Failure analysis used for remanufacturing of steel rolling components

The guide-pieces, used in the process line of steel rolling, were the important components. The guidepieces, which were slide contacting with the rolled-piece, had a high temperature and high speed. The wear was very serious. The results from failure analysis showed that there were three failure forms in the guide-pieces: the first was the wear during heat friction, the second was the heat fatigue under the cycle of deep heating and deep cooling, and the third was the impact rupture. Among them, the wear was the main reason. To the wear of guidepieces, there were four mechanisms, namely abrasive wear, adhesive wear, fatigue wear and corrosion wear. A new efficient method for one‐pot conversions of aryl carboxylic acids into nitriles without solvent

A new efficient method for synthesising nitriles, important organic reagents, is reported in this paper. In an environmentally benign solvent‐free system, aryl carboxylic acids were converted into the corresponding nitriles via one‐pot reactions, by amidation with ethyl carbamate followed by dehydration with thionyl chloride, in excellent yields. The results showed that the method has the advantages of lower cost, higher yield, less pollution and greater ease of work‐up. Copyright © 2008 Society of Chemical Industry     

大朝山水电站地下洞室安全监测资料分析

大朝山水电站引水发电系统为地下工程，根据各项安全监测物理量的主要观测成果，对最大观测值分析其对工程的安全影响，为保证其安全运行具有重要意义。为此，分别对大朝山水电站的主要地下建筑物，包括压力引水隧洞、地下厂房、尾水调压室的最大观测值进行了分析研究，并提出了一些建议，有较大的参考价值。     

川西低渗气藏单井地应力计算方法综合研究

四川盆地新场气田是一个低孔低渗的裂缝性砂岩气田，储层物性差，自然产能低，需经压裂后才能投产，压裂后气井增加的产能与压裂的效果密切相关。提前认识储层当前地应力的特征，有助于压裂设计时确定裂缝产状、缝长、缝宽等参数，减少储层水力压裂改造的盲目性，降低中、低渗透油气田开发的风险。通过大量测井资料的计算，确定了新场气田储层地应力的大小和方向，并综合采用微地震测量、岩石声发射资料、古地磁等岩心测试资料和水力压裂等多种方法进行交互验证，各种方法求得的地应力特征十分相近，说明利用测井资料求取储集层地应力原理简单，计算结果符合实际的地应力特征，是一种低风险研究计算储层地应力特征的方法，可以用于指导低渗透油气田的井网部署和储层的单井压裂改造。     

热平衡流量计研究与应用

依据热平衡方法测流量原理研制的热平衡流量计没有任何可动部件，可靠性大大加强，可以代替常用的浮子流量计和涡轮流量计。该仪器的应用为油水井及注聚合物井的流量测试提供了更为有效的手段和方法。     

高柔韧性尼龙1010材料的制备

对尼龙1010/NBR/增塑剂体系进行了系统研究,发现在挤出机中环氧扩链剂可以对尼龙进行扩链反应,且环氧树脂对尼龙1010的扩链反应活性较高,扩链效果比较明显;N-丁基苯磺酰胺是尼龙的良好增塑剂,经增塑、增韧后可以使经扩链后的尼龙1010柔韧性有明显提高.采用SEM和TEM对所制备的材料进行了形貌分析,发现用NBR增韧尼龙,对于不同的基体材料,橡胶粒子的形貌有很大不同,粒子由增韧纯尼龙的椭球形变为在增塑尼龙基体中不规则的形状.
