Tracing of the 1st IEC Secretariat Assumed by China

Introduction The IEC central office informed in 7/543/AC that the secretariat of TC 7 would be taken over by the Chinese National Committee on January 10, 2003 and affirmed subsequently in 7/544/AC that the secretariat of TC 7 has been taken over by the Chinese National Committee which appointing secretary in Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute as no objection has been raised by the Standardization Management Board members. It's the first IEC secretariat that assumed by China, with great significance, just as commented by the media that the commitment indicate undoubtedly China is to play a much more active and important role in the world especially after its entry into world trade organization as well as the trend of global economic integration.

A Study on Turbo—rotor Multi—fault Diagnosis Based on a Neural Network

The multi-fault phenomena are common in the turbo-rotor system of a liquid rocket engine.As it has many excellent qualities,the neural network might be used to solve the problems of multi-fault diagnasis of a turbo-rotor system.First,the feature expression of a common turbo-rotor fault was studied in order to build up the standard fault pattern and satisfy the need of neural network studying and diagnosing.Then.the turbo-rotor fault identification and diagnosis problems were investigated by using a BP(back-propaga-tion)neural network.According to the BP neural network problems,the parallel BP neural network method of multi-fault diagnosis and classification was presented and investigated.The results indicated that the parallel Bp neural network method could solve the turbo-rotor multi-fault diagnosis problems.     

超高分子量聚乙烯的辐照效应

通过密度测定和ＤＳＣ热分析，观测了超高分子量聚乙烯的辐射效应。实验结果表明：在吸收剂量０—１．１３ＭＧｙ范围内，密度随吸收剂量的增加而增大，熔化热和熔点也有所增加，特别是在低剂量范围内增加十分明显。以上结果都说明，超高分子量聚乙烯在辐照过程中，结晶在完善或有新的结晶形成     

隧道挖掘中采用补偿灌浆的实例

在英国伦敦多克兰斯轻便铁路刘易舍姆延长线（DLR－LWE）双隧道掘进工程中，在敏感建筑物下进行了补偿灌浆，以防止隧道开挖引起的过度沉降。但是，过度灌浆也会对隧道下部施加超越。介绍了由隧道掘进承包商所编辑的关于地面和建筑物沉降以及由补偿灌浆引起的隧道衬砌变形的详细现场监测数据。

二过碘酸合银（Ⅲ）钾引发丙类酸甲酯在淀粉上接枝共聚合反应的研究

研究了由二过碘酸合银（Ⅲ）钾（简称Ag(Ⅲ））与可溶性淀粉组成的氧化还原体系，于碱性介质中引发淀粉的接枝共聚合反应，得到高接枝效率的接枝共聚物，测定了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、pH值和反应温度对接枝参数的影响，并探讨了引发机理。     

An efficient mixed algorithm of L-MEI and DDM for the wavescattering by a concave cylinder

In this paper, a localized MEI method (L-MEI) is developed and combined with the domain decomposition method (DDM) for the simulation of scattering by a concave cylinder. In the L-MEI, the whole domain is decomposed into many subdomains. Different from the conventional MEI method, the MEI coefficients of the L-MEI method in each subdomain are only dependent on the localized metrons that are defined in the subdomain. The localization of metrons has the following advantages: (1) speeding up the calculation of MEI coefficients and saving memory, (2) making the MEI method available for concave structures, and (3) obtaining a band sparse matrix directly without any modification
