Research and Implementation of Task Management Model in Product Development Process Management

The implementation of product development process management (PDPM) is an effective means of developing products with higher quality in shorter lead time. It is argued in this paper that product, data, person and activity are basic factors in PDPM With detailed analysis of these basic factors and their relations in product developmed process, all product development activities are considered as tasks and the management of product development process is regarded as the management of task execution A task decomposition based product development model is proposed with methods of constructing task relation matrix from layer model and constraint model resulted from task decomposition. An algorithm for constructing directed task graph is given and is used in the management of tasks. Finally, the usage and limitation of the proposed PDPM model is given with further work proposed.     

现代化水利建设迫切需要完善质量监督工作体系

江苏省的市、县级水利工程质量监督体系尚未建立,远未健全。质量监督存在制度不完善、效能不到位等问题。今后一个时期,大规模水利建设和水利现代化建设,需要质量监督作为工程质量重要保障,应通过健全监督体系、完善监督制度、抓住质量监督重心、强化质量检测管理、实现全程监督检查等措施,来确保质量监督工作的成效。     

加强研究生基层任职能力培养的思考

针对军校培养的硕士研究生到基层任职比例逐年增大,为进一步提高研究生培养质量,通过对学院已毕业的硕士研究生在基层部队任职情况的调研,分析了硕士研究生在基层部队任职中暴露出的问题和原因,提出了加强思想政治教育、增强培养的针对性以及与部队开展联合培养等建议.     

DNA immobilization and SAW response in ZnO nanotips grown on LiNbO3 substrates.

DNA immobilization enhancement is demonstrated in a structure consisting of ZnO nanotips on 128 degrees Y-cut LiNbO3. The ZnO nanotips are grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) on the top of a SiO2 layer that is deposited and patterned on the LiNbO3 SAW delay path. The effects of ZnO nanotips on the SAW response are investigated. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy are used to analyze the ZnO nanotips, which are of single crystalline quality, and they are uniformly aligned with their c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of the ZnO nanotips shows strong near bandedge transition with insignificant deep level emission, confirming their good optical property. DNA immobilization enhancement is experimentally validated by radioactive labeling tests and SAW response changes. The ZnO nanotips enhance the DNA immobilization by a factor of 200 compared to ZnO film with flat surface. DNA hybridization with complementary and noncomplementary second strand DNA oligonucleotides is used to study the selective binding of the structure. This device structure possesses the advantages of both traditional SAW sensors and ZnO nanostructures.     

Electron impact collision strengths and oscillator strengths for Ni-like Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Ta, and W ions

Energy levels, oscillator strengths, and electron impact collision strengths have been calculated for Ni-like ions of Nd (Z = 60), Sm (Z = 62), Eu (Z = 63), Gd (Z = 64), Ta (Z = 73), and W (Z = 74) among the 249 levels belonging to the ([Ne])3s²3p⁶3d¹⁰, 3s²3p⁶3d⁹nl, 3s²3p⁵3d¹⁰nl, 3s3p⁶3d¹⁰nl (n = 4, 5; l = 0, 1, … , n − 1) configurations. Configuration interactions among these configurations have been included in the calculations. Collision strengths have been obtained at 20 scattered electron energies (5–20,000 eV) and they have been listed at six representative energies of 100, 400, 1000, 2500, 5000, and 10,000 eV in this work. Effective collision strengths have been obtained by assuming a Maxwellian electron velocity distribution at 24 temperatures ranging from 100 to 3000 eV. Our results are compared with those available in the literature. The relative difference is within 0.3% between our calculated energy levels and the corresponding experimental values wherever available. The energy levels are expected to be be accurate within 0.6%, while oscillator strengths and collision strengths for strong transitions are probably accurate to better than 20%. Strain profiling of fatigue crack overload effects using energy dispersive X-ray diffraction

Synchrotron based energy dispersive X-ray diffraction has been used to profile the strains around fatigue cracks in 4140 steel test specimens. In particular strain field comparisons were made on specimens prepared: with initial constant stress intensity fatigue; with this initial fatigue followed by a single overload cycle; and with this fatigue-overload sequence followed by an additional constant stress intensity fatigue. The strain profiles behind, at and in-front-of the crack tip are discussed in detail. Selected strain profiles measurements under in situ applied tensile stress are also presented. The technique of optical surface height profiling reveals surface depression effects which can be correlated with the interior strain profiles.

通过选择性算法将增量式视图维护和视图自维护有效地融合在一起．同时它还利用相关性算法对不相关更新进行过滤，可以有效地降低消息总数和数据的通信量，从而大大提高视图维护的效率，具有现实的应用意义．     

边界点集规划与注塑模具浇口位置的优化

根据平衡流动路径特点，提出了以理想流动模式为目标、基于制件边界几何信息的浇口位置优化选取的原则；并以平板制件单浇口注射成型工艺为例，研究了最佳浇口位置的描述方法并建立了相应的数学模型，给出了优化算法及制件边界特征点集的规划提取方法；根据所建数学模型和所选用优化计算方法，开发了相应的计算软件，经实例验证，算法和模型可靠。     

城市污水再用于火电厂循环冷却水的研究

通过对我国城市污水再用于火电厂冷却水时的水质水量、引起的问题及其处理技术及经济效益等方面的分析研究 ,说明了再用的可行性 ,并在此基础上提出了几点建议 ,如根据不同城市污水的不同水质采用相应治理措施、污水处理技术路线应从单项技术转向技术集成 ,通过建立示范工程在全国推广污水回用工程等
