地杂波O．94μm激光后向反射率测试研究

通过对地杂波O．94μm激光后向反射率的测试，获取不同入射角的多背景后向反射率测试数据。通过对测试数据的分析处理提供特征信息，为激光探浏器设计提供依据。     

低温脂肪酶产生菌的筛选、鉴定及其部分酶学性质

从南极乔治王岛冻土来源的76株低温细菌中筛选到13株低温脂肪酶产生菌，对其中的BTsl0022菌株进行鉴定。通过生理生化特征、16s rDNA基因序列的同源性和系统发育分析发现，菌株RTsl0022属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)，但与已定名的假单胞菌有一定的差异，与未定名的Pseudomonas sp．PsB的亲缘关系最接近，故将其暂定名为Pseudomonas sp．BTsl0022。对该菌脂肪酶的酶学性质初步研究表明，酶的最适作用温度为24℃，对热敏感，60℃处理30min仅残留25％酶活性，酶的适宜作用pH范围在7．0～9．0，最适pH为8．0。     

PetroChina Drills Risk Exploration Wells in Africa

China National Oil Development Corporation （CNODC）, one of the subsidiaries under PetroChina responsible for the overseas oil exploration and development business, started to drill its first exploration well - Saha-1 on Tenere Block in Niger on October 30. This is another risk exploration well CNODC has drilled in this region following Bel E-I drilled on Block 350 in Algeria on September 15 and Heron-1 drilled on Block 20 in Mauritania on October 13. The drilling of those wells indicates a substantial stage of PetroChina＇s overseas large-scale risk oil and gas exploration in the Central and Northern Africa.

A Study on Turbo—rotor Multi—fault Diagnosis Based on a Neural Network

The multi-fault phenomena are common in the turbo-rotor system of a liquid rocket engine.As it has many excellent qualities,the neural network might be used to solve the problems of multi-fault diagnasis of a turbo-rotor system.First,the feature expression of a common turbo-rotor fault was studied in order to build up the standard fault pattern and satisfy the need of neural network studying and diagnosing.Then.the turbo-rotor fault identification and diagnosis problems were investigated by using a BP(back-propaga-tion)neural network.According to the BP neural network problems,the parallel BP neural network method of multi-fault diagnosis and classification was presented and investigated.The results indicated that the parallel Bp neural network method could solve the turbo-rotor multi-fault diagnosis problems.     

大型连杆流线简易试验方法

介绍了一种大型连杆流线的简易试验方法及其评价原则。该方法可清晰显示流线，并适合任何尺寸和形状的锻造连杆的流线试验。     

SiGe VCOs operating up to 88 GHz, suitable for automotive radar sensors

VCOs fully integrated in an SiGe preproduction technology are presented. By cutting interconnection lines a wide frequency range can be covered, up to 88.4 GHz. Special effort has been made to meet the demands for 77 GHz automotive radar. In the corresponding tuning range from 75.3 to 79.6 GHz, an output power of about 11 dBm (with -2.2 dBm potential measurement uncertainty) was achieved for each of the two complementary outputs, i.e. in total 14 dBm. The phase noise is about -94 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset frequency.     

燕皮传统加工工艺中碱液对肉糜特性的影响

燕皮是以猪肉和甘薯粉为原料,手工制成的薄如纸且经煮不烂的传统食品。在传统制作燕皮过程中添加山榉灰配制的碱液是影响肉糜品质的关键步骤。通过测定制作燕皮过程中各工序样品的氮溶解指数、持水性、乳化稳定性、pH值和粘度,利用SDS-PAGE分析样品中的蛋白质组分、利用光学显微镜观察它们的结构变化,证实植物碱液能够提高样品的氮溶解指数、持水性和乳化稳定性并且延迟了肉糜硬化。同时实验证明碳酸碱(Na2CO3或K2CO3)可替代传统工艺中的植物碱,为后续标准化、工业化生产提供可行条件。     

有线网络行业垄断性的改变及竞争形势分析

有线网络行业既具有自然垄断性,又具有行政垄断性.但随技术进步和国家政策的调整,其自然垄断性被削弱,行政垄断也被打破.在位的有线网络企业面临着两个层面的竞争：一是基于不同视频传输方式的竞争,二是同为有线网络传输方式的竞争,而后者是直接的竞争.对有线网络行业的竞争进行了SWOT分析.最后讨论了竞争形势下在位的有线网络运营商的应对思路.
