This work reports a simple, rapid, and effective extraction method based on liquid–liquid extraction (LLE) followed by matrix solid‐phase dispersion‐sonication for detection, identification and quantification of multiclass pesticides in virgin olive oil using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC‐QTOF‐MS). LLE to extract pesticide residues in virgin olive oil was performed in order to study the centrifugation efficiency to obtain high recovery yield and low co‐extract fat residue in the final extract. Different suitable parameters of MSPD procedure were evaluated, such as nature of dispersing phase, clean‐up adsorbent, and volume of eluting solvent (acetonitrile) in different extraction conditions, with or without sonication. The best results were obtained using 5 g of virgin olive oil, 2 g of PSA as dispersant sorbent, 2 g of Florisil/GCB (70:30 w/w) as clean‐up sorbent, and 15 mL of acetonitrile as eluting solvent under conditions of 15 min ultrasonic bath at RT. Method validation was performed in order to study sensitivity, linearity, precision, and accuracy. Average recoveries ranged between 73.7 and 104.2% with relative SDs 5.3–13.4% at three concentration levels (25, 50, and 100 µg/kg). Detection and quantification limits ranged from 1.5 to 5 µg/kg and 3 to 9 µg/kg, respectively.  相似文献

Of late, UV-curable products are gaining attention in the wood industry because of the effectiveness and efficiency of this method. UV-curable surface coatings are widely used because of their excellent properties and because they are environmentally friendly products. In this study, immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B was used to catalyze formation of liquid wax esters, such as adipate esters, via a solvent-free process. The adipate esters formed were then used as UV-curable reactants in the wood coating formulations, consisting of epoxy acrylate, additives, and a photoinitiator. The performance of the products was evaluated by coating them onto glass tiles (using gel content, hardness, and scratch resistance tests) and wood panels (using adhesion, impact, and heat resistance tests). The coated film from this formulation performed well during the evaluation tests. The gel content exhibited more than 90% polymerization, while the pendulum hardness gave a value of 55.25%. Both analyses were significant in determining the effect of irradiation cycles. A scratch test was also carried out to verify the resistance of the coating. The maximum weight load which can be resisted by the wax esters formulation is 4.5 N.  相似文献

This paper reported on the work performed to study the formation of silicon nitride and silicon carbide whiskers using the carbothermal nitridation process. A distinctive aspect of the present study lies in the use of the mechanical milling method to alter the regularity of the crystalline network of the silica sand. In order to optimise the processing parameters for the synthesis of silicon carbide, the concept of Taguchi's Design of Experiments was considered, the analysis being based on Taguchi's signal to noise ratio and variance techniques to obtain optimum combination of process parameters. Important factors influencing the formation of silicon carbide were the duration of the mechanical milling, followed by temperature, time and heating rate.  相似文献

The 2-domain gammaS-crystallin, a highly conserved early evolutionaryoff-shoot of the gamma-crystallin family, is located in the water-richregion of eye lenses. The expressed C-terminal domain, gammaS-C, has beencrystallized and the 2.56 A X-ray structure determined. There are twodomains in the asymmetric unit which pair about a distorted twofold axis.One of the domains has an altered conformation in a highly conserved regionof the protein, the tyrosine corner. The distorted gammaS-C dimer ofdomains is compared with the highly symmetrical, equivalent recombinantdimer of C-terminal domains from gammaB- crystallin. Sequence changes closeto the interface, that distinguish gammaS from the other gamma-crystallins,are examined in order to evaluate their role in symmetrical domain pairing.  相似文献

Vanadium pentoxide nanoparticles were synthesized using a solvo-thermal method and were characterized via X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The ozonation of palm oil was performed by using vanadium pentoxide nanoparticles as catalysts to synthesize ethyl malonate. This procedure presented several advantages, such as simple operation for a precise ozonation, excellent yield, short reaction times and reusability because of the recyclability of palm oil. Ethyl malonate was synthesized via the one-step ozonolysis of palm oil and was spectroscopically characterized using gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS).  相似文献

