Creep crack growth (CCG) tests on two pressure vessel steels, P22 (2.25Cr1Mo) and P91 (9CrMoVNb) were carried out in two European Commission supported projects: SMT 2070 ‘SOTA’ and BE1702 ‘HIDA’.Tests in the SOTA project were conducted on the all-weld and cross-weld compact tension (CT) specimens; in the case of cross-weld specimens the electrical discharge machined (edm) notches were placed at various positions inside the HAZ to study the effect of notch position on CCG characteristics. These tests were conducted at 550°C (P22) and 600°C (P91).Tests in the HIDA project were carried out on the base metal and cross-weld CT specimens; in the case of cross-weld specimens the edm notches were placed in the centre of the HAZ. These tests were carried out at higher temperatures than those in the SOTA project i.e. at 565°C (P22) and 625°C (P91). In this project CCG tests were also carried out on large seam-welded pipes (feature specimens) with edm notches positioned in the base metal and in the centre of HAZ.The base and weld metals used in both projects were from the same cast/pedigree. 针对四川盆地威远区块页岩气单井产量主控因素不明的问题,基于该区132口投产1 a以上气井的地质与工程数据及生产数据,使用灰色关联法对影响页岩气单井产量的主控因素进行分析研究。研究表明:影响页岩气单井首年累计产量的主控因素为支撑剂量、压裂改造段数、水平井垂深的中值、压裂段长度、压裂液量、孔隙度、压力系数和加砂强度。通过机器学习方法与传统经验公式法对比预测首年累计产量及初期产量,明确了机器学习法精度更高。同时,基于主控因素分析的基础上,优选出适用于研究区的机器学习法为支持向量机法,其预测精度高于90%。研究结果对同类页岩气区块产能评价具有重要意义。 相似文献

针对4H-SiC射频MESFET中的自热效应,建立了基于解析模型的材料参数温度模型和器件直流模型.研究了由陷阱造成的背栅效应,并结合材料的温度特性分析了温度升高对器件特性的影响.分析了陷阱对器件特性的影响,并进一步阐明了陷落-发射机制.计算得到陷阱能级为1.07eV,俘获截面为1×10-8cm2,器件的自升温达到100K以上,能够较好地反映实验结果.分析结果表明,背栅电势随陷阱浓度的增大而增大,并随着漏极电压的增大而减小,在室温下达到~3V.另外,由于器件中存在自热效应,背栅电势随漏压的变化加剧.这些模拟分析对实际器件的设计及工艺制造提供了理论上的依据. 相似文献

该文基于LDPC码和PPM调制方式构造了一种适用于UWB无线通信系统的低码率的编译码方案LDPC-PPM。本方案在保证系统性能的前提下,通过改变编码比特到调制符号的映射方式,不但避免了一般编码调制系统中译码和解调之间的迭代运算,而且可以应用快速Hadamard变换(FHT)和基于FHT的后验概率译码(APP-FHT)来进一步降低接收端的译码复杂度。可以证明,该方案等价于BPSK调制下的低码率的LDPC-Hadamard码。仿真结果表明,在信息比特长度是65536,该方案可以在-1.18dB处达到误比特率为 的性能,仅比采用BPSK调制的Turbo-Hadamard码差0.02dB。 相似文献

In bionic technology, it has become an innovative process imitating the functionality and structuralism of human biological systems to exploit advanced artificial intelligent machines. Bionics plays a significant role in environmental protection, especially for its low energy loss. By fusing the concept of receptor-like sensing component and synapse-like memory, the photoactive electro-controlled optical sensory memory (PE-SM) is proposed and realized in a single device, which endows a simple methodology of reducing power consumption by photoactive electro-control. The PE-SM is the system built with the stacked atomically thick materials, in which rhenium diselenide serves as a robust photosensor, hexagonal boron nitride serves as a tunneling dielectric, and graphene serves as a charge-storage layer. With the features of the PE-SM, it performs synaptic metaplasticities under optical spikes. In addition, a simulated spiking neural network composed of 24 × 24 PE-SMs is further presented in an unsupervised machine learning environment, performing image recognition via the Hebbian rule. The PE-SM not only improves the neuromorphic computing efficiency but also simplifies the circuit-size structure. Eventually, the concept of photoactive electro-control can extend to other photosensitive 2D materials and provide a new approach of constructing either visual perception memory or photonic synaptic devices. 相似文献

Hydrogel shells that compartmentalize the water core from the aqueous surrounding provide molecular selectivity on size and charge in transmembrane transport. It is highly demanding to produce thin hydrogel shells to minimize diffusion length and maximize core volume. Here, internal osmosis in water-in-oil-in-water-in-oil (W/O/W/O) triple-emulsion droplets is used to produce thin hydrogel shells enclosing a large water core. The triple-emulsion droplets are prepared to have an ultrathin middle oil layer using a capillary microfluidic device. The innermost water droplet has a higher osmolarity than the outer water layer containing photopolymerizable hydrogel precursors, which pumps water from the outer layer to the core through the ultrathin oil layer by the osmosis. Therefore, the outer layer gets thinner and hydrogel precursors are enriched while the size of the triple-emulsion droplets remains unchanged. Through photopolymerization of precursors and phase transfer from oil to water, hydrogel shells enclosing water core are produced in the water environment; the oil layer is ruptured for molecular exchange through the shells. The thickness and composition of the hydrogel shells are precisely controllable by the osmotic conditions.
