GPU-based rendering for deformable translucent objects

In this paper we introduce an approximate image-space approach for real-time rendering of deformable translucent models by flattening the geometry and lighting information of objects into textures to calculate multi-scattering in texture spaces. We decompose the process into two stages, called the gathering and scattering corresponding to the computations for incident and exident irradiance respectively. We derive a simplified illumination model for the gathering of the incident irradiance, which is amenable for deformable models using two auxiliary textures. In the scattering stage, we adopt two modes for efficient accomplishment of the view-dependent scattering. Our approach is implemented by fully exploiting the capabilities of graphics processing units (GPUs). It achieves visually plausible results and real-time frame rates for deformable models on commodity desktop PCs.     

VICUR: A human-vision-based algorithm for curve reconstruction

In this paper, a new algorithm, named VICUR, is presented for curve reconstruction problem. From a set of unorganized points, the proposed algorithm can construct curves that look natural to human vision. The VICUR algorithm is based on two connectivity criteria: proximity and good continuation from the prominent Gestalt principles of perception. Experimental results are presented to show the effectiveness of VICUR.     

Dynamic composition and optimization of Web services

Process-based composition of Web services has recently gained significant momentum for the implementation of inter-organizational business collaborations. In this approach, individual Web services are choreographed into composite Web services whose integration logics are expressed as composition schema. In this paper, we present a goal-directed composition framework to support on-demand business processes. Composition schemas are generated incrementally by a rule inference mechanism based on a set of domain-specific business rules enriched with contextual information. In situations where multiple composition schemas can achieve the same goal, we must first select the best composition schema, wherein the best schema is selected based on the combination of its estimated execution quality and schema quality. By coupling the dynamic schema creation and quality-driven selection strategy in one single framework, we ensure that the generated composite service comply with business rules when being adapted and optimized.

校园网业务系统数据整合设计与研究

校园网业务系统数据整合目的在于使得业务系统数据的利用率达到最佳,消除由于异构数据源引起的信息孤岛。它对基于Java语言的Hibernate框架进行业务系统的数据整合技术进行了分析和研究,并与现有的结构进行了对比。通过对现有的整合平台和整合技术的对比,从而结合Java语言自身的优势和特点提出基于Hibernate框架结构的整合技术,并实现了数据整合的目的。     

J2EE集成开源框架的应用与研究

在设计模式MVC思想的基础之上,该文提出了基于WebWork、Spring和Hibernate的J2EE轻量级集成框架的应用。首先简要的介绍了这三种开源软件的基础技术,然后给出了整个集成框架的原理,最后分析了在Web项目中集成框架的应用,并说明了集成框架在代码复用和开发效率上的优势。     

心电图中PonT现象的P波提取算法研究

在有P波骑T波现象(PonT现象)发生的心电图中,医生难以识别落在T渡上的P波形态.本文针对这一问题提出了一种基于小波变换的P波提取算法.实验表明,该算法具有较强的抗干扰能力,提取出的P渡形态完整,并且不会引起QRS波群的衰减.
