The first demonstration to compress the linearly chirped optical pulses from a gain-switched distributed-feedback laser diode (DFB-LD) is described at 1.3 ?m wavelength. By travelling through a highly dispersive single-mode fibre with 48 ps/nm normal dispersion, a 26 ps (FWHM) pulse having red-shift frequency chirping of 85 GHz (FWHM) is compressed to 8.3 ps with the time-bandwidth product of 0.71.  相似文献

Graphite oxide was silylated by 3-aminopropylethoxysilanes under various reaction conditions. Two types of layered materials were obtained when 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane was reacted with graphite oxide. One obtained at lower temperatures was 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-intercalated graphite oxide with an interlayer spacing of 1.27 nm, in which amino groups of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane were bonded to hydroxyl groups of graphite oxide. At higher temperatures, silylation of graphite oxide occurred, giving a phase with larger interlayer spacing of 1.37 nm. Chemical reduction of graphite oxide to disordered carbon by amino groups occurred at the same time. Similar reactions occurred when 3-aminopropyldiethoxymethylsilane and 3-aminopropylethoxydimethylsilane were reacted and they were introduced into the interlayer space of graphite oxide. Large amounts of silicon, and accordingly amino groups, were introduced in graphite oxide when it was silylated by 3-aminopropyldiethoxymethylsilane because its reactivity for chemical reduction of graphite oxide was relatively lower than that of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and additional silylation was possible. The amount of amino groups available for chemical adsorption of formaldehyde reached a very high value of 3.8 mmol/g for graphite oxide silylated by 3-aminopropyldiethoxymethylsilane.  相似文献

Cathodoluminescence (CL) spectroscopy was applied to optimize the shallow trench isolation (STI) process. The analysis of dislocations with CL spectroscopy could be performed during STI process steps. Then, the result of CL analysis was associated with the failure of a junction leakage current. Moreover, the analysis contributed to identifying the failure, including the root cause. As the result of CL analysis, nitride film thickness used as a mask layer of patterning was controlled at 190 nm or less. The dislocation analysis with CL spectroscopy can reduce the cycle time from 50 to 5 days.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new model predictive control (MPC) method for linear parameter varying systems with bounded parameter variation subject to input constraints. The method adopts closed-loop prediction and constructs ellipsoidal sets to predict the future states with reasonable computational effort. Then the information on the parameter variation rate is exploited to improve the accuracy of the prediction. Furthermore, a relaxed terminal condition, which guarantees the stability for infinite horizon, is introduced to enlarge the stabilizable region. It is shown that the feasibility of the MPC problem at the initial step ensures the stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, a simulation result illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

Two Melittini species, Macroscelesia japona and M. longipes (Lepidoptera: Sesiidae), are native to Japan, but occupy different localities as their host plants seldom grow together. The contents of the sex pheromone gland of adult females of both species, obtained after rearing larvae collected from the field, were investigated by gas chromatograph-electroantennogram detection (GC-EAD) and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analyses. Two GC-EAD-active components were found in a crude extract of M. japona female pheromone gland, and identified as (2E,13Z)-2,13-octadecadien-1-ol (E2,Z13-18:OH) and (2E,13Z)-2,13-octadecadienal (E2,Z13-18:Ald). The average ratio of these two components was about 1:10. In the field, M. japona males were attracted to traps baited with E2,Z13-18:Ald alone, but the strongest attraction was observed with a 1:100 mixture of E2,Z13-18:OH and E2,Z13-18:Ald. The same two components were found in extracts of M. longipes females, but in a markedly different ratio. Male M. longipes were attracted most strongly to lures containing a 20:1 mixture of E2,Z13-18:OH and E2,Z13-18:Ald, although some males were also attracted to lures with E2,Z13-18:OH alone. Although the two species do not generally occur in sympatry, our data indicate that, in the event of overlap, cross attraction of the two species is unlikely.  相似文献

The modifying effects of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, indomethacin (IMC) and piroxicam (PC) on hepatocarcinogenesis induced by 2-acetylaminofluorene (AAF) were investigated in male ACI/N rats. Rats were divided into 6 groups: group 1 was fed a diet containing 200 ppm AAF for 16 weeks, starting at 6 weeks of age; group 2 was fed an AAF together with 130 ppm PC-containing diet; group 3 received an AAF diet and IMC (10 ppm) in their drinking water; group 4 was fed a PC diet alone; group 5 was given IMC alone; and group 6 served as controls. The PC diet, or the drinking water containing IMC, was given to the rats starting at 5 weeks of age until 1 week after the carcinogen exposure. At termination of the experiment (week 36), the incidences of iron-excluding altered liver cell foci (24.2 +/- 5.2/cm2) and liver cell tumors (1/10, 10%), and the tumor multiplicity (0.10/rat) in rats of group 2 were significantly smaller than those of group 1 (foci incidence, 42.6 +/- 6.7/cm2; tumor incidence, 10/10, 100%; and multiplicity, 4.00/rat) (P < 0.05). Similarly, the incidence of iron-excluding hepatocellular foci (27.4 < 1.2/cm2) and liver cell tumors (1/10, 10%) and the tumor multiplicity (0.10/rat) in rats of group 3 were significantly lower than those of group 1 (P < 0.05). There were no liver cell lesions (foci and neoplasms) in rats of groups 4, 5 and 6. Thus, PC and IMC inhibited the hepatocarcinogenesis induced by AAF when administered concurrently with the carcinogen and the results may indicate possible involvement of altered arachidonic metabolism in the initiation phase of AAF-induced liver carcinogenesis.  相似文献

Immuno-chemotherapy via a catheter in the subclavian artery using sequential treatment with OK-432, chemotherapeutic agents (ADM, 5-FU), and cultured autologous lymphocytes, was performed for 9 Stage IV breast cancer patients with locally-advanced primary tumor. Tumor reduction of more than 50% was observed in 8 patients including 4 whose breast tumors had disappeared. Among 11 evaluable distant metastatic lesions, 7 (1 pleural effusion, 2 lung, 2 liver, 2 bone metastases) regressed after local immunotherapy of breast or additional regional immunotherapy (1 lung, 1 liver, 1 pleural effusion). Median survival time to date is 56 months. Five patients are currently alive, although 3 of them did not undergo mastectomy. Local immuno-chemotherapy may be useful because (a) toxicity is limited, (b) low doses of anti-cancer agents during the therapy (median dose of ADM, 60 mg) do not limit subsequent systemic chemotherapy, and (c) distant metastases often regress concomitantly with the primary lesions.  相似文献
