针对聚能装药对目标攻击过程载荷高频、瞬态,同时涉及结构大变形等问题,基于SPH方法建立二维数值模型,对聚能装药的炸药爆轰、金属射流形成以及射流冲击靶板3个阶段进行模拟再现.以某型水面舰船的船体主甲板结构为例,通过计算模拟,比较分析了相同药量的锥孔装药与方形装药对甲板结构的毁伤效应,总结得到装药长度(装药量)、药型罩锥角和炸高等参数对聚能效应的影响机理.  相似文献

Chitin, and especially its deacetylated variant chitosan, has many applications, e.g. as carrier material for pharmaceutical drugs or as a flocculant in wastewater treatment. Despite its versatility and accessibility, chitin, the second most abundant polysaccharide on Earth, has so far been commercially extracted only from crustaceans and to a minor extent from fungi. Insects are a viable alternative source of chitin, but they have not been exploited in the past due to limited availability. Today however, for the sustainable production of animal feed, insect farming is being developed substantially. The availability of large quantities of insect biomass and chitin-rich side products such as exuviae and exoskeletons has been increasing. This review provides an overview of recently published studies of chitin extraction from insects, its subsequent conversion into chitosan and the primary analytical methods used to characterize insect-based chitin and chitosan. We have discovered a large number of research articles published over the past 20 years, confirming the increased attention being received by chitin and chitosan production from insects. Despite numerous publications, we identified several knowledge gaps, such as a lack of data concerning chitin purification degree and chitosan yield. Furthermore, analytical methods used to obtain physicochemical characteristics, structural information and chemical composition meet basic qualitative requirements but do not satisfy the need for a more quantitative evaluation. Despite the current shortcomings that need to be overcome, this review presents encouraging data on the use of insects as an alternative source of chitin and chitosan in the future. © 2020 The Authors. 为进一步探明搅拌对甲烷水合物生成和分解动力学特性的影响,借助容积约为522mL,最高操作压力21MPa的高压全透明反应釜装置,开展了不同搅拌条件下甲烷水合物的生成、分解和浆液流动实验,得到了搅拌对水合物生成量、生长速率和分解速率的影响规律,基于搅拌电机扭矩值分析了不同搅拌速率下水合物浆液的流动特性。搅拌电机型号ViscoPakt Rheo-57,带有扭矩测量功能,测量最大范围57N·cm,精度±0.04N·cm。结果表明:在水合物开始快速生成的前期,水合物的最大生成量、最大生长速率及平稳生长速率都随搅拌速率的增大而增大,进一步验证了传质是控制水合物生成过程的首要因素;在水合物分解阶段,搅拌能提高水合物颗粒的分散性,促进分解气的运移产出;此外,不同搅拌速率下,水合物浆液的电机扭矩随着水合物体积分数的增大都呈现先保持平稳再逐渐增大最后剧烈波动的规律,由此得到了水合物浆液携带固相颗粒的临界体积分数。研究结论在一定程度上揭示了水合物的生长和分解机理,为动力学预测模型研究提供了参考。  相似文献

