Vapor phase hydroformylation of ethylene was studied with silica-supported metal catalysts. A cobalt metal catalyst derived from Co2(CO)8 gave propanal and its derivatives in as high selectivity of about 36% as Rh/SiO2 catalyst under the reaction conditions of 1.1 MPa of a gas-mixture of ArCOC2H4H2 = 1333 at 423–503 K. On the other hand, conventional cobalt catalysts derived from cobalt nitrate, chloride, or acetate, and other noble metal catalysts (Pd/SiO2 and Ir/SiO2) produced mainly ethane. 相似文献

Aqueous colloidal suspensions in the two systems of CVD-processed ultrafine mullite powder (<0.1 μm), -Si3 N4 whisker and -mullite whisker, were prepared near the isoelectric point of mullite (pH 7.0) to prevent cracking during drying of wet green compacts consolidated by filtration. The freeze-dried porous green compacts were hot-pressed with a carbon die at 1500°C for 1 h at a pressure of 39 MPa in N2 atmosphere. The relative densities of the mullite matrix composites with whiskers of 0 to 10 vol% were in the range of 95.2% to 99.8%. Increasing the fraction of Si3 N4 whisker increased the density, flexural strength, and fracture toughness of the hot-pressed composites. On the other hand, addition of the mullite whisker increased the fracture toughness but decreased the density and strength of the composites. 相似文献

Dense carbon films of about 20 μm in thickness were prepared from a commercially available cellulose film of 40 μm thick by heat treatment up to 900°C. Carbon films thus obtained were heat treated at temperatures between 1800 and 3000°C for 30–60 min. The heat-treated carbon films were investigated by the measurements of resistivity, Hall coefficient and magnetoresistance at liquid nitrogen temperature. Reflected and transmitted X-ray diffraction experiments and observations by a high-resolution scanning electron microscope (SEM) were also carried out. The results of the resistivity and Hall coefficient for high-temperature-treated specimens indicated that the carbonized film was more graphitizable than bulk glass-like carbons. The magnetoresistance and X-ray diffraction profiles for the high-temperature-treated specimens suggested that each of these specimens substantially consisted of the matrix of granular microtexture and the graphite layer skin. The skin was clearly observed by SEM for the specimens heat-treated at 2800 and 3000°C and their thickness was 100–300 nm. 相似文献

Time-resolved band edge luminescence spectrum in IIa diamond has been measured with the 5th harmonics of a pulsed YAG laser (5.82 eV) and an ICCD image intensifier of 5 ns gate width at 290 K. The time-resolved luminescence spectrum is decomposed into three components of free exciton (FE), excitonic complex (EC) and electron-hole plasma (EHP). The decay times of the FE and EC luminescence are 45 and 27 ns, respectively and that of the EHP luminescence has been seen to be shorter than the gate width, 5 ns. The low energy onset of the EHP luminescence spectrum has been observed to decrease with increasing excitation density and attains the onset of the electron-hole drop luminescence spectrum at the excitation density of 0.6 J/cm2, at which the electron-hole pair density is 1.2 × 1020 cm? 3. Furthermore, the excitation density dependences of the FE, EC and EHP luminescence intensities are explained with the percolation theory. 相似文献

In this study, we have demonstrated an accurate and rapid small RNA analytical method with both sequence determination and detailed modification analysis by electrospray ionization-ion trap/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ESI-IT/TOFMS). To develop this ideal method, we have examined the performance of ESI-IT/TOFMS using various chemically-synthesized model sequences of modified or unmodified microRNAs (miRNAs). The deconvoluted mass of a 22-nucleotide (nt) miRNA was obtained from a multiply charged precursor ion (MS(1)). The ion exhibited high mass accuracy (< 7 ppm) and high mass resolution (a value of m/Δm=10,000) and was therefore very useful in RNA composition assignment. The optimized MS(2) method using ion trap collision-induced dissociation, as well as automatic annotation analysis of product ions based on the accurate mass information, enabled the precise sequencing determination of intact miRNAs. Further, the detailed structural analysis of 3'-terminal modified nucleic acid in intact methylated miRNA was carried out using the MS(3) capability of the hybrid IT/TOFMS. The direct infusion method also provided a high throughput and good sensitivity because the analytical time and sample concentration needed in a series of experiments with reliable data were only 3 min and 100 nM, respectively. This study provides a novel approach for characterizing the intact chemically-synthesized small RNA without chemical and enzymatic digestions and would be widely applicable for the structural analysis of complicated modified small RNAs. 相似文献

In photoautotrophic cultures of pak-bung hairy roots, strong light irradiation (22 W/m2) increased the content of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the cells, resulting in chlorophyll (Chl) degradation and DNA injury. The Chl degradation rate, RD, can be used as a parameter to measure the cellular damage caused by photo-induced stress. The presence of the antioxidants ascorbic acid, chlorogenic acid or catechin reduced the RD, while lowering the content of ROS and moderating the DNA injury. 相似文献

This paper deals with a design method for an adaptive scheme which would identify the parameters and observe the state of any unknown single-input single-output linear discrete-time systems using only input-output data. Kreisselmeier's parametrized system [5] is used instead of the original system. Then the parameter identification process and the state observation process are well separated. To accelerate the convergence rate of the estimates, a finite-time settling scheme is proposed. It is shown that the estimates obtained converges to true values at k = 3n ?1, where k is the discrete time and n is the order of system. An exact analysis of the dynamic problem on the thermal displacements and stresses of cylindrical shells subjected to instantaneous heating is carried out. Equations of motion for cylindrical shells, including the thermal effects, are reduced and solved by using the Fourier and Laplace transformation methods, after obtaining the temperature distribution determined from the nonstationary equation of heat conduction for a shell under a prescribed temperature field.
