胜利油田东辛高温低渗透油藏含蜡高,常温微生物无法存活,针对这一问题,引进美国NPC公司耐高温菌种,在Y6-16井组开展高温低渗油藏微生物驱油提高采收率研究和现场试验。施工后Y6-16井日增注52m3,表皮系数由施工前的2.069减小为施工后的-6.31,油层污染得到较好改善;原油含蜡量、胶质沥青质含量降低,轻质组分增加,重质组分降低;井组采收率提高5.09个百分点。     

Design and development of a multichannel potentiometer for monitoring an electrode array and its application in flow analysis

A versatile potentiometer that works with electrode arrays in flow injection and/or monosegmented flow systems is described. The potentiometer is controlled by a microcomputer that allows individual, sequential multiplexed or random accesses to eight electrodes while employing only one reference electrode. The instrument was demonstrated by monitoring an array of seven flow-through ion-selective electrodes for Ag(+) and for three electrodes for Cl(-), Ca(2+) and K(+). The figures of merit of the individual and multiplexed (summed) readings of the electrode array were compared. The absolute standard deviation of the measurements made by summing the potential of two or more electrodes was maintained constant, thus improving the precision of the measurements. This result shows that an attempt to combine the signals of the electrodes to produce a more intense signal in the Hadamard strategy is feasible and accompanied by a proportional improvement in the precision of individual measurements. The preliminary tests suggest that the system can allow for 270 determinations per hour, with a linear range from 1.0 x 10(-2) to 1.0 x 10(-4) mol l(-1) for the three di inverted exclamation markerent analytes. Detection limits were estimated as 3.1 x 10(-5), 3.0 x 10(-6) and 1.0 x 10(-5) mol l(-1) for Cl(-), Ca(2+) and K(+), respectively.     

Dyadic perfectionism as a predictor of relationship continuity and distress among college students.

This study examined the nature and impact of dyadic perfectionism over a 3-month interval within a sample of 116 college students who were currently involved in an intimate heterosexual relationship. Dyadic perfectionism scores were stable and correlated as expected with scores on concurrent measures of adult attachment orientations and relationship satisfaction. Logistic regression analyses revealed that, controlling for initial commitment status and adult attachment orientations, Time 1 dyadic perfectionism scores significantly and uniquely predicted relationship continuity 3 months later. Lastly, controlling for social desirability, relationship commitment status, and Time 1 adult attachment orientation scores, Time 1 dyadic perfectionism scores also uniquely predicted Time 2 relationship distress. Findings provide additional evidence that dyadic perfectionism is a risk factor for relationship dysfunction. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)

Studied the relationship among age, physical health status, and psychic and somatic symptoms of depression among elderly adults. Human Ss: 318 male and female Canadian older adults (aged 65–102 yrs). Information on sociodemographic factors and health status was obtained using the Older American Research Scale, French version, by R. Lefran?ois et al (1988). A French version by P. Bourque and D. Beaudette (1982) of the Beck Depression Inventory was also used. The results were evaluated according to each S's sex, age, institutionalized residence status, and health status. Survival of Yersinia enterocolitica and Escherichia coli in spring water

Survival of pure and mixed cultures of Yersinia enterocolitica and Escherichia coli in sterile spring water stored at 4 degrees C was evaluated. Y. enterocolitica increased two or three logs during the first 3 weeks of incubation, and at the end of 64 weeks viable cells in numbers corresponding to the initial inoculum level were still detectable. However, after 1 week of incubation, the number of E. coli in water started to decrease and in 13 weeks time no E. coli was detected. More rapid decrease of E. coli was observed in mixed cultures.     

Stress intensity factor for a surface semielliptical crack

A method is proposed for calculating the stress intensity factor K_I of a surface semielliptical crack for almost any monotonie stress function in the crack section. The equations are derived for calculating correction and adjustment coefficients M_i and A_i. Computed values of K_I are compared with the published data. Prebiotic synthesis of sequential peptides on the Hadean beach by a molecular engine working with nitrogen oxides as energy sources

Addressing the still open question of the prebiotic origin of sequential macromolecules (peptides, nucleic acids) on the primitive Earth, we describe a molecular engine (the primary pump), which works at ambient temperature and continuously generates, elongates and complexifies sequential peptides. This new scenario is based on a cyclic reaction sequence, whose keystep is the activation of amino acids into their N‐carboxyanhydrides (NCA) through nitrosation by NOx. This process could have taken place on tidal beaches; it requires a buffered ocean, emerged land and a nitrosating atmosphere. With the help of geochemical studies and computer simulations of atmosphere photochemistry, we show that the primitive Earth during the Hadean may have satisfied all these requirements. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry.     

Lack of de-epoxidation of type B trichothecenes in incubates with human faeces

The ability of human gastrointestinal organisms to transform the trichothecenes 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol and nivalenol was investigated. Samples of human faeces were incubated under anaerobic conditions for 48 h with the toxins. They were then extracted and analysed for trichothecenes and metabolites. 3-Acetyldeoxynivalenol was metabolized to deoxynivalenol during the incubation period. In contrast to what has been reported for other species such as rats, mice and pigs, no de-epoxidated metabolites were detected in the faecal incubates. The toxicological significance of the difference in the intestinal ability to transform trichothecenes between species is unknown.
