This paper uses the cutting forces in a routing process of Aleppo pine wood to estimate the tool wear effect. The aim is to obtain further information about the tool wear effect by monitoring the variation in the cutting forces. A Kistler 9257A 3 axes Dynamometer was positioned under the workpiece to measure the cutting forces at frequencies up to 10,000 Hz. The experiments were carried out on a CNC routing machine RECORD1 of SCM. A carbide tool was used and the cutting parameters were fixed. The cutting speed was approximately 25 m/s. Dasylab software was used to capture the data. The results show a correlation between the tool wear and the computed angle (θ), between the tangential and cutting forces. In fact, the variation of (θ) is unstable in the running period and stable in the linear wear zone, included in the interval [?1.11°; ?1.10°]. The electrochemical oxidation of aqueous wastes polluted with 4‐chlororesorcinol has been studied on boron‐doped diamond electrodes on acidic medium. The voltammetric results showed that in the potential region where the supporting electrolyte is stable, reactions occur, resulting in the loss of activity due to electrode fouling. Galvanostatic electrolysis study showed that the oxidation of these wastes in single‐compartment electrochemical flow cell with boron doped diamond anodes deal to the complete mineralization of the organics but is no indication of electrode fouling. Resorcinol, 1,2,4‐trihydroxybenzene, benzoquinone, maleic, fumaric, and oxalic acids have been detected as soluble organics and chlorides (Cl?) and hypochlorites (ClO?) as mineral products during the electrolysis of 4‐chlororesorcinol. The electrochemical oxidation of 4‐chlororesorcinol consists of a sequence of steps: Release of Cl and/or hydroxylation of the aromatic ring; formation of quinonic compounds; oxidative opening of aromatic ring to form carboxylic acids; and oxidation of carboxylic acids to carbon dioxide. Both, direct oxidation at boron doped diamond surface and mediated oxidation by powerful oxidants electrogenerated from electrolyte oxidation at anode surface are involved in these stages. 相似文献

The arrival of cloud computing technology promises innovative solutions to the problems inherent in existing vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) networks. Because of the highly dynamic nature of these networks in crowded conditions, some network performance improvements are needed to anticipate and disseminate reliable traffic information. Although several approaches have been proposed for the dissemination of data in the vehicular clouds, these approaches rely on the dissemination of data from conventional clouds to vehicles, or vice versa. However, anticipating and delivering data, in a proactive way, based on query message or an event driven has not been defined so far by these approaches. Therefore, in this paper, a VANET‐Cloud layer is proposed for traffic management and network performance improvements during congested conditions. For the traffic management, the proposed layer integrates the benefits of the connected sensor network (CSN) to collect traffic data and the cloud infrastructure to provide on‐demand and automatic cloud services. In this work, traffic services use a data exchange mechanism to propagate the predicted data using a fuzzy aggregation technique. In the evaluation phase, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed VANET‐Cloud layer to dramatically improve traffic safety and network performance as compared with recent works. 相似文献

This paper is devoted to the computation of the inertia matrix of a tree structured multi-arm robot system. Based on the PPO-Recursion proposed by the authors for the inertial, coupling, and gravitational dynamics of a robot [9], a parallel algorithm for computing the inertia matrix of chain structure robot has been achieved [10]. In the paper the PPO-Recursion is extended to be applied for the tree structured robot after. Appropriate interpretation of the dynamic properties of the branching link in the tree structure is introduced. The proposed algorithm offers high parallelism and is being under the realization in a transputer network. 相似文献
