Wastewater of textile industry is one of the most important threats to the environment and human health. The Taguchi methodology was applied to optimize conditions for the growth of a novel Haloarcula sp. IRU1 with a textile wastewater as carbon source by evaluating the influence of temperature, concentration of textile wastewater and pH on biomass of Haloarcula sp. IRU1. We intended to evaluate biodegradation ability of this bacterium. Highest biomass of Haloarcula sp. IRU1 was achieved at temperature 47°C, concentration of textile wastewater 7% v/v and pH 9. In conclusion, the isolated halophilic bacterium Haloarcula sp. IRU1 can utilize textile wastewater as carbon source and biodegrade it in different conditions.  相似文献

The electromagnetic field distribution in the vicinity of an integrated circuit was calculated based on a numerical solution of the problem of electromagnetic wave diffraction on a model metal-dielectric structure in a waveguide tract. Using the obtained field distributions, it is possible to calculate currents in the microstructural elements of integrated circuits and develop a thermoelectric model of degradation processes in such circuits under the action of pulsed electromagnetic fields.  相似文献

Since its introduction in 1985, the new fluoroquinolone antibiotic ofloxacin has gained widespread use, and much information has accumulated about its possible adverse effects. Skin reactions have been uncommon, and there have been very few reports about hypersensitivity vasculitis directly related to ofloxacin. The authors report such a case, in which the patient needed plastic surgery because of severe vasculitis in both legs.  相似文献

Conclusions An asymmetric, triaxial dumbbell in a gradient flow displays the behavior characteristic of axisymmetric dispersed particles without a central symmetry. This suggests that we can use it as the hydrodynamic model of such particles and utilize its equations of motion (3) and (4) in writing the rheological equation of state of dilute suspensions (9). In this study, biodegradation of petrochemical wastewater and production of single cell protein from it as carbon source was investigated using several process parameters. The process parameters such as carbon source, type of phosphorus source, phosphorus source concentration, type of nitrogen source, nitrogen source concentration, and temperature were considered. In order to investigate the influence of process parameters, a factorial design using Taguchi method was applied with six factors at four levels. The optimum medium composition for single cell protein production was found to contain petrochemical wastewater 8%, peptone 0.2%, and K2HPO4 0.008% at temperature 37°C. The percentage ratio of single cell protein to cell dry weight in optimal conditions was 76.4%. In conclusion, Haloarcula sp. IRU1 can degrade petrochemical wastewater and use it as carbon source for single cell protein production in different conditions.  相似文献

The possibility of applying high-energy effects for metallographic etching is considered. It is shown that the methods of affecting the metal surface carrying the thermal component can alter the sample structure or reveal effects which can complicate the perception and analysis of the structure. It is noted that the application of nonthermal effect methods such as a magnetic field, cold plasma, and glow-discharge plasma can substantially alter the material structure and properties. It is shown that scanning electron microscopy cannot be considered an adequate analysis tool when studying the microstructure of metallographic cross sections. Thus, the effects of physical fields cannot be used as the means of metallographic sample preparation by virtue of its not always expected influence on the structure and properties of metals and alloys.  相似文献
