2D materials, represented by transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), have attracted tremendous research interests in photoelectronic and electronic devices. However, for their relatively small bandgap (<2 eV), the application of traditional TMDs into solar‐blind ultraviolet (UV) photodetection is restricted. Here, for the first time, NiPS3 nanosheets are grown via chemical vapor deposition method. The nanosheets thinning to 3.2 nm with the lateral size of dozens of micrometers are acquired. Based on the various nanosheets, a linearity is found between the Raman intensity of specific Ag modes and the thickness, providing a convenient method to determine their layer numbers. Furthermore, a UV photodetector is fabricated using few‐layered 2D NiPS3 nanosheets. It shows an ultrafast rise time shorter than 5 ms with an ultralow dark current less than 10 fA. Notably, this UV photodetector demonstrates a high detectivity of 1.22 × 1012 Jones, outperforming some traditional wide‐bandgap UV detectors. The wavelength‐dependent photoresponsivity measurement allows the direct observation of an admirable cut‐off wavelength at 360 nm, which indicates a superior spectral selectivity. The promising photodetector performance, accompanied with the controllable fabrication and transfer process of nanosheet, lays the foundation of applying 2D semiconductors for ultrafast UV light detection. 相似文献

Membrane decorated with biocides is an effective way to suppress biofilm growth. However, their immediate biocidal effect usually suffers from a significant decline due to the irreversible consumption of the biocides. Here, a smart nanofiltration membrane is reported with rechargeable antibacterial capability that is fabricated by a facile interfacial polymerization via 3-aminophenylboronic acid and trimesoyl chloride on a polysulfone substrate. Biocides bearing diol groups can be grafted onto the membrane surface under neutral/alkaline condition and then released from the surface under acidic environment, due to the pH-responsive feature of boronate ester complexes. The resultant membrane exhibits integrated properties of fast bacterial inactivating efficiency, rechargeable antibacterial capability, and impressive stability. In addition, the achieved membrane shows remarkable separation efficiency to dye/monovalent salt system. The successful fabrication of the membrane with rechargeable anti-bacterial property provides new insights into the development of pH-responsive and sustainable antibacterial membranes. 相似文献

This second article deals with using the Comsis software for a particular application. Simulation is used to determine the maximum channel density in presence of crosstalk. In a first part, the modelling of the system is described. The simulation parameters of different optical elements are given. The results show that in the case of channels modulated at 500 Mbitls using fsk modulation format, and a direct detection operation at 1,5 μm, a minimum spacing of 6 GHz can be obtained with a 2 dB penalty. Thus if only the bandwidth of the erbium doped fibre amplifier is taken into account, the maximum number of channels which can be used is 250. However if the fsr (free spectral range) of optical filter is taken into account, the maximun number of channels is limited to 30. 相似文献

The network interconnection and its regulation consist in solving the following dilemma: increase competition and preserve the universal service through access charges, which symbolizes today institutional organization within the telecommunication industry. This paper presents some of the economic and social factors that drive the interconnection policies namely ona (open network architecture) in the United States, or onp (open network provision) in Europe. In the first section, we list some social and economical issues related to open network policies. In the second section, we study the different answers brought up by the regulator through alternative interconnection price formulas.
