We have studied silicon tetrachloride hydrogenation in an rf (40.68 MHz) plasma and have determined the trichlorosilane yield as a function of the molar energy input, H2: SiCl4 molar ratio, and pressure. The highest trichlorosilane yield achieved is 60%, and the minimum energy input is 0.3 kW h per mole of SiHCl3.  相似文献

Previous experiments with the electric explosion of conductors in a strong (50 T) longitudinal magnetic field showed the formation of a relatively low-density plasma around the central part of the explosion channel, which exhibited expansion at a velocity on the order of 10–20 km/s [1, 2]. Expansion of the plasma was accompanied by displacement of the magnetic field from the explosion channel, which was manifested by a diamagnetic signal. An analysis of the plasma energy balance is hindered by the lack of reliable data about radiative energy losses. Here, we report the first experimental results on the radiation pulse kinetics and the first estimates of the radiation energy.  相似文献

An NMR tracking magnetometer, in which the frequency modulation is used instead of the traditional magnetic modulation, is described. Owing to the proposed digital compensation of modulation shifts, the tracking error is negligibly small and does not exceed the corresponding error for NMR magnetometers with magnetic modulation. The absence of the modulation rings decreases the sizes of the sensors to the utmost and excludes their effect on the surrounding systems. 50%-deuteron saturated solution of lithium chloride in water of 50% deuterons, which is used as a sensor substance, allows one to measure magnetic fields of 0.0625 to 15.3 T with a 10?7 relative error at the most.  相似文献

Three varieties of paddy rice with and three varieties without lipoxygenase (LOX) isoenzymes were stored at room temperature, in dark conditions for 42 months. Insect damage and viability were investigated during that time. Varieties without LOX-1,2 and their offspring were screened with a rapid method of estimating LOX isoenzymes, and subjected to an accelerated-ageing experiment. The results indicated that in varieties without LOX-1,2, after long storage, rice quality was normal, but for varieties with LOX-1,2, rice quality deteriorated. With increase of storage time, the germination rate of the seed of most varieties decreased greatly except for varieties without LOX-1,2 where there was almost no change in the germination rate. In varieties without LOX-1,2 and their offspring, after an accelerated ageing experiment the germination rate of some varieties changed slowly, but with others, the germination rate changed quickly. This indicated that a definitive factor, which influenced the life of seeds, may be the loss of LOX-1,2. During storage, there was also a significant difference in the degree of insect damage. In varieties without LOX-3 insect damage was lower, but in varieties with LOX-3 insect damage was higher. Therefore, the absence of LOX-3 may be very important in insect resistance in rice grain.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Endocrine disruptors in the aquatic environment and their potential adverse effects are currently issues of concern. One of these endocrine disruptors is 2,2‐bis(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methylphenyl)propane (BPP). In this work the molecular recognition interaction of BPP with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) was studied using IR spectroscopy and steady state fluorescence spectroscopy, and the photocatalytic degradation behaviour of BPP based on molecular recognition interaction was investigated in a TiO2/UV–visible (λmax = 365 nm) system. This might provide a new method for the treatment of some organic pollutants in wastewater. RESULTS: β‐CD reacts with BPP to form a 1:1 inclusion complex, the formation constant of which is 4.94 × 103 L mol?1. The photodegradation rate constant of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD showed a 1.42‐fold increase in the TiO2/UV–visible (λmax = 365 nm) system. The photodegradation of BPP depended on the concentration of β‐CD, the pH value, the gaseous medium and the initial concentration of BPP. The photodegradation efficiency of BPP with molecular recognition was higher than that without molecular recognition. After 100 min of irradiation the mineralisation efficiency of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD reached 94.8%, whereas the mineralisation efficiency of BPP before molecular recognition by β‐CD was only 40.6%. CONCLUSION: The photocatalytic degradation of BPP after molecular recognition by β‐CD can be enhanced in the TiO2/UV‐visible (λmax = 365 nm) system. This enhancement is dependent on the enhancement of the adsorption of BPP, the moderate inclusion depth of BPP in the β‐CD cavity and the increase in the frontier electron density of BPP after molecular recognition. Calculations of the possibility of switching the matrix of the fuel-element cores and the vessel with the reactor envelope to weakly neutron-absorbing aluminum and lowering at the same time the fuel content in the fuel elements by 40% are performed for the high-flux PIK reactor which is under construction in Gatchina. As a result, the flux density of the thermal neutrons in the heavy-water reflector increases by a factor of 1.4–1.5 and the maximum unperturbed flux reaches a world record value – 1.9·1015 sec–1·cm–2. The nonuniformity of the volume energy-release decreases to 2.3. The weight of the control rods and reactor safety increase. As a result of the decrease of the fuel content in the fuel elements and the increase of the run duration, about 60 kg of high-enrichment uranium 235U are saved annually, decreasing annual fuel costs by one third.  相似文献

以δ-FeOOH为前驱体,用氨水调节溶液的pH值,分别采用(1)90℃水浴加热动态转化、(2)沸腾回流动态转化,(3)90℃静态转化及(4)200℃水热法四种方法合成了锰锌铁氧体纳米粉体.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等方法对粉体进行了表征,对四种液相法制备的锰锌铁氧体纳米粉体的结构和性能等进行了对比和分析.结果表明,四种方法中沸腾回流相转化法得到的产物具有磁性能较好、形状较规则、粒径可控等优点.  相似文献
