为了评估氟吗啉的未来抗性风险,以辣椒疫病菌为靶标,通过室内抗性菌株的驯化、筛选,以及紫外线诱变等方法,初步探索了辣椒疫病菌对氟吗啉的抗性情况。结果表明:抗性菌株对氟吗啉的抗性倍数较低,在3.45~11.33,生长速率明显低于野生敏感菌株。由此可见辣椒疫病菌对氟吗啉的抗性风险可能较低。  相似文献

目的:阐述实验动物在血液制品生产质量控制过程中应用的重要性。方法:按《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版三部要求及相关项目的技术规范进行血液制品质量控制。结果:血浆数量150吨,可同时生产以下品种的产品,人血白蛋白共30批次,总瓶数约40万瓶(折10g);免疫球蛋白类:共30批次,总瓶数约30万瓶(折2.5g);人纤维蛋白原:共30批次,总瓶数约15万瓶(折0.5g);人凝血酶原复合物:共30批次,总瓶数约12万瓶(折300IU);人凝血因子Ⅷ:共30批次,总瓶数约10万瓶(折200IU)。需使用家兔870只、豚鼠300只小鼠750只。结论:实验动物应用于血液制品生产质量控制发挥了非常重要的作用。  相似文献

Mathematical models are developed for the transient behaviour of encapsulated enzyme reactor systems such as the continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) and the packed bed tubular reactor. The rate processes taking place in the encapsulated enzyme bed are approximated by using a combined rate control model of enzyme reaction and membrane diffusion. The change in transient substrate concentration is obtained by using the developed rate expression in the material balance over the substrate as a function of time for the CSTR and as a function of time and position for the packed bed tubular reactor. The effects of various parameters such as the enzymic reaction rate constant, Michaelis constant, diffusional resistance of membranes, and Peclet number on the substrate concentration distribution, which varies with respect to operating time, are investigated. This study affords insight into the transient operating characteristics of the encapsulated enzyme reactor system. The results should be useful in understanding the start-up performance of the reactor systems and to control such reactor systems at desired operating conditions.  相似文献

The full spectrum technique in the fourier domain was studied for simultaneous determination of Cu(II), Pb(II) and Cd(II) with 4-(2-pyridylazo) resorcinol (PAR). A program called SPGRFSQ. was designed to perform the calculations. Seven error functions were calculated for deducing the number of factors. Data reduction was performed using principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm. Experimental results showed the method to be successful even where there was severe overlap of spectra.  相似文献

利用锥形量热仪(CONE)研究了阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的燃烧性能,同时也采用垂直燃烧、氧指数等方法进行了对比测试。含十溴二苯乙烷的试样不仅保持了原有的物理机械性能,而且阻燃效果明显。相对于使用十溴二苯醚阻燃的HIPS,十溴二苯乙烷的使用不会产生多溴代二问题,产品符合一定的环保要求。  相似文献

A method has been developed to suppress the decomposition of propylene carbonate (PC) by coating graphite electrode foil with a layer of silver. Results from electrochemical impedance measurements show that the Ag-coated graphite electrode presents lower charge transfer resistance and faster diffusion of lithium ions in comparison with the virginal one. Cyclic voltammograms and discharge-charge measurements suggest that the decomposition of propylene carbonate and co-intercalation of solvated lithium ions are prevented, and lithium ions can reversibly intercalate into and deintercalate from the Ag-coated graphite electrode. These results indicate that Ag-coating is a good way to improve the electrochemical performance of graphitic carbon in PC-based electrolyte solutions.  相似文献

Palmprint recognition and palm vein recognition are two emerging biometrics technologies. In the past two decades, many traditional methods have been proposed for palmprint recognition and palm vein recognition, and have achieved impressive results. However, the research on deep learning-based palmprint recognition and palm vein recognition is still very preliminary. In this paper, in order to investigate the problem of deep learning based 2D and 3D palmprint recognition and palm vein recognition in-depth, we conduct performance evaluation of seventeen representative and classic convolutional neural networks (CNNs) on one 3D palmprint database, five 2D palmprint databases and two palm vein databases. A lot of experiments have been carried out in the conditions of different network structures, different learning rates, and different numbers of network layers. We have also conducted experiments on both separate data mode and mixed data mode. Experimental results show that these classic CNNs can achieve promising recognition results, and the recognition performance of recently proposed CNNs is better. Particularly, among classic CNNs, one of the recently proposed classic CNNs, i.e., EfficientNet achieves the best recognition accuracy. However, the recognition performance of classic CNNs is still slightly worse than that of some traditional recognition methods.

Hexagonal boron nitride ceramic (h-BN) based on the nitridation of B powders was obtained by reaction sintering method. The effects of sintering temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the resultant products were investigated and the reaction mechanism was discussed. Results showed that the reaction between B and N2 occurred vigorously at temperatures ranging from 1 000 °C to 1 300 °C, which resulted in the generation of t-BN. When the temperature exceeded 1 450 °C, transformation from t-BN to h-BN began to occur. As the sintering temperature increased, the spherical particles of t-BN gradually transformed into fine sheet particles of h-BN. These particles subsequently displayed a compact arrangement to achieve a more uniform microstructure, thereby increasing the strength.  相似文献
