贝氏体铁素体片条的超微亚结构研究

首次采用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)在大气环境下直接观察了Fe-1.0C-2.0Si-4.0Cr钢中下贝氏体铁素体片条的组织结构,在下贝氏体亚单元内部首次观察到以前从未发现的,尺寸更小、形状规则、排列整齐的结构单元——超亚单元,并初步提出下贝氏体铁素体由以下四个结构层次组成:即下贝氏体铁素体片条由亚片条组成,亚片条由亚单元组成,亚单元由超亚单元组成。     

Ahch, the mouse homologue of DAX1: cloning, characterization and synteny with GyK, the glycerol kinase locus

We cloned the murine full-length cDNA encoding Ahch, the mouse homologue of DAX1 (DSS-AHC Region on Human X Chromosome, Gene1) which is the gene responsible for human X-linked adrenal hypoplasia congenita (AHC) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (HH). Sequence analysis revealed that the murine and human cDNAs have 65% aa identity and 75% aa similarity overall. The cysteine residues in the putative DNA binding domain, which may interact with Zn2+ ions to form zinc fingers, are 100% conserved between the two species, indicating that the novel zinc-finger structures in DAX1 may be functional. In addition, mouse interspecific backcrosses show that the Ahch gene is closely linked to the glycerol kinase locus, GyK, on the mouse X chromosome, indicating that the order of the loci is conserved in this syntenic region between mouse and human.

Experimental studies of high frequency jet ventilation improved by enhancing expiratory turbulence

A 43-year-old male and a 39-year-old male presented with multiple pituitary adenomas with two distinct histological types. The first patient who had multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 had developed acromegaly due to a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH)-producing pancreatic tumor. Both plasma GHRH and growth hormone (GH) levels decreased to normal after resection of the pancreatic tumor. However, the plasma GH level gradually increased again and magnetic resonance imaging revealed pituitary adenoma formation. Histological examination revealed two different histological types of pituitary adenoma: GH cell adenoma and null cell adenoma. The second patient, with no such genetic condition, had a non-functioning pituitary adenoma. Histological examination revealed two different histological types of silent GH cell adenoma and silent gonadotroph adenoma. Careful histological examination is required to exclude the possibility of multiple pituitary adenomas.     

上海市吴淞工业区大气PM2.5水溶成分的元素分析及细胞毒性研究

通过ICP-MS测定了上海市吴淞地区大气PM2.5水溶成分金属元素含量,通过四唑盐(MTT)测定细胞存活率,通过超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)两个指标测定细胞氧化损伤,琼脂糖凝胶电泳测定细胞内DNA损伤,流式细胞仪(Flow cytometry)检测细胞凋亡和周期等实验研究了大气PM2.5水溶成分的细胞毒性.实验结果表明:PM2.5可溶成分中Zn元素含量最高,PM2.5在一定浓度范围内能导致细胞死亡,引起细胞的氧化损伤,影响DNA的复制,阻碍细胞增殖,但没有诱导细胞凋亡.PM2.5中可溶金属离子对细胞毒性表现为联合作用.     

新城金矿采场落矿控制爆破技术

新城金矿为蚀变岩型金矿床,由于受地质构造影响,顶板稳定性较差,局部和较大面积的顶板冒落现象时有发生,为了解决采场顶板安全问题和提高落矿主要技术经济指标而进行了“上向水平分层尾砂胶结充填法采场控制爆破技术”的试验研究工作,试验达到了预期效果。     

基于窗口的面向对象的GUI设计

文中讨论了一种基于窗口的对象用户界面设计思想及方法，详细描述了各种类的定义。在ＤＯＳ环境下运用ＷａｔｃｏｍＣ＋＋语言在微机上开发运行。它可以使用户方便地进行再开发工作，界面运用事件处理方式由窗口、弹出菜单、图标、按钮等组成。效果良好。
