INNOVATIVE APPLICATIONS OF IONIC LIQUIDS AS “GREEN” ENGINEERING LIQUIDS

Over the past decade, ionic liquids (ILs) have become one of the fastest growing “green” media for chemists and engineers due to their superb physicochemical properties. The applications of these remarkable salts in reactions and extraction processes have been extensively investigated and reviewed. This review, however, highlights recent advances of ILs as versatile “green” engineering liquids in a variety of industrial applications including heat transfer fluids, azeotrope-breaking liquids, lubricants, electrolytes, liquid crystals, supported IL membranes, plasticizers, and more. This review is not intended to be comprehensive, but rather to discuss the potentials of ILs for diverse industrial applications.

本文介绍了用明胶软胶囊包装的亮发素的配方和制备方法。在亮发素中含有低粘度液体石蜡油、精制橄榄油、精制茶籽油、精制沙棘籽油、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、油酸乙酯、二甲基聚硅氧烷、维生素Ｅ和油溶性香料等成份。

自行设计了一台单填料函滑动管板式换热器代替进口设备，运转良好。本文着重介绍该设备密封结构的设计。

Compositional analysis of biodegradable polyphosphoester copolymers using nmr spectroscopic methods

The chemical composition and quantitative molar ratios among all components of biodegradable polyphosphoester copolymers of DL ‐lactide and ethylphosphate were determined by a comprehensive set of NMR spectroscopic methods. The polyphosphoester copolymers studied were synthesized using condensation polymerization of oligomeric DL ‐lactide prepolymers and ethyl dichlorophosphate. Conclusive identification of the chemical shift patterns of all functional groups in the copolymers required additional NMR methods such as ³¹P‐NMR and two‐dimensional ¹H–¹H COSY NMR, in addition to the synthesis and comparative NMR analysis of model compounds possessing identical phosphoester linkages in the polyphosphoester copolymers. For the polymers synthesized using the bulk polycondensation process, ¹H–¹H COSY NMR analysis revealed the presence of a small amount of side products that were undetected by ¹H‐NMR alone. These side reactions most likely occurred between the pendant ethoxy group of the phosphoesters and the hydrogen chloride gas generated in the bulk polycondensation process. ³¹P‐NMR spectra of the copolymers revealed a consistent triple‐peak pattern characteristic of phosphoesters linked to a racemic mixture of D,L ‐lactides. These results offered new insight into the side reactions occurring in bulk polymerization of polyphosphoesters and provided a powerful tool of characterizing complex biodegradable polymers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 喷动床是一种可实现热量重复循环的高效反应器 .介绍了目前喷动床研究中出现的各种反应模型 ,从等温和非等温两个方面讨论了一维轴向、流管、半分割和流动反应耦合等各类模型的基本思想和理论及各自的特点 ,并提出了进一步发展的方向 .     

立磨在矿渣粉磨调试中的问题及解决措施

山西长治钢铁(集团)瑞昌水泥有限公司矿渣粉磨生产线，自2003年8月25日试生产以来，广大工程技术人员对工艺参数不断进行优化，生产日趋正常，台时产量120t，比表面积≥450m^2/kg实现达产达标。笔者有幸参与LM56．2 2S立磨矿渣粉磨系统调试工作，现将调试及生产过程中发现问题作一总结，供同行参考。

Jump Filter: A Dynamic Sketch for Big Data Governance

With the rapid development of information technology, the volume of data maintains exponential growth, and the value of data is hard to mine. This brings significant challenges to the efficient management and control of each link in the data life cycle, such as data collection, cleaning, storage, and sharing. Sketch uses a hash table/matrix/bit vector to track the core characteristics of data, such as frequency, cardinality, and membership. This mechanism makes the sketch itself metadata, which has been widely used in sharing, transmission, update, and other scenarios. The rapid flow characteristic of big data has spawned dynamic sketches. The existing dynamic sketches have the advantage of expanding or shrinking the capacity with the size of the data stream by dynamically maintaining a list of probabilistic data structures in a chain or tree structure. However, there are problems with the excessive space overhead and time overhead increasing with the increase in the dataset cardinality. This paper designs a dynamic sketch for big data governance on the basis of the advanced jump consistent hash. This method can simultaneously achieve the space overhead that grows linearly with the dataset cardinality and the constant time overhead of data processing and analysis, effectively supporting the demanding big data processing and analysis tasks for big data governance. The validity and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the comparison with traditional methods on various synthetic and natural datasets.
