中国生漆中的一个新漆酚

<正> 在生漆的研究中,已经有不少关于漆酚结构的报道。到目前为止,所见的结构基本为两种:一种是3—十五烷(烯)基儿茶酚结构;另一种则为 Cardol 类型。即:这些漆酚都具有两个酚羟基及一个烷(烯)基侧链。我们对漆酚进行分析的过程中,发现了一个新结构的漆酚3—十五碳三烯(8,11,13)基苯酚,现将其结构介绍如下。     

Al2O3对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O系微晶玻璃结构与性能的影响

利用烧结法工艺制备CaO—Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O系微晶玻璃，通过DTA、XRD、IR和SEM等分析手段，系统研究Al2O3对CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-Na2O系微晶玻璃的结晶温度、晶体结构以及性能的影响。研究表明：随着Al2O3质量分数升高，初始析晶温度升高，晶体尺寸增大、析晶率升高，微晶玻璃的表观体积密度、显微硬度和抗折强度呈先增加后降低的趋势。在本实验条件下，最佳的Al2O3质量分数为11．77％。     

Process factors influencing spinning deformation of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs

As a successively and locally plastic deformation process, ball backward spinning is applied for the purpose of producing thin-walled tubular parts with longitudinal inner ribs. By simplifying ball backward spinning as forward extrusion mechanics model, slab method is used in order to solve spinning force. Based on plastic mechanics, the influence of the process parameters involved on formability of inner ribs as well as the quality defects of spun parts is analyzed so as to present an approach to acquire the desired parts. The quality of inner ribs is one of the critical tasks in obtaining the desired spun workpieces and the height of inner rib depends greatly on spinning material,ball diameter, feed ratio, and wall thickness of tubular blank. The knowledge of the influence of process variables such as ball diameter, feed ratio, and wall thickness of tubular blank on the spinning process is essential to prevent the quality defects of the spun parts and obtain the desired spun parts.     

Hydrogen-induced hot workability in Ti-6Al-4V alloy

The effect of hydrogen on hot deformability of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was investigated by isothermal hot compression test with temperature of 800 ℃ and velocity of 0.1 mm/s. By optical microscopy （OM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, the influence of hydrogen on the microstructural features was systematically examined including the morphology of a grain, volume fraction of a phase and dynamic recrystallization （DRX）. The flow stress shows an initial decrease but a later increase with the increase of hydrogen content. The minimum of peak compression flow stress is obtained when 0.2% hydrogen is added into the alloy. The hydrogen-induced softening of Ti-6Al-4V alloy may be that hydrogen induces the increase of proportion of soft β phase, the increase of DRX and the increase of extent of twins.     

溶剂热结晶法制备纳米氧化铁的工艺研究

采用溶剂热结晶法制备工艺，以硫酸亚铁（FeSO4）为原料，聚乙二醇为溶剂，NH3H2O为沉淀剂，制备纳米氧化铁。然后利用XRD和SEM等分析手段，对样品进行表征，研究结果如下：当pH由6升高到10时，反应时间由90min可以缩短到30min，氧化铁的晶体形态从粒状逐渐向片状晶过渡，颜色加深：当反应温度由140℃升高到170℃时，反应时间由90min缩短到45min，晶体的平均粒度由50nm增加到800nm，均匀性降低，晶体形态由球晶向针状晶过渡，颜色逐渐变红。在本实验条件下，最佳的pH=7，最佳的水热温度为160℃，最佳的水热时间为60min。
