基于USB总线的新型多路自整角信号发生器设计

目前,常用的自整角信号发生器大都采用像AD2S100这样的专用器件进行信号转换;这类器件往往都是国外制造,价格不菲,然而信号转换精度却只有0.2°～0.5°,对于某些高精度应用难以满足要求;为此,以C8051F340单片机为核心设计了一种基于USB总线的多路自整角信号发生器;设计摒弃了对专用芯片的需求,采用软件模拟方式进行信号解算和误差补偿,大大降低生产成本的同时,使信号全范围误差小于0.2°。经应用证明该信号发生器工作稳定、抗干扰强,有很高的实用价值。     

面向IC装备功能仿真平台的多模式测试方法

为了实现全面对IC装备以及装备功能仿真平台进行功能测试,通过分析装备命令响应特点,提出了包含单指令测试、逻辑指令序列测试以及随机指令序列测试的多模式测试方法;单指令测试验证设备以及由相关设备组成的系统的单指令响应正确性;逻辑指令序列从控制系统角度验证设备或系统的连续动态运行性能;随机指令序列测试验证设备或系统的动态随机响应性能;实际应用表明,提出的测试方法可以满足IC装备功能仿真平台的测试需求。     

放电故障紫外检测系统及其状态识别方法

紫外成像检测技术是一种检测高压设备故障的新方法;在此技术上研究设计了一种放电故障紫外检测系统,该系统能对实时采集的紫外图像进行相关的技术处理,同时可对故障点进行准确定位;根据数据建立了设备状态模型并提出一种基于人工神经网络的状态识别方法,应用MATLAB工具进行神经网络的设计和模拟,仿真结果达到预期效果;该系统可以准确地诊断设备的故障和运行状况,有较好运用前景和理论意义。
