一个计算高压汽液相平衡的对应态方法

本文作者之一在文献中曾提出了一个通用四参数对应态方程.本文又从分析分子参数与宏观参数之间的基本关系出发,提出了一个包含适用于极性混合物的新的混合法则.使用该方程和此法则相结合的对应态方法,计算了包含由不同种类组分组成的22个二元系统的高压汽液相平衡,泡点压力与汽相成分计算值和文献实验值进行了比较,计算结果有较高的精度.文中还把本方法和LKP、LKWS方法作了比较.     

沉井与人工挖孔桩的施工控制

架空输电线路路径由于受到外界条件的限制，有些基础位于水中，这就要求施工中必须采取更可靠的方法，确保基础施工质量。我公司施工的220kV洛凤线路#111基础，运用沉井与人工挖孔桩相结合的方法，确保了基坑成型，收到良好的效果。     

Structure and Electric Properties of （1-x）（Bi1/2Na1/2） TiO3-xBaTiO3 Systems

The structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of （1-x）（Bi1/2Na1/2） TiO3-xBaTiO3 ceramics were investigated for the compositional range, x=0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10. The samples were synthesized by a conventional solid-state reaction technique. All compositions show a single perovskite structure, and X-ray powder diffraction patterns can be indexed using a rhombohedral structure. Lattice constants and lattice distortion increase while the amount of BaTiO3 increases. The X-ray diffraction results show the morphotropic phase boundary （MPB） of （1-x）（Bi1/2Na12） TiO3-xBaTiO3 exists in near x=0.06-0.08. Temperature dependence of dielectric constant eT33/ε0 measurement reveals that all compositions experience one structural phase and two ferroelectric phases transition below 400℃： rhombohedral （or rhombohedral plus tetragonal） ferroelectric phase ←→ tetragonal antiferroelectric phase ←→ tetragonal paraelectric phase. Relaxor behaviors exist in the course of ferroelectric to antiferroelectric phase transition. Dielectric and piezoelectric properties are enhanced in the MPB range for （ 1-x）（Bi1/2Na1/2）TiO3-xBaTiO3.     

卫星扩频测控相干与非相干测量机制研究

卫星扩频测控体制可采用相干与非相干2种模式实现测速和测距.相干模式通过使用相参应答机进行相干转发,能够获得较高的测量精度;非相干模式则通过卫星从上行信号提取所需信息之后,独立形成下行信号,地面接收后实现解算来完成测量工作.主要针对这2种模式测速与测距的基本原理进行研究.     

基于双极膜水解离的超纯水电解加工研究

研究了双极膜在超纯水中的工作特性,提出了应用双极膜水解离进行超纯水电解加工的方法,并进行了加工实验.结果表明:在强电场作用下,双极膜促使了水的解离,电流密度可达到2.8 A/cm2,实现了小孔的超纯水电解加工.     

Establishment of wear model and life prediction of drum of hot rolling coiler

For the drum of hot rolling coiler is prone to be easily destroyed, the type of MMU-5G abrasion tester was applied to revealing the friction and wear behavior. The morphology observation by scanning electron microscope (SEM) demonstrates the wear mechanism of the drum, and the test data of the influence coefficient of the normal pressure, relative sliding speed and surface lubrication conditions acted on the linear rate of the wear could be obtained by the regression method. A calculation model, which considers the factors of the structure of the drum, coiling tension and coiling strip specifications, was established by the combination method to predict the wear life of the drum. Then the practical production data was applied into this model and the analysis result was in good accordance with that of actual production.     

水平受荷桩的截面优化设计

运用有限单元法和梯度法 ,尝试性地对端承桩进行变截面优化设计 ,编制了相应程序 ;并以一人工挖孔灌注桩为例 ,计算比较截面优化前后的内力、挠度。计算结果表明 ,变截面桩可节省混凝土材料约 45 %。

基于有限元和PSO-BP法的20辊轧机轧制板形预测

针对20辊轧机轧制板形受到多重因素影响、难以精确预测的问题,基于有限元和PSO-BP法,建立20辊轧机轧制板形质量预测模型。根据20辊轧机轧辊间的位置关系,基于有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,考虑轧辊弹性变形、板带塑性变形与摩擦等因素,建立20辊轧机辊系有限元模型,分析板宽、厚度、张力、速度等因素对板形指数的影响;综合考虑不同轧制板形影响因素,以板形指数作为板形质量衡量指标,基于BP神经网络建立轧制板形质量预测模型,采用粒子群算法优化BP神经网络板形质量预测模型的权值和阈值,提高板形预测精度。
