Among all carbon nanostructured materials, helical nanosprings or nanocoils have attracted particular interest as a result of their special mechanical behavior. Here, carbon nanosprings are used to adjust the viscoelasticity and reduce the resulting hysteresis loss (HL) of elastomeric polymer materials. Two types of nanospring‐filled elastomer composites are constructed as follows: system I is obtained by directly blending polymer chains with nanosprings; system II is composed of the self‐assembly of a tri‐block structure such as chain‐nanospring‐chain. Coarse‐grained molecular dynamics simulations show that the incorporation of nanosprings can improve the mechanical strength of the elastomer matrix through nanoreinforcement and considerably decrease the hysteresis loss. This finding is significant for reducing fuel consumption and improving fuel efficiency in the automobile tire industry. Furthermore, it is revealed that the spring constant of nanosprings and the interfacial chemical coupling between chains and nanosprings both play crucial roles in adjusting the viscoelasticity of elastomers. It is inferred that elastomer/carbon nanostructured materials with good flexibility and reversible mechanical response (carbon nanosprings, nanocoils, nanorings, and thin graphene sheets) have both excellent mechanical and low HL properties; this may open a new avenue for fabrication of high performance automobile tires and facilitate the large‐scale industrial application of these materials.  相似文献

在进行战场电磁环境的数字化构建过程中,需要结合各类环境要素对电波的传播过程进行建模和仿真。抛物方程(Parabolic Equation,PE)描述的模型适用于从视距到超视距区域计算电波的传播特性,并有分步傅里叶法(Split-Step Fourier Transform,SSFT)对模型进行计算,但该算法是基于步长迭代的方法,不易并行化实现,在计算大区域电磁传播时难以满足时间上的需求,给战场电磁环境的快速构建带来困难。该文提出一种基于矩阵转置的并行计算方法,构造2维矩阵并按行或列分发给不同的进程,实现了算法的并行计算。该方法能够充分利用计算集群的运算能力,降低了计算时间。计算机仿真结果表明并行算法相对于串行算法能达到4倍的加速比,验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

Electrophosphorescent copolymers have been synthesized by covalent bonding of a red‐emitting osmium complex Os(bpftz), which contains two 3‐trifluoromethyl‐5‐(4‐tert‐butyl‐2‐pyridyl)triazolate (bpftz) cyclometalated ligands, into the backbone of a bipolar polyfluorene (PF) copolymer. Employing these copolymers, a highly efficient red polymer light‐emitting diode has been realised that has an external quantum efficiency of 18.0%, a maximum brightness of 38 000 cd m?2, and an emission centered at 618 nm. In addition, after incorporating appropriate amounts of green‐emitting benzothiadiazole (BT) and the aforementioned Os(bpftz) into the bipolar PF, an efficient white‐light electroluminescent polymer is obtained that displays simultaneous blue, green, and red emissions.  相似文献

Data retention degradation of a 256-Mbit DRAM during the packaging process is investigated in this paper. Electrical measurement and device simulation show that a trap-assisted leakage degrades the retention time even in packaging process at about 250/spl deg/C. Retention time of the degraded chip is strongly dependent on the negative wordline voltage and operation temperature, but less sensitive to the substrate bias. Trap-assisted gate induced drain leakage is proposed as the mechanism of retention loss in the degraded chip. The degraded chips usually can be repaired by another thermal baking process. We propose Si-H bond breaking and the subsequent trap generation at the gate and drain overlap region as the root cause of retention degradation according to the fact that the Si-H bond density of backend passivation oxide and nitride layers correlate well with the retention performance of DRAM chips with negative wordline bias. Moreover, the packaged chip shows variable retention behavior during a thermal baking of 250/spl deg/C. Theoretical calculation indicates that the trap generation or movement to the high electrical field region beneath the gate can increase the trap-assisted gate induced drain leakage by about an order of magnitude.  相似文献