Anticorrosion coating for stainless steel (SS) and titanium bipolar plates were evaluated to improve the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity in PEMFC. The PEMFC offers clean and environmentally friendly usage in electrical power systems. The bipolar plates contribute 60%–80% of the total components of PEMFC stack with electrical conductivity >100 S cm?1. Therefore, high conductivity and corrosion resistance are observed for long-term operations in PEMFC. Recent works has developed the cost-effective and feasible alternative materials to replace graphite bipolar plates. Metallic materials, such as SS and titanium, possess good electrical conductivity but poor corrosion resistance. Coating of SS and titanium bipolar plates can improve the corrosion resistance of metallic bipolar plates. Excellent performance of bipolar plates was recorded by using NbC coating for stainless steel materials. The ICR value using plasma surface alloying method was 8.47 mΩ cm2 with a low current density (Icorr) between 0.051 and 0.058 μA cm?2. The criteria for both current densities (<1 μA cm?2) and electrical conductivity (<10 mΩ cm2) met the DOE's 2020 technical targets. In addition, conventional air brush method can be used for fabricating multilayer coatings onto substrates because it is self-cleaning, low cost and offers high volume and large area production. Vapor deposition method, a highly advanced coating technology using PVD, suitable for coating bipolar plates because it is environmentally friendly and can be used in high temperatures, producing materials with good impact strength and excellent abrasion resistance. PEMFC cost is still too high for large scale commercialization, which is the cost of raw material and processing to allow fabrication of thinner plates contributes substantially to the total PEMFC cost. Some future works on fuel cell anticorrosion research with reasonable coating method is suggested to reduce the cost in order to facilitate the move toward commercialization especially for SS and titanium bipolar plates.  相似文献

Synthesis of functional aliphatic polyketones was achieved by co‐ and terpolymerization of the strained exo‐methylenecycloalkane, methylenecyclopropane (MCP), and also the dienes 1,5‐hexadiene, 1,7‐octadiene and 1,6‐heptadien‐4‐ol, with carbon monoxide and propene, using the dicationic palladium(II) phosphine complex [Pd(dppp) (NCCH3)2](BF4)2 (I) (dppp is 1,3‐bis(diphenyl‐phosphino)propane) as the catalyst precursor. The resulting MCP/CO copolymer contains both ring‐opened and cyclic microstructures. Ring‐opening copolymerization yields exo‐methylene functionalized polyketone. In contrast to hexadiene/carbon monoxide copolymer (Hx/CO), no ring structures were observed in the alternating octadiene/carbon monoxide (Oc/CO) and heptadien‐4‐ol/carbon monoxide (Hp‐ol/CO) copolymers. The remaining double bonds were left intact to yield polymers with olefinic functionalities in the side chains. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

This paper presents a multiprocessor based heuristic algorithm for the Multi-dimensional Multiple Choice Knapsack Problem (MMKP). MMKP is a variant of the classical 0–1 knapsack problem, where items having a value and a number of resource requirements are divided into groups. Exactly one item has to be picked up from each group to achieve a maximum total value without exceeding the resource constraint of each type. MMKP has many real world applications including admission control in adaptive multimedia server system. Exact solution to this problem is NP-Hard, and hence is not feasible for real time applications like admission control. Therefore, heuristic solutions have been developed to solve the MMKP. M-HEU is one such heuristic, which solves the MMKP achieving a reasonable percentage of optimality. In this paper, we present a multiprocessor algorithm based on M-HEU, which runs in O(T/p+s(p)) time, where T is the time required by the algorithm using single processor, p is the number of processors and s(p), a function of p, is the synchronization overhead. We also present the worst-case analysis of our algorithm, the computation of the optimal number of processors as well as the lower bound of the total value that can be achieved by the heuristic.  相似文献

A total of 346 sets of bed-load data obtained from the Kinta River, Pari River, Kerayong River and Langat River were analyzed using four common bed-load equations. These assessments, based on the median sediment size (d50), show that the existing equations were unable to predict the measured bed load accurately. All existing equations over-predicted the measured values, and none of the existing bed-load equations gave satisfactory performance when tested on local river data. Therefore, the present study applies a new soft computing technique, i.e. an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), to better predict measured bed-load data. Validation of the developed network (ANFIS) was performed using a new set of bed-load data collected at Kulim River. The results show that the recommended network can more accurately predict the measured bed-load data when compared to an equation based on a regression method.  相似文献

The formation and growth of crystal nuclei of zeolite A from clear solutions at room temperature were studied with low-dose, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy in field emission mode and with in situ dynamic light scattering. Single zeolite A crystals nucleated in amorphous gel particles of 40 to 80 nanometers within 3 days at room temperature. The resulting nanoscale single crystals (10 to 30 nanometers) were embedded in the amorphous gel particles. The gel particles were consumed during further crystal growth at room temperature, forming a colloidal suspension of zeolite A nanocrystals of 40 to 80 nanometers. On heating this suspension at 80 degrees C, solution-mediated transport resulted in additional substantial crystal growth.  相似文献
