the effectiveness of the real‐time visual feedback software ‘Sing & See’ in the vocal training of pre‐service music teachers and the teachers' perspective on their experience with VFT. Forty participants from an undergraduate music teacher education programme were randomly assigned to three groups. The first two groups were assigned the teacher and student versions of Sing & See, respectively, and the third group served as a control group without access to the software. The experimental groups were given 12 weeks to use the software for vocal training on a self‐regulated basis. The technique of complex selections (TCS) was designed to assess the pitch accuracy and richness of vocal timbre. Pre‐ and post‐test singing tasks showed that the participants from the experimental groups significantly improved their vocal timbre. A questionnaire survey conducted after the training period found that most of the participants in the experimental s were positive about the effectiveness of VFT software in vocal training. As future leaders in the implementation of music education technology, pre‐service music teachers expressed a positive attitude towards the use of VFT as a technology‐enhanced learning (TEL) component in music education.  相似文献

Polypropylene (PP) hybrid composites have been produced by compounding two types of mineral fillers, viz., talc and kaolin with PP copolymer using a twin screw extruder. The PP hybrid composite was injection‐molded into dumbbell specimen for tensile, flexural, and impact properties characterizations. MFI and SEM studies were used to characterize the flow and morphological properties of the PP hybrid composites. The result shows that most of the hybrid composites showed a significant decrease in flow, tensile, flexural, and impact properties compared with the single filler‐filled PP composites. However, a hybridization effect was seen for the PPT20K10 hybrid composites, through the synergistic coalescence of positive characteristics from 20 wt % of talc and 10 wt % of kaolin. This hybrid formulation have given an economically advantageous material with the mechanical properties (tensile, flexural, and impact) comparable to those of the talc‐filled PP composites. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