Deposition of carotenoids in saponified paprika (SP) and unsaponified oleoresin paprika (OP) in egg yolks as well as the dietary level for desired pigmentation were evaluated. Sixty-four hens on a carotenoid-depletion diet were divided into two replicated groups of each of eight dietary treatments containing from 0 to 16 mg paprika carotenoids per kg feed. Colour and the carotenoid content of egg yolk increased linearly ( P< 0·01) with the amounts of paprika carotenoids in the diets. The colours of egg yolks from hens fed similar concentra-tions of OP or SP were not significantly different ( P< 0·01). A low dose (4 mg kg−1) of OP or SP provided yolk colour equivalent to the colour of eggs in supermarkets. High-performance liquid chromatographic analyses showed that carotenoids deposited in the yolk are in the free alcohol form, regardless of the form of carotenoids in the diet. Capsanthin, the predominant carotenoid in paprika, was deposited in egg yolk less efficiently than zeaxanthin and lutein.  相似文献

Inspired by natural autonomous systems that demonstrate controllable shape, appearance, and actuation under external stimuli, a facile preparation of moisture responsive graphene‐based smart actuators by unilateral UV irradiation of graphene oxide (GO) papers is reported. UV irradiation of GO is found to be an effective protocol to trigger the reduction of GO; however, due to the limited light transmittance and thermal relaxation, thick GO paper cannot be fully reduced. Consequently, by tuning the photoreduction gradient, anisotropic GO/reduced GO (RGO) bilayer structure can be easily prepared toward actuation application. To get better control over the responsive properties, GO/RGO bilayer paper with a certain curvature and RGO patterns are successfully prepared for actuator design. As representative examples, smart humidity‐driven graphene actuators that mimic the cilia of respiratory tract and tendril climber plant are successfully developed for controllable objects transport.  相似文献

This paper presents an online procedure that produces the smallest feasible size of two-dimensional FIR filters with prescribed magnitude error constraint. The procedure uses the mean square normalized error of constrained and unconstrained least-square filters to produce the initial and the subsequent sizes that converge to the smallest feasible one in a few iterations, where the constrained least-square filters are defined as the least-square filters satisfying the magnitude error constraint. The procedure finally returns a smallest size filter that satisfies the magnitude error constraint and has least total squared magnitude error. Design examples of diamond-shaped, rectangular, and elliptic filters are provided, and comparisons with an exhaustive search are given.  相似文献

Designing a semiconductor-based heterostructure photocatalyst for achieving the efficient separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs is highly important for enhancing H2 releasing photocatalysis. Here, a new class of Ni1−xCoxSe2–C/ZnIn2S4 hierarchical nanocages with abundant and compact ZnIn2S4 nanosheets/Ni1−xCoxSe2C nanosheets 2D/2D hetero–interfaces, is designed and synthesized. The constructed heterostructure photocatalyst exposes rich hetero-junctions, supplying the broad and short transfer paths for charge carriers. The close contacts of these two kinds of nanosheets induce a strong interaction between ZnIn2S4 and Ni1−xCoxSe2 C, improving the separation and transfer of photo-generated electron-hole pairs. As a consequence, the distinctive Ni1−xCoxSe2 C/ZnIn2S4 hierarchical nanocages without using additional noble-metal cocatalysts, display remarkable H2-relaesing photocatalytic activity with a rate of 5.10 mmol g−1 h−1 under visible light irradiation, which is 6.2 and 30 times higher than those of fresh ZnIn2S4 nanosheets and bare Ni1−xCoxSe2 C nanocages, respectively. Spectroscopic characterizations and theory calculations reveal that the strong interaction between ZnIn2S4 and Ni1−xCoxSe2 C 2D/2D hetero-interfaces can powerfully promote the separation of photo-generated charge carriers and the electrons transfer from ZnIn2S4 to Ni1−xCoxSe2 C.  相似文献

Organic solar cells (OSCs) have recently reached a remarkably high efficiency and become a promising technology for commercial application. However, OSCs with top efficiency are mostly processed by halogenated solvents and with additives that are not environmentally friendly, which hinders large-scale manufacture. In this study, high-performance tandem OSCs, based on polymer donors and two small-molecule acceptors with different bandgaps, are fabricated by solution processing with non-halogenated solvents without additive. Importantly, the two active layers developed from non-halogenated solvents show better phase segregation and charge transport properties, leading to superior performance than halogenated ones. As a result, a tandem OSC with high efficiency of up to 16.67% is obtained, showing unique advantages in future massive production.  相似文献
