基于红外原理的微型多气体检测系统的设计

为了解决目前煤矿瓦斯事故以及大量使用天然气的家庭安全、环境污染等问题,设计并开发了一种具有集成化、微型化的红外多气体检测系统,通过实验数据的测试对比和数据分析,这种系统达到了微功耗、微体积、宽量程、高分辨率等技术要求,且能集成多气体检测的微型检测系统.重点介绍了红外检测的光学原理,以及从单气体检测引入到集成多气体检测的设计思想和方法,并介绍了有关CAN总线的数据传输方式和无线数据通信方式在系统中的应用.     

基于MAS的多机械手协调工作控制

为了解决全自动化晶体切片角分类机三个机械手协调工作的控制问题,设计了以MAS理论为基础的分布式网络控制器.系统利用黑板结构来实现全局动态目标下的状态信息的共享,采用多Agent理论对三个机械手进行协调工作控制,解决了机械手之间的运动耦合问题,使之能够在同一个时间和不同的空间内协调与配合工作,完成整体工作任务.基于此设计的设备可改善工人的劳动环境、提高生产效率、确保晶体切片切角的测量与分类准确.     

关于广义椭圆积分的几个性质

揭示了由广义椭圆积分定义的一些函数的单调性,从而获得若干不等式。这些结果有助于对广义Grtzsch环函数和Ramanujan模方程及其解φak(r)、φk(r)的研究,这些函数在拟共形理论、数论、几何学等领域中具有非常广泛的应用;同时,从这些结果中可以得到关于完全椭圆积分的一些新的性质。     

两级UBF-两级BCOR工艺处理垃圾渗滤液启动研究

采用两级UBF-两级BCOR工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,对工艺的启动情况进行了研究。试验结果表明：当水力负荷为0．42h／L,启动时间为60d时,出水COD平均去除率为67．4％,UBF工艺中出现甲烷八叠球菌,BCOR反应器的填料上已形成基本稳定的微生物种群,启动顺利完成。     

CFRP加固钢筋混凝土震损短柱的抗震性能研究

通过4根CFRP加固预裂钢筋混凝土短柱在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,研究了CFRP加固预裂钢筋混凝土短柱的抗震性能,讨论了预裂程度及轴压比对试件抗震性能的影响.     

基于BSC高校教育信息化评价模型的构建

根据高校教育信息化的发展实际,结合平衡计分卡的方法,构建了高校信息化评价指标体系.同时,采用层次分析法法确定指标的权重,针对高校信息化评价指标体系中包括定性指标和定量指标的特点,构建了基于BSC的高校教育信息化模糊综合评价模型.     

可编程控制器对多种物质混合的控制

可编程控制器广泛应用领域中对多种物质混合的控制。以两种液体混合装置的控制为例,分析了控制原理和控制过程以及调试方法,从而总结了可编程控制器灵活性和通用性强,编程语言简单易学,PLC与外部设备的连接简单、使用方便,PLC控制系统的设计、调试周期短,PLC体积小、重量轻、价格低、易于实现机电一体化,抗干扰能力强、可靠性高,PLC的功能强、功能的扩展能力强等特点。     

Simulation and optimization of SOFC-BCHP system

As the prime motor of dispersed energy system, the high-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) are high efficient with large heat recovery. This study presents a simulation of SOFC building-based cooling, heat and power (BCHP) system, which can meet basic requirements in power and heating (cooling) of the designated customers. The peak power load can be met by power grid, while the peak heating (cooling) load requirement can be met by backup equipments. In order to solve the economic dispatch problem of the energy system, a restricted nonlinear optimization model has been developed. The production costs can be minimized via both the equality constraints of customer’s heat and power demands, and other inequality constrains of equipments’ capacities. The sequential quadratic programming method has been used to search the solution. The study indicates that the model can be used to optimize the system’s capacities and run strategy. An office building case has been computed, and it is indicated that the model can be served in design and optimization of SOFC-BCHP system.     

Effect of puerarin on the P13K pathway for glucose transportation and insulin signal transduction in adipocytes

To explore the effect of puerarin on insulin receptor (IR), insulin receptor substrate-1 (IRS-1) and protein expression of protein kinase B(PKB) in the P13K pathway of the glucose consumption, transportation and insulin signal transduction in 3T3-L1 adipocytes with insulin resistance. The insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes model was established by free fatty acid induction. The model cells were managed with puerarin in different concentrations. Glucose consumption was detected with glucose oxidase method, glucose transportation rate was determined by 2-deoxy-3H glucose ingesting method, and the IR, IRS-1 and PKB expression were determined by Western blot. Glucose consumption and transportation were significantly decreased in the model adipocytes, but increased after treated with puerarin (P<0.01). Moreover, the level of tyrosine phosphorylation of IR subunit β was higher in the puerarin treated groups, and that of IRS-1 was higher in the group treated with low dose puerarin than that in the model group. The 3T3-L1 adipocytes of insulin resistance model could be induced by free fatty acid successfully, puerarin could promote the glucose utilization in them to alleviate the insulin resistance, which may be related with the action in advancing the tyrosine phosphorylation of IR and IRS-1.     

Carburization of ferrochromium metals in chromium ore fines containing coal during voluminal reduction by microwave heating

Chromium ore fines containing coal (COFCC) can be rapidly heated by microwave to conduct the voluminal reduction, which lays a foundation of getting sponge ferrochromium powders with a lower content of C. Under the conditions of COFCC with n(O):n(C) (molar ratio) as 1.00:0.84 and n(SiO₂):n(CaO) as 1.00:0.39, the samples were heated by 10 kW microwave power to reach the given temperatures and held for different times respectively. The results show that the low-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase in the reduced materials forms before the high-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase does. With increasing temperature the C content of ferrochromium metals is in a positive correlation with the content of Cr. The C content of ferrochromium metal in reduced materials is 0–10.07% with an average value of 4.68%. With the increase of holding time the Cr content in ferrochromium metals is in a negative correlation with the content of C, while the content of Fe changes in the contrary way. In the microwave field the kinetic conditions of carburization are closely related with the temperature of microwave heating, holding time and carbon fitting ratio.
