A novel all-optical header and payload separation technique that can be utilized in unslotted optical-packet-switched networks is proposed. The technique uses two modified terahertz optical asynchronous demultiplexers: One is for packet header extraction with differential modulation scheme, and the other performs a simple XOR operation between the packet and its self-derived header to get the separated payload. The main virtue of this system is simple structure and low-power consumption. Through numerical simulations, the operating characteristics of the scheme are illustrated. 本文通过比较观察几种常见抗体介导的肾小球肾炎的免疫荧光和超微结构的特征,以进一步提高对其识别能力和诊断水平。结果显示,一些常见抗体介导的肾小球病,如IgA肾病(包括紫癜性肾炎)、膜性肾病、急性弥漫增生性肾小球肾炎、膜性增生性肾小球肾炎(Ⅰ型)、狼疮性肾炎(Ⅳ型)的免疫荧光和电镜检查所显示的抗体或免疫反应产物有较好的可比性和一致性。提高对抗体介导的肾小球肾炎典型肾小球超微结构形态特征的认识和鉴别能力将十分有助于对肾小球疾病作出正确的病理学诊断。 相似文献

Topological Hall effect, being an unconventional anomalous Hall effect, is originated from the real-space Berry curvature caused by the nontrivial topological spin textures in materials. Manipulations of nontrivial magnetic structure and related topological Hall effect are very important for the study of the chiral magnet. Herein, it is experimentally observed that the significant topological Hall conductivity σxy in antiferromagnetic K0.5RhO2 can reach 3.5% of ν = 1 quantum conductivity below 20 K. Furthermore, by adjusting the concentration of K-cation different from 0.5 in KxRhO2 or substituting the K cations by Rb or Cs to form Rb0.5RhO2 or Cs0.5RhO2, it is observed that the topological Hall effect is much weakened or even disappeared. This evolution, verified by the theoretical calculations, is attributed to the unstable ground state of the non-coplanar spin structure in KxRhO2 (x = 0.4 and 0.6) and Cs0.5RhO2. The significantly tunable topological Hall effect in AxRhO2 makes it prospective on logical/sensor devices of spintronics. 相似文献

A simple and effective method employing a local micro-structured long period fiber grating (LMS-LPFG) for the simultaneous measurement of temperature and refractive index is proposed and investigated experimentally. The LMS-LPFG is formed by using the partial etching technique with hydrofluoric (HF) acid in a standard LPFG, in which there are discontinuities in the effective refractive index of cladding modes. Similar to the phase shift theory, a narrow passband and two stopbands are formed. The temperature and the surrounding refractive index (SRI) characteristics of the two stopbands and passband are studied. The temperature sensitivities of the two stopbands and passband are 0.05 nm/℃ approximately. The SRI sensitivity ofpassband (-61.56 nm/RIU) is bigger than that of the two stopbands (-35.62 nm/RIU). Thus, with the sensitive matrix, we can simultaneously measure the changes of temperature and refractive index. 相似文献

A vertical two-terminal silicon PNPN diode is presented for use in a high-density memory cell. The device design for high-speed operations was studied with experiments and calibrated simulations, which proves that the proposed memory cell can be operated at nanosecond range. The static and dynamic power dissipations were also studied, which indicated the availability of the proposed memory cell for VLS1 applications. Research results for stripline bandpass filters with step-impedance resonators formed on Al2O3 (Alumina, polycor) and operating in the frequency band 1500–2500 MHz are presented in this article. Use of step-impedance resonators breaks repetition factor in frequency positioning of passbands in such filters. This allows suppressing harmonics of output signal in transmitters and widening stopband for parasitic signals in receivers. 相似文献
