Research on ratio selection of a mixed liquid desiccant: Mixed LiCl– CaCl2 solution

Liquid desiccant cooling system is a new type of air-conditioning system capable of saving energy. The dehumidification process dominates the performance of this system, while the thermal properties of the liquid desiccant play a key role in improving dehumidification effect. However, there is little work about how to choose a proper liquid desiccant that has a better performance. To settle this problem, a novel method is proposed to search an ideal liquid desiccant by applying the nonrandom two-liquid equation (NRTL equation). This idea is further applied to mixed LiCl and CaCl₂ solution to work out the right mixture ratio with a better dehumidification effect under certain working conditions. Moreover, the related experiments were carried out. The results show that: compared to single LiCl solution, the dehumidification effect could be raised by more than 20% with mixed LiCl and CaCl₂ solution.

冻土的本构关系

对冻土的应力-应变特性进行了深入研究,在姚仰平等考虑温度的UH模型的基础上,提出考虑温度影响适用于冻土的UH模型。与原有考虑温度的UH模型相比,提出的新模型仅增加了1个抗拉强度参数,既能反映冻结黏土的前期固结压力随温度降低而升高的特性,又能反映冻结黏土随温度降低黏聚力提高的强度特性。新模型的温度适用范围为-1~-30℃,与已有的试验结果进行对比,结果显示,新模型能够较为合理地描述冻土的基本力学特性。     

The oxidation of nanocrystalline Ni3Al fabricated by mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering

Nanocrystalline Ni₃Al was fabricated through mechanical alloying of elemental powders and spark plasma sintering. The nanocrystalline Ni₃Al has a nearly full density after being sintered at 1223 K for 10 min under a pressure of 65 MPa. Isothermal and cyclic oxidations of nanocrystalline Ni₃Al were tested at 1173–1373 K with intervals of 100 K. The results indicate that nanocrystalline Ni₃Al exhibits excellent isothermal and cyclical oxidation resistance. The oxide scales consist primarily of dense and continuous -Al₂O₃. The grain refinement is beneficial for improving the oxidation resistance of Ni₃Al by providing more nucleation centers for the Al₂O₃ formation, promoting the selective formation of Al₂O₃ and improving the adhesion of oxide scales to the matrix.     

Reinforcement in Al Matrix Composites: A Review of Strengthening Behavior of Nano‐Sized Particles

Aluminum matrix composites (AMCs) reinforced with the nano‐sized particles are very important materials for the applications in industrial fields. These aluminum matrix composites consist of an aluminum matrix and nano‐sized particles, which own very different physical and mechanical properties from those of the matrix. Nano‐sized particles show a more obvious strengthening effect on the matrix than the micro‐sized particles do, because of the high specific surface area which is positive for the pinning effect during the deformation process. Thus, the nano‐sized particle‐reinforced AMCs usually exhibit a good ductility. The main issues of the fabrication methods are the low wettability between the nano‐sized particles and the molten aluminum alloys, which is fatal to the conventional casting methods, and the agglomeration of nano‐sized particles which happened easier than the larger particles. Several alternative processes have been presented in literature for the production of the nano‐sized particle‐reinforced aluminum composites. This paper is aimed at reviewing the feasible manufacturing techniques used for the fabrication of nano‐sized particle‐reinforced aluminum composites. More importantly, the strengthening mechanisms and models which are responsible for the improvement of mechanical properties of the nano‐sized particle‐reinforced aluminum composites have been reviewed.

区域水资源优化配置模型应用研究

水资源配置不仅关系到当地的生态系统安全,也关系到水资源的可持续利用。根据水资源优化配置的理论与方法,在可持续发展理论指导下,建立水资源优化配置系统模型,并以临沂市为例,对上述模型进行实例计算,结果表明,该模型计算简单,能够满足生产实际的需要。     

申城近代建筑保护遭受冲击

HPLC法测定苦荞叶中芦丁的含量

采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)快速测定芦丁,其测定色谱条件为:色谱柱:Kromasil C18,(10μm,4.6×250mm);流动相:甲醇:水:冰乙酸(体积比为:40:60:1),流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:330nm,柱温:室温20℃.线性范围50～500 μg/mL,R2=0.9999.在上述条件下对苦荞叶中所含芦丁进行了含量测定,分析结果表明,此法简单快速、高效灵敏、重现性好.
