A novel oscillatory pressure sintering (OPS) process is reported to prepare high‐quality ceramics. The oscillatory pressure was applied at three stages (initial, intermediate, and final) during sintering process of zirconia ceramics for the first time. The microstructure of the samples prepared by OPS develops in a more homogeneous manner, leading to a higher final density, a smaller average grain size, and a narrower distribution of grain sizes compared with the samples prepared by conventional pressureless sintering (PS) and hot‐pressing (HP) processes. Remarkably, the OPS samples was obtained at relatively lower heating temperature and less soaking time for 1300°C and 0.5 hours than the samples prepared by other two techniques at 1450°C and 1 hour. The current results suggest that OPS is an effective technique for preparing high‐quality zirconia ceramics with low heating temperature and short sintering time, thus, it obviously reduces cost.  相似文献

基于遗传算法对大厂矿区的地震进行重新定位。为验证该方法在大厂矿区的应用效果,首先对已知的5次人工爆破进行定位,得出平均定位水平误差在146m范围内(矿区台网定位水平误差为500m),进而对大厂矿区的81次ML1.0级以上地震进行重新定位,结果表明:大厂矿震主要呈北西向展布,且主要集中在大厂断裂右侧;较大地震均与大厂断裂呈平行状分布,推断其附近可能有隐伏断层存在;大厂矿区地震主要受北西向断层的影响,受北东向断层的影响不大。定位后震源平均深度为2.8km,最大深度6.5km,最小深度1.5km。  相似文献

Over the last decades, expression classification and face recognition have received substantial attention in computer vision and pattern recognition with more recent efforts focusing on understanding and modelling expression variations. In this paper, we present an expression classification and expression-invariant face recognition method by synthesising photorealistic expression manifolds to expand the gallery set. By means of synthesising expression images from neutral faces, more within-subject variability can be obtained. Eigentransformation is utilised to generate both shape and expression details for novel subjects. Expression classification and face recognition are then performed on the extended training set with synthesised expressions. Experimental results on various datasets show that the proposed method is robust for recognising various expressions and faces with varying degrees of expression. Comprehensive experiments conducted and comparisons with the existing methods are reported. Cross-database synthesis and effect of landmark quality are also studied.  相似文献

After analyzing the reasons for coal mine accidents and the current management methods, effective actions for the implementation of safety management were put forward by carrying out the whole process confirmation management. The basic content and the five implementation steps were described, and the implementation method and the program of every step were introduced. Some rules for the implementation of the whole process confirmation management in coal mine safety production were explained, such as during the process of preproduction, before descent, descent, after descent, walking in the roadway, post-operation, shift, and hoisting after work. The results show that the guardians and the executors should both confirm the implementation, which can improve the workers?? attention and self-awareness to avoid errors in detail and reduce the ??three violations?? phenomenon. To ensure the effect of the whole process confirmation management, relevant departments should designate a person-in-charge in the specific work in all stages, make a work plan, and strengthen the internal evaluation.  相似文献

We report the fabrication of hybrid films of graphene and monolayer titania using a simple electrostatic self-assembly method. Ultraviolet (UV) responses of the hybrid films based on the graphene–titania structure were investigated. We observed that the resistance of the graphene–titania hybrid increased exponentially with UV irradiation time and decreased exponentially when UV was turned off. Time constants of the order of hundreds of seconds were identified and found to be sensitive to the gas environment of graphene. The UV response as well as the time constant is tunable by varying the number of titania layers. Our results confirmed that UV irradiation played a significant role in the resistance modulation of graphene as well as graphene–titania hybrid films.  相似文献

Urban cultural space(UCS) has been of great social and economic value for sustainable development, and the existing researches about it mainly focus on some specific aspects, such as historical heritage or cultural service facility. However, UCS hasn't been quantitatively assessed as an independent system with clear definition and comprehensive classification. Thus, we present a quantitative analysis based on the statistic of UCS provision in different categories between 44 sub-districts in Xi'an and find its inequalities. Xi'an urban land use data and population data of sub-district level are introduced in the analysis process with GIS,SPSS and MATLAB. Our results indicate that inequalities of UCS in Xi'an are mainly reflected in three aspects, including categories, geospatial and population. Among the four categories of UCS, historical heritage and cultural park account for higher percentage, while cultural service facility and religious space are lower. The inequalities in geospatial could be estimated from two indicators. The first indicator named cultural space rate ranges from 0 to 66.88%, while the other named distance between residential and cultural space varies from 100.47 m to 2004.75 m. The inequalities in population could be assessed by cultural space per capita and Gini coefficient. The results indicate that per capita ranges from 0 m~2 to 214.79 m~2. The Gini coefficient of Xi'an is 0.86, which means that the UCS distribution in population is extremely inequitable. Our studies would further the research on UCS and provide constructive suggestions in urban planning and policy formulation to ensure adequate UCS provision and improve its distributional order in Xi'an.  相似文献
