The Pb-based 1212 compounds containing phosphorus were already discovered by us in the (Pb,P)Sr2(Y,Ca)Cu2O z system. Among the almost-single phase samples, a sample with the nominal composition of (Pb0.75P0.25)Sr2(Y0.4Ca0.6)Cu2O z was a superconductor with the highest T c of 38 K in the system. Recently, we have been investigating on substitution effect of Ba for Sr on superconductivity in the (Pb0.75P0.25)(Sr2−x Ba x )(Y0.4Ca0.6)Cu2O z system. As a result, it is found that the almost–single 1212 phase samples are obtained in the composition area of 0.0≤x≤0.4. In this area, with increase of x, the lattice parameters a,c and the cell volume V are found to be gradually increasing. This finding can be considered to show that larger Ba2+ ions certainly occupied the Sr-sites in the sample. However, we obtain such interesting results as that the T c value is not so enhanced by the substitution in comparison with that of the sample of x=0.0, and that the maximum value of T c was 40 K for x=0.2 and 0.3 at the best.  相似文献

The authors investigated Daikyo CZ cyclic olefin polymer for storing a labile protein-ADAMTS13 and culturing adherent mammalian cells. ADAMTS13 was stored in different containers for one and four months. Protein recovery assays suggest that ADAMTS13 remained enzymatically active. ADAMTS13 recovered from CZ containers is comparable to that of polypropylene vials, and is 10% greater than glass vials. LN229 and HUVEC cells were cultured in CZ containers. Cell proliferation, viability, and migration were studied. LN229 cells cultured in CZ containers exhibited 36% higher proliferation rate and an increase in cell migration, as compared to the polystyrene containers. HUVEC proliferated slower in CZ containers.  相似文献

Previously, we have revealed that the miR-130 family (miR-130b, miR-301a, and miR-301b) functions as an oncomiR in bladder cancer. The pharmacological inhibition of the miR-130 family molecules by the seed-targeting strategy with an 8-mer tiny locked nucleic acid (LNA) inhibits the growth, migration, and invasion of bladder cancer cells by repressing stress fiber formation. Here, we searched for a functionally advanced target sequence with LNA for the miR-130 family with low cytotoxicity and found LNA #9 (A(L)^i^i^A(L)^T(L)^T(L)^G(L)^5(L)^A(L)^5(L)^T(L)^G) as a candidate LNA. LNA #9 inhibited cell growth in vitro and in an in vivo orthotopic bladder cancer model. Proteome-wide tyrosine phosphorylation analysis suggested that the miR-130 family upregulates a wide range of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) signaling via the expression of phosphorylated Src (pSrcTyr416). SILAC-based proteome analysis and a luciferase assay identified protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 1 (PTPN1), which is implicated as a negative regulator of multiple signaling pathways downstream of RTKs as a target gene of the miR-130 family. The miR-130-targeted LNA increased and decreased PTPN1 and pSrcTyr416 expressions, respectively. PTPN1 knockdown led to increased tumor properties (cell growth, invasion, and migration) and increased pSrcTyr416 expression in bladder cancer cells, suggesting that the miR-130 family upregulates multiple RTK signaling by targeting PTPN1 and subsequent Src activation in bladder cancer. Thus, our newly designed miR-130 family targeting LNA could be a promising nucleic acid therapeutic agent for bladder cancer.  相似文献

Organic-metallic hybrid polymers are formed by the complexation of metal ions with organic modules bearing two coordination sites. The hybrid polymers consisting of bis-terpyridines and metal ions such as Fe(II) or Ru(II) have a specific color based on the metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption. Cyclic voltammograms of the polymers exhibit a reversible redox wave according to the redox reaction of the metal ions. Interestingly, a polymer film cast on an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode exhibits excellent electrochromic properties; the color of the film disappears when a higher potential as compares to the redox potential of the metal ions is applied to the polymer film. In addition, multicolor electrochromic changes appear on introducing two types of metal ions to the polymer. Electrochromic solid-state devices are successfully fabricated by using these polymers. This paper is dedicated to Professor Takakazu Yamamoto in honor of his pioneering research efforts and accomplishments in the fields of organometallics and π-conjugated polymers.  相似文献

We have proposed and developed a novel technique for a non-contact inspection of defective interconnections in an LSI chip using a laser terahertz emission microscope (LTEM). The LTEM measures the THz emission images of an LSI chip by scanning it with fs laser pulses. When a fs laser pulse irradiates a p–n junction in an LSI chip, transient photocurrent flows into interconnections resulting in the emission of the THz pulse into free space. We investigated the characteristics of the THz emissions from simple test element group samples which consist of p–n junctions connected to metal lines. It was found that the metallic lines connected to photo-excited p–n junctions worked as THz emission antennae which enhance the emission efficiency of THz pulses near their resonant frequencies corresponding to the line lengths. This result indicates that THz emission signals from p–n junctions in circuits strongly depend on the structure of the interconnections. We show the successful results on the inspection of defective interconnections in MOSFET devices and C7552 ISCAS’85 benchmark circuits using LTEM. By comparing the THz emission images between a normal circuit and a defective one, it is possible to identify the p–n junctions connected to the defective interconnections without electrical contacts.  相似文献

Here, we report synthesis of large area graphene sheets by control pyrolysis of solid botanical derivative camphor (C10H16O) and fabrication of transparent electrodes. Raman study shows highly ordered graphene sheet with minimum defects. Second order Raman spectrum shows that graphene layers are more than single layer and can be controlled with amount of camphor pyrolyzed. Transmission electron microscopic images show presence of 4 layers for thinner and 13 layers for thicker graphene sheets. Transferred graphene sheets on glass substrates show very good transparency in wide range of wavelength (0.3-2 μm). Electrical measurements of the graphene sheets show thickness dependent sheet resistance. A sheet resistance of 203 Ω/sq is obtained at a transmittance of 63.5% of the graphene sheet. The technique to fabricate few layer of graphene as transparent electrode from camphor is both viable and scalable for potential large area optoelectronic applications.  相似文献