Insulin regimens and metabolic control in children and adolescents with Type 1 diabetes mellitus were evaluated in a cross-sectional, non-population-based investigation, involving 22 paediatric departments, from 18 countries in Europe, Japan, and North America. Blood samples and information were collected from 2873 children from March to August 1995. HbA1c was determined once and analysed centrally (normal range 4.4-6.3%, mean 5.4%). Year of birth, sex, duration of diabetes, height, body weight, number of daily insulin injections, types and doses of insulin were recorded. Average HbA1c in children under 11 years was 8.3 +/- 1.3% (mean +/- SD) compared with 8.9 +/- 1.8% in those aged 12-18 years. The average insulin dose per kg body weight was almost constant (0.65 U kg(-1) 24 h(-1)) in children aged 2-9 years for both sexes, but there was a sharp increase during the pubertal years, particularly in girls. The increase in BMI of children with diabetes was much faster during adolescence compared to healthy children, especially in females. Sixty per cent of the children (n = 1707) used two daily insulin injections while 37% (n = 1071) used three or more. Of those on two or three injections daily, 37% used pre-mixed insulins, either alone or in combination with short- and intermediate-acting insulin. Pre-adolescent children on pre-mixed insulin showed similar HbA1c levels to those on a combination of short- and long-acting insulins, whereas in adolescents significantly better HbA1c values were achieved with individual combinations. Very young children were treated with a higher proportion of long-acting insulin. Among adolescent boys, lower HbA1c was related to use of more short-acting insulin. This association was not found in girls. We conclude that numerous insulin injection regimens are currently used in paediatric diabetes centres around the world, with an increasing tendency towards intensive diabetes management, particularly in older adolescents. Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) is a metabolite of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and secreted in milk of animals that are kept on a moldy diet. AFB1 is produced by several toxigenic species of fungi. In this study, the comparative efficacy of two mycotoxin binders was evaluated in terms of reducing excretion of AFM1, total viable bacterial count and somatic cell count in milk obtained from goats fed with AFB1 contaminated diet. A total of 32 lactating Beetal goats were reared and divided into 4 equal groups: Animals of group A were kept as control, while those in groups B, C, and D were individually fed with AFB1 at 40 µg alone, 40 µg AFB1 along with mycotoxin binder Toxfin® at 3 g kg?1 of cotton seed cake, and 40 µg AFB1 along with mycotoxin binder Elitox® at a dose rate of 1 g kg?1 of cotton seed cake, respectively. Toxfin® significantly decreased the excretion of AFM1 in goats’ milk by 49.57 % while Elitox® non-significantly reduced the excretion of AFM1 in goats’ milk by 19.49 %. Total viable bacterial count in milk samples of group C and D, and somatic cell count in milk samples of group C did not reduce significantly. However, somatic cell count in milk samples of group D reduced significantly. We conclude that the addition of Toxfin® in the moldy diet significantly reduce the excretion of AFM1 in animals’ milk and minimize the risk of mycotoxin toxicity to public health.  相似文献

In the present study, we focus on the characterization of the necking mechanisms during the early stages of pressure-less spark plasma sintering (PL-SPS) compared to conventional sintering (CS) of two different types of powdered materials (Cu and α-Al2O3). SEM observations of the evolution of particle morphology and necks from the as-received powders to sintered ones show the nature of the neck between particles which were either in contact or not. For alumina, no particular necking process (melt or viscous bridge) was observed regardless of the sintering conditions (PL-SPS and CS), even for a very high heating rate 455 °C/min. For copper, this neck morphology is unequivocally not typical of conventional ones, thus, suggesting mass transport by an ejection mechanism. This particular morphology was seen occasionally. In comparison, the conventionally sintered Cu particles presented a smoother surface, with conventional curved necks suggesting the contribution of surface diffusion mechanisms. Based on partial pressure calculations, a direct thermal effect might not explain the observed non-conventional neck for copper. On the other hand, local field enhancement effect and local favourable thermal breakdown voltage conditions are described and discussed in order to support the experimental results.  相似文献

We propose an urban intersection control scheme without the need of the traffic light (lightless control), which leads to potentially disruptive improvement of efficiency of the intersection traffic flow and much reduced fuel consumption and green house gas (GHG) emissions. We in particular show that such lightless intersection control can be achieved with mature technologies; it can be understood as an enhanced version of the connected vehicles, with the installing an intersection cruise control (ICC) device in the vehicle. Simple algorithms of such intersection control and intuitive traffic policies associated with it make the control scheme easy to implement with minimal impact on traditional driving behaviours. Moreover, such control allows a mixture of vehicles with and without ICC device installed, and can coexist with conventional intersection control with traffic lights. We quantify improvements of our lightless intersection control scheme with realistic large-scale numerical simulation of the vehicle drive cycles and the appropriate energy models. In contrast to traditional signallized intersection control where severe congestion develops, the proposed lightless intersection control leads to a smooth, self-organized traffic flow and lower fuel use and emissions. This performance is demonstrated even under high traffic inflow conditions. In many cases, the environmental impact of the presence of the intersection is found to be negligible.  相似文献
