Chemical and microbiological analysis of bolti fish: moisture, chloride, fat, total volatile bases (T.V.B.), thiobarbituric acid value (T.B.A.), total bacterial count and coliforms were estimated in fresh bolti fish, after brining, drying and during storage at room temperature for 3 months. The moisture content decreased after drying but become stable during the storage period. Chloride increased after brining but no noticeable changes were observed after drying and during 3 months storage. The fat content was not affected by previously processes. T.V.B. and T.B.A. increased after brining, drying and throughout storage period. The rate of increase was higher for dehydrated samples than for sun-dried ones. The reduction of total bacterial count is due to the high salt content and the lack of free water in fish tissues after drying. Coliforms were not present after brining, drying and throughout the storage periods.  相似文献

The goal of this work was to develop polymer-based heterocycle for water purification from toxic pesticides such as difenoconazole. The polymer chosen for this purpose was cellulose nanocrystalline (CNC); two cellulose based heterocycles were prepared by crosslinking with 2,6-pyridine dicarbonyl dichloride (Cell-X), and derivatizing with 2-furan carbonyl chloride (Cell-D). The synthesized cellulose-based heterocycles were characterized by SEM, proton NMR, TGA and FT-IR spectroscopy. To optimize adsorption conditions, the effect of various variable such as time, adsorbent dose, pH, temperature, and difenoconazole initial concentration were evaluated. Results showed that, the maximum difenoconazole removal percentage was about 94.7%, and 96.6% for Cell-X and Cell-D, respectively. Kinetic and thermodynamic studies on the adsorption process showed that the adsorption of difenoconazole by the two polymers is a pseudo-second order and follows the Langmuir isotherm model. The obtained values of ∆G ° and ∆H suggest that the adsorption process is spontaneous at room temperature. The results showed that Cell-X could be a promising adsorbent on a commercial scale for difenoconazole. The several adsorption sites present in Cell-X in addition to the semi crown ether structure explains the high efficiency it has for difenoconazole, and could be used for other toxic pesticides. Monte Carlo (MC) and Molecular Dynamic (MD) simulation were performed on a model of Cell-X and difenoconazole, and the results showed strong interaction.  相似文献

Al 6013-20 SiC (p) in tempers T4, O, and F is sensitive to localized corrosion in 3.5 wt.% NaCl because of the preponderance of the secondary phase particles of Cu, Fe, and Cr at the Al/SiC interface. Treatment with cerium chloride effectively inhibited the localized corrosion of the alloy by suppressing the cathodic reactions at Al 6013/SiC interface as shown by electrochemical investigations. Morphological studies showed the formation of a protective cerium oxide/hydroxide films, which suppresses the corrosion of the alloy.  相似文献

A new sensitive method has been proposed for the determination of lead in some single- and double-base propellants. The method is based on the color reaction of lead(II) with hematoxylin in presence of the cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. At pH 8.0, the formed ternary system possesses an absorption maximum at 605 nm with a molar absorptivity of 5.5 × 104 l · mol−1 · cm−1. The system adheres to Beer's law up to 1.78 ppm of lead, and the sensitivity index is 0.0039 μg · cm 2. The susceptibility of interference of common ions is studied and some masking agent solutions are recommended to improve the selectivity of the method. The proposed method shows good agreement with the results obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry. An average recovery of 99.3% with a standard deviation not exceeding 1.7% is observed.  相似文献

Inspection of the polarographic behaviour of the phenylhydrazones of a variety of heterocyclic azoles having an adjacent functional group indicated that these compounds, unlike typical phenylhydrazones, are reducible in a 4-electron wave in both acidic as well as in alkaline media. The present numerical study focuses on the cooling by natural convection and surface radiation of two electronic components generating two different and uniform volumetric powers. These components are modeled by two square bodies placed inside a closed square cavity with a cold straight wall. Two configurations are analyzed based on the position of the two heat-generating bodies. In the first one (horizontal position configuration), the two bodies are located at the same height of the cavity, while they are placed at different heights in the second case (vertical position configuration). The effects of two Rayleigh numbers ( 0 ( Ra 1 , Ra 2 ) 10 6 $0\le ({{Ra}}_{1},{{Ra}}_{2})\le {10}^{6}$ ), the conductivity ratio ( 0.01 K 100 $0.01\le K\le 100$ ), and the emissivity ( 0 ε 1 $0\le \varepsilon \le 1$ ) on the heat transfer characteristics and the flow structure are analyzed. The data is displayed as streamlines, isotherms, velocity, and maximum temperature profiles, and local heat transfer on the active wall. The obtained results indicate that the choice of the appropriate configuration depends mainly on the deviation between the two Rayleigh numbers. Furthermore, the maximum temperature of a specific block decreases as the quantity of heat generated by the other block rises. We can also see that the maximum temperature of the two blocks decreases by about 50 % $50 \% $ with the increase in the emissivity (from 0 $0$ to 1 $1$ ) or the conductivity ratio (from 0.1 $0.1$ to 1 $1$ ).  相似文献

The reaction of 3-amino-2,4-diethoxycarbonylcrotononitrile with cinnamonitrile derivatives afforded the pyrimidines 5a--d and not the pyridines 4 as expected from literature. Similarly pyrimidines 5e--h were produced when 3-amino-2,4-dicyanocrotononitrile was treated with the same reagent. Cellulose hydrogel derived from cellulose fibers extracted from printed paper waste is prepared. The hydrogel derived from 3 wt% of the cellulose concentration exhibits a maximum water absorption capacity of 465.5%. The effects of the cellulose hydrogel on the soil moisture are evaluated using four types of soils namely river sand, clayey soil, loamy soil, and gley soil (the wetland soil). The potential application of cellulose-based hydrogel as an eco-friendly seed germination media of the paddy seeds under the soil-less condition is evaluated. This study shows that paddy seeds exhibit a higher seed germination rate of 53% when cellulose hydrogel is used as a seed germination media as compared to seed germination rate ranging from 14% to 35% when various types of soil are used as the germination media. The prepared cellulose hydrogel could be applied as an eco-friendly and cost-effective seed germination media to enhance the paddy seeds' germination rate.  相似文献
