本文总结了颗粒流体两相流基本方程的压差力表达方式和推导颗粒流体系统曳力系数计算公式的力平衡原理，提出了一种分析压差力的简单方法，阐明了各种压差力表达方式间的关系及对应的两相流基本方程的曳力系数的计算方法     

生物制剂在SBR中的工业化试验

在处理炼油废水的SBR装置中加入一种生物促进剂和毒性缓冲剂,在投加量均为7mg/L的条件下,与未投加生物促进剂时相比,出水COD的去除率增加约50%,挥发酚由20mg/L降至4.9mg/L,污泥浓度由3.9g/L提高到4.9g/L,污泥絮体增大,结构紧密。

Dehydrogenation and aromatization of methane under non-oxidizing conditions

The dehydrogenation and aromatization of methane on modified ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts has been studied under non-oxidizing conditions with a fixed bed continuous-flow reactor and with a temperature programmed reactor. The results show that benzene is the only hydrocarbon product of the catalytic conversion of methane at high temperature (973 K). The catalytic activity of ZSM-5 is greatly improved by incorporating a metal cation (Mo or Zn). H₂ and ethene have been directly detected in the products with a mass spectrometer during TPAR. A carbenium ion mechanism for the activation of methane is suggested.     

Surface modification of macroporous Al2O3 tubes with carbon-doped TiO2 intermediate layer and preparation of highly permeable palladium composite membranes for hydrogen separation

ABSTRACT

To prepare H₂-permeable palladium composite membranes, a novel carbon-doped microporous TiO₂ intermediate layer was introduced to modify the surface of macroporous Al₂O₃ substrates. The Pd/TiO₂–C/Al₂O₃ membrane was prepared via electroless plating, and thereafter, carbon residue in the intermediate layer was removed by calcination in air, yielding a Pd/TiO₂/Al₂O₃ membrane. Experimental results indicate that the carbon residue shrinks the pore size of the intermediate layer and facilitates a decrease of membrane defects. Additionally, carbon removal induces a higher effective membrane area at the permeate side, which enhances hydrogen permeability. Furthermore, the apparent activation energy (E_A) and stability of the as-prepared Pd/TiO₂/Al₂O₃ membrane were investigated.     

Mechanical properties of high-strength concrete after fire

With compressive strength grade of C40, C60, and C70, respectively, normal-strength concrete (NSC) and high-strength concrete (HSC) were used to investigate compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and bending strength after high temperature. The oil furnace is used in this study. Its temperature-time curve is close to standard curve, which conforms to Chinese standard GB/T 9978-1999. After being heated to temperatures of 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 °C, respectively, the mechanical properties of HSC were tested. The influence of temperature, water content, specimen size, strength grade, and temperature profiles on mechanical properties of HSC are discussed.     

SBS环保耐热型装饰胶粘剂的研制

采用SBS弹性体、增粘树脂、增强剂及按一定比例配合而成的混合溶剂,制备了一种价廉物美的新型环保型胶粘剂。讨论了混合溶剂的(δ+γ)值、星型SBS与线型SBS的质量比、增强剂对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:不管在高温还是在常温下,加入了增强剂的试样的剪切强度都优于市场上出售的胶粘剂。     

基于神经网络的丙烯腈流化床反应器的离线模拟与优化

A mathematical model is developed for an industrial acrylonitrile fluidized-bed reactor based on artificial neural networks.A new algorithm,which combines the characteristics of both genetic algorithm(GA) and generalized delta-rule(GDR) is used to train artificial neural network (ANN) in order to avoid search terminated at a local optimal solution.For searching the global optimum,a new algorithm called SM-GA,incorporating advantages of both simplex method (SM) and GA, is proposed and applied to optimize the operating conditions of an acrylonitrile fluidized-bed reactor in industry.     

稀硝装置吸收系统改造小结

随着市场对硝酸需求量的不断增长，特别是浓硝价格一直稳中有升，我公司又建了一套100kt／a硝酸装置，2004年7月建成投产。该装置采用“全高压法”工艺，其中“三合一”机组是从国外引进的二手设备，吸收塔1-26层是买的旧塔，27～39层是根据“双加压法”硝酸装置吸收塔的内部结构而重新设计的新塔，内有冷却盘管。吸收塔排出的尾气经“氨选择性催化还原法”处理后排入大气。吸收塔塔底成品酸浓度设计值为55％，实际运行值为56％～57％，已超过了设计值。为了进一步降低消耗，提高稀硝成品酸浓度以提高浓硝产量，增加企业效益，公司针对该装置吸收系统在运行中存在的问题，对其进行了改造，取得了良好的效果。
