The pathogenic mechanism of drug allergy was investigated by determining leucocyte migration activating factor (LMAF), interleukin-1 alpha (IL 1 alpha) and 1 beta (IL-1 beta), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) levels in 13 patients with suspected hypersensitivity to drugs, following with the relevant agents. LMAF was detected in 10 out of 11 patients in the absence of serum and in 8 out of 9 patients in the presence of serum by means of the leucocyte migration inhibition test (LMIT). The drug-stimulated group had a significantly higher level of IL-1 alpha production than a non-stimulated group, both without serum (p < 0.05) and with serum (p < 0.05), among patients positive for LMAF. Moreover, the LMAF-positive group had a significantly higher level of IL-1 alpha production than the LMIT-negative group, both without serum (p < 0.05) and with serum (p < 0.05). In contrast, the level of IL-1 beta production showed no significant difference, either without or with serum, between drug-stimulated and non-drug-stimulated patients who were positive for LMAF. The production of TNF-alpha in the LMAF-positive group was significantly greater in drug-stimulated patients than in non-drug-stimulated patients, but only in the presence of serum (p < 0.05). However, the level of TNF-alpha production showed no significant difference, either without or with serum, between the LMAF-positive group and the control group. Our findings suggest that IL-1 alpha may be prominently involved in the production of LMAF in allergic reactions to drugs and that the production of TNF-alpha may be enhanced in the presence of serum.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to develop an approach for unified constitutive modeling based on experimentally determined back stress and overstress. Back stress and overstress were experimentally determined for Type 316 stainless steel at 600°C, by analyzing the unloading curve for the stress-strain response of cyclic strain tests. The result has indicated that the cyclic strain hardening behavior is mainly caused by hardening in the back stress. A phenomenological unified constitutive model in which the back stress and drag stress are taken as the internal state variables is proposed, and has been shown that this model is able to simulate the cyclic inelastic behavior.  相似文献

Generation of free radicals (mechano-radicals) by the milling of alumina powder at 77 K was demonstrated by ESR. After milling of alumina in the presence of ethylene (simultaneous milling) at 77 K, polyethylene-propagating radicals instead of the alumina mechano-radicals were detected by ESR. Also the contact of ethylene with the milled alumina converted alumina mechano-radicals into polyethylene propagating radicals at a temperature above the melting point of ethylene. The products extracted by hot toluene from the simultaneous milling were identified by IR to be polyethylene, and their molecular weights were roughly 10,000. The residues after the extraction were bonded with the alumina. Polypropylene was also produced by a similar method of milling of alumina in the presence of propylene. The obtained polyproylene was atactic, and its molecular weight was about 400.  相似文献

Budding of fowlpox and pigeonpox viruses at the surface of infected cells   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Chick embryo fibroblasts and chorioallantoic membranes infected with fowlpox virus (FWPV) or pigeonpox virus (PPV) were examined by transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Immature virus particles were observed in finely granular areas, i.e. virus factories, of the cytoplasm. These particles had various forms depending on their stages of development. Many tubular structures were also seen in these regions. Mature virus particles with ellipsoidal or brick-shaped forms enclosing electron-dense cores were detected throughout the cytoplasm. Notably, there was a high frequency of virus budding at the cell surface, but only occasional virus wrapping in the cytoplasm. Another remarkable feature of the infected cells was accumulation of many virions just beneath the plasma membrane, indicating that this phenomenon is closely related to virus budding. Based on the observed frequency of budding, this mechanism seems to be the predominant way for FWPV and PPV to exit the cell.  相似文献

This paper considers multiobjective linear programming problems (MOLPP) where random fuzzy variables are contained in objective functions and constraints. A new decision making model optimizing possibilistic value at risk (pVaR) is proposed by incorporating the concept of value at risk (VaR) into possibility theory. It is shown that the original MOLPPs involving random fuzzy variables are transformed into deterministic problems. An interactive algorithm is presented to derive a satisficing solution for a decision maker (DM) from among a set of Pareto optimal solutions. Each Pareto optimal solution that is a candidate of the satisficing solution is exactly obtained by using convex programming techniques. A simple numerical example is provided to show the applicability of the proposed methodology to real-world problems with multiple objectives in uncertain environments.  相似文献

The polymer blends of PCS (polycarbosilane) and PMHS-h (polymethylohydrosiloxane with high molecular weight) were prepared by freeze-drying process of mixed benzene solution. Melt viscosity, mass loss, and gas evolution from prepared polymer blends were analyzed. A polymer blend of HSah15 (15 mass% PMHS-h to PCS) was melt-spun to fiber form, curing by thermal oxidation and pyrolyzed at various temperatures up to 1773 K. The obtained fibers were investigated by tensile tests, FE-SEM (field emission scanning electron microscope) observation, and XRD (X-ray diffraction) analysis. After pyrolysis at 1273 K, there were no pores in the cross section of the fiber derived from pure PCS; however, there were amounts of pores in the cross sections of the fiber derived from HSah15. After pyrolysis at 1773 K, the coarse β-SiC (silicon carbide) crystals were formed on the outside surface of the fiber derived from pure PCS; however, no remarkable β-SiC crystal were formed on the outside surface of the fiber derived from HSah15.  相似文献

Effect of second components on the catalytic performance of Pd/H-ZSM-5 zeolite (Pd: 0.4 wt.%) was evaluated by a durability test of NO reduction with CH4 at a relatively high temperature of 500°C in the presence of water vapor for a prolonged period. The Pd/H-ZSM-5 showed high stable activity for this reaction without H2O in the reactant feed, while immediate and irreversible deactivation was observed in the presence of H2O, resulting in no activity after 7 h. The second components such as Co, Rh, Ag, Ce, and Fe introduced individually to the Pd/H-ZSM-5 enhanced the durability, and in particular the addition of 3.3 wt.% Co led to a stable NO conversion for more than 40 h in the presence of H2O.  相似文献

In this study, the surface and internal strain response of a specimen subjected to the nitrogen gas tension test was examined. The effect of the restraining force acting on the cylindrical specimen due to the rubber “O” ring seal was also determined. It was found that the effect of the restraining force was vanishingly small, and that the specimen was uniformly deformed in the axial direction. The effect of moisture content was also studied, and was found to have a considerable influence on the results. It was concluded that the concrete specimen should be considered as a two-phase system, consisting of a solid phase and a fluid phase.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to develop a simple method to observe the surface morphology of non-conductive material in its hydrated condition. Here porous hydroxyapatite (HAp) green body prepared by gelcasting process was considered as a case study, and, the resultant body was subsequently treated with hydrophilic ionic liquid (IL). The surface morphology and the pore structure of the IL-treated porous HAp green body were successfully observed even in hydrated condition without any charging using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Results showed that the pore diameter from 300 to 600 μm in as-prepared green body was reduced to 100–300 μm in the sample sintered at 1000 °C. Raman results showed that the IL forms weak hydrogen bond with water molecules within the sample and, that prevents from drying in vacuum condition. In addition, the IL acts as a conducting media for HAp ceramics to be observed under FE-SEM.  相似文献
